- Breakfast (7:45am to 10am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (6pm to 9pm), all served buffet style in the main restaurant

This was our second visit to this hotel and we enjoyed it just as much as the first, We arrived late and we were greeted with a friendly welcome at reception, even offered some food, also acknowledge that we’ve been to the hotel before. All the staff are very friendly the bar staff are great and the hotel is kept spotlessly clean, We like the fact that this hotel has lots of different areas where you can sit and relax, The pool is just the right size, The restaurant is very comfortable and the food is great. Lots of choice something different each night. The location is good too just a very short walk to the shops and beach, If you want to go anywhere further or field, the bus service is very good and taxis readily available, On our second day, we came back from the pool to find a bottle of sparkling wine and a little note to thank us for visiting again, which was a really nice touch, Recommend this hotel and we will be coming back to it again.

This hotel is excellent and caters very well for its customers. We went all inclusive and there was more than enough food and drink, with different dishes each day, so it didn't enter our minds to eat elsewhere (which would not have been cheap looking at restaurant prices). The rooms have everything we need and the staff are all welcoming, nice and helpful, so good service is getting the good review it deserves. I can't help thinking that the service wouldn't have been as good in the UK.

Would never go back to this hotel. Not family friendly. Snack bar is a joke(few fruits ham and bread). Rooms are really small especially when you’re travelling with child. Can’t fault the service. Everyone really polite and friendly. Poor entertainment. If you’re going all inclusive not all cocktails/ coffee are included at the bar.
We checked out 10 in the morning( our flight was 9 in the evening) and they told us that we are not allowed to use bar, restaurant. Shocking!! Can’t even drink the water. Luckily they haven’t kicked us out from the hotel. Travelling for so many years and we are never seen hotel with policy like that. In our opinion 3* hotel.

Very good location, only few meters from the bus stop that gets you to the airport and back. Service was super friendly, funny and helpful. Evening program needs a bit more creativity. Food was OK, not bad, but not amazing. Spa & wellness is not worth visiting - only one small sauna and small indoor pool / jacuzzi. However, it is a great hotel for the price especially for bikers who can store their bikes directly in the hotel area in special bike house where you can as well service the bike.

Comfy experience with friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small but spotless.
Smoking is a problem. Although you cannot smoke inside, which is an excellent thing, it is allowed on your terras, by the bar and pool. As a non-smoker, this is very disturbing as you are constantly confronted with cigarette pollution.
Food is ok, with good enough variation when staying a bit longer.
