Absolutely flawless!!! I'm not sure where to start but overall this is a can't miss choice. The breakfast was great to start your day, and we have to give a special thank you to Manuel and Donald. They were the most gracious hosts you could imagine and I'd say they are the example that others should follow. Michel at La Hacienda was also absolutely great for our dinners. There is a ton to do on site and/or plenty to do within walking distance. Their Club House (for excursions) was simply top notch. Finally, we have to give an enormous thank you to housekeeping. We rarely saw them, but the room was always made up with fresh towels, organized everything, hell we even got nightly chocolates. I'm going to just say they are magical. Just make this your choice, you won't be disappointed. We WILL be back.

I recently stayed at the Bahia Del Duque and had a wonderful experience with the hotel staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. However, our experience at the spa was the complete opposite and utterly disappointing. We had booked a 60-minute Couples Massage – a relaxing massage for my partner and an energizing massage for myself. I was surprised to find that no consultation or consent form was provided before the treatments. As I am 8 weeks pregnant, I informed my therapist just before undressing, asking to avoid pressure around my belly area. I was then told that massages are not permitted before the 12th week of pregnancy and was offered a head massage instead, which I reluctantly accepted. During the head massage, I felt extremely uncomfortable due to repetitive rubbing movements on my scalp. I requested to stop the treatment and left the room. Although my therapist was kind and offered to escort me back to the reception, the overall experience was deeply unsatisfactory. The situation worsened at the reception. The brunette woman working there around 4 PM on Saturday, June 29th, was dismissive and unprofessional. She did not make eye contact or inquire about my experience, she barely said "hello" to me. She spoke to the therapist only, when my therapist explained the shortened treatment (10min overall experience), the receptionist responded harshly, saying "I DON'T GET WHAT YOU SAYING", which made the therapist visibly uncomfortable, to the point her hands shake. I was speechless, this lack of professionalism and empathy was distressing and added to my negative experience. Despite raising this issue at the hotel reception during checkout, and the promise to be contacted back, sending an email on July 4th and then a follow-up email on July 12th, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgement from the hotel or spa. This lack of professionalism and empathy is distressing and unacceptable for an establishment of this calibre. I feel compelled to share this experience on public review platforms to inform other potential customers. P.S. RESPONSE TO THE REVIEW: IT'S DISAPPOINTING TO SEE YOU FALSELY CLAIM THAT I WAS PROVIDED WITH A CONSULT/CONSENT FORM AND THAT I SIGNED IT. SHAME ON YOU!

I love this hotel but I'd like to see some changes before i book again. As a disabled person it is always hard to find hotels suitable for the needs of people who depend on wheels and sticks. The hotel made a big effort to make our room accessible and the staff were extremely helpful. But the swimming pools are extremely difficult to use as the steps into all of them only have one handrail! I saw many people struggling, even nondisabled, but for me, I needed a lot of help getting out of the pool. Just some simple additions would make the pools much more accessible. One pool has a chair that the lifeguard operates to get the wheel user into the pool. It's a horrible experience! You're dropped into deep water, out of my depth, and to get out, someone has to find the lifeguard to operate the chair. Decent steps would solve the problem for many people. Such small bits of infrastructure would transform the experience of many disabled people.

Wow what a fabulous setting! An amazing resort right on the beach with multiple restaurants. Lush green grounds with beautiful pathways. It’s pretty spread out and the hotel provides golf carts to move you around but it’s just fun to walk around, get lost and find new nooks/crannies. In the 7 days we stayed here we hardly went outside other than for walks on the promenade. Very helpful and attentive staff; all the restaurants went out of their way to accommodate our vegan/veg diet. Expensive resorts but well worth it!. Extensive buffet breakfast. We upgraded the room with ocean view and private balcony! Highly recommend this resort. Will go back again🌞🌞🌞

Pretty amazing and good value for money. This is a genuine 5* resort and you’ll typically pay quite a bit more to get similar in the Balearics, Cyprus or Turkey. Pros: - food is first class, especially breakfast - rooms v clean - WiFi coverage excellent and ok speed (18mbit) - v clean pool water, not over chlorinated - free kids club with flexible drop-off and pick-up - evening shows are really fun for kids - access to one of the better beaches (not owned owned & operated) - brilliant 24hrs gym - good sports options (tennis etc) - guests are well behaved :) Cons (v minor issues!!): - the live music over lunch is an acquired taste and is heard across much of the resort for 2-3hrs. A bit much for those who just want to chill - the fries (chips) aren’t good in any of the restaurants, something to work on - on occasion, quite a strong smell coming from the drains (fixable?) - the table tennis balls / paddles are pretty unusable and need an upgrade
