Absolutely the most fabulous stay of my life so far. The service is impeccable, everything gets cleaned multiple times a day, anything they notice you’ve used more of, they refill triple, any request you have they will answer. The facilities are also amazing, you could spend your whole trip here and need nothing more - spa, pools, beach, golf, restaurants, some of which Michelin, evening entertainment, bars… The breakfast has a huge array of meals, egg buffet, fresh juices and smoothies…. I can’t say a single bad thing about this hotel!!!!!

1st time back since our honeymoon 20 years ago. It's a good resort. It's also a good location to see southern Tenerife from. You can rent a car from within the hotel. They make it very easy.

Las Villas.
We have stayed at the hotel before but this time at the Villas. Last time we stayed at Casas Ducales and it was exceptional. The villas are extraordinary in all aspects. The villa itself is utterly gorgeous. And the patio with bed and lounge chairs, and with your own private pool were extraordinary. We have a villa overlooking the Villas pool. We loved every aspect of it. The furnishings were beautiful and the bath, the biggest I have ever seen, was luxurious. All your needs are catered for, just ask, and they are met with kindness and friendliness. Very very much a can do attitude pervades the Villas. They have a sheet and pillow menu. We opted for the silk sheets - exquisite. Breakfast is flexible - 3 options! The main hotel’s buffet, a la carte at the villas, or in your villa. We stick to the latter two as the service and food was exceptional. The bedroom is heavenly, spacious and opening up to the patio and little garden of the villa. The matters in the bedroom, on the patio bed and the lounge chairs were the best I have ever slept on. It felt expensive at first during booking, but during our stay, we quickly came to realise that value for money was definitely there. Don’t hesitate!! Stay here.

Absolutely flawless!!! I'm not sure where to start but overall this is a can't miss choice. The breakfast was great to start your day, and we have to give a special thank you to Manuel and Donald. They were the most gracious hosts you could imagine and I'd say they are the example that others should follow. Michel at La Hacienda was also absolutely great for our dinners. There is a ton to do on site and/or plenty to do within walking distance. Their Club House (for excursions) was simply top notch. Finally, we have to give an enormous thank you to housekeeping. We rarely saw them, but the room was always made up with fresh towels, organized everything, hell we even got nightly chocolates. I'm going to just say they are magical. Just make this your choice, you won't be disappointed. We WILL be back.

I love this hotel but I'd like to see some changes before i book again. As a disabled person it is always hard to find hotels suitable for the needs of people who depend on wheels and sticks. The hotel made a big effort to make our room accessible and the staff were extremely helpful. But the swimming pools are extremely difficult to use as the steps into all of them only have one handrail! I saw many people struggling, even nondisabled, but for me, I needed a lot of help getting out of the pool. Just some simple additions would make the pools much more accessible. One pool has a chair that the lifeguard operates to get the wheel user into the pool. It's a horrible experience! You're dropped into deep water, out of my depth, and to get out, someone has to find the lifeguard to operate the chair. Decent steps would solve the problem for many people. Such small bits of infrastructure would transform the experience of many disabled people.
