Lovely hotel, helpful staff, really good location. Breakfast and evening meals were good, plenty of space around pool on loungers. Easy to get around to different places, Alcudia about 15 minutes walk, 10min to beautiful harbour and went on a really good trip to Parma. Would definitely use this hotel again. Thank you for lovely stay.

Brilliant location. Was there for a cycling holiday and was really well equipped. Secure Bike storage inside, Maintenance station and cleaning point. They had a water point and put fruit out for cyclists. Food was great. Rooms were ok. Had all the essentials. Hairdryer. Kettle. Fridge. Only thing was it on the small.size and no freezer. Food was good and you could ask for a pack lunch if going out. Only thing is that breakfast didn't start till 7.45am. Which isn't early enough if out cycling. Lots of outdoor space Staff very friendly. Snacks avaliable between meals

What a wonderful and relaxing stay. My partner and I have stayed in 5 star hotels before and we both agree the service here topped the service at the 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at. The entertainment staff were so energetic and friendly and have a talent for remembering names which I was super impressed by. The bar staff are a lovely group of guys and look like they genuinely enjoy what they do. The chef for breakfast made impressive omelettes every day for my partner, which he loved! It’s the first time I’ve seen a breakfast as good as this at a 4 star. A great break if you’re looking for something relaxed, quiet at this time of year and just a little getaway. Downsides, just to add some balance, were the choice in drinks were too sweet. I think it’s a little dated to do very sugary cocktails that are pre mixed and think the bar staff could have a lot of fun designing some unique cocktails for guests. I think it would be worth creating a new menu and even increasing the cost of the all inclusive to accommodate for this. We love cocktails and would have gone to the bar more frequently if there was a better selection. The food for me personally, wasn’t amazing. However I enjoyed burger night and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed every meal! Some chilled house music by the pool would have been nice for atmosphere, and some service around the pool for drinks would have been great so you didn’t have to go to the bar each time. The spa we also liked. The hot tub could have been hotter and sadly the steam room was out of order. I had a massage which was pricey but relaxing. Although I had a full body massage but didn’t get a foot massage which I found odd. For €100 for 50 minutes I did expect a bit more. Majorca was gorgeous in general and the beach was absolutely stunning, the best I’ve seen. Crystal clear waters and white Sandy beaches. You can also hire a sun lounger for €9 a day which is very reasonable. There are also lovely ladies that go around offering massages for €20. I would probably have gone for this in retrospect! All in all a wonderful and relaxing stay and I’ll be recommending this hotel to anyone who asks.

We stayed here for a week in April ( family of 4), we usually stay in hotels that are in more secluded locations so this was quite a change for us. We knew in advance using google maps that it was in an urban area but knew that now the kids are older they could go to the local shops and take aways without us and they were just a short walk away. The beach was fantastic, clean with soft white raked sand and turquoise waters. We swam daily in the sea amongst the various fish and saw a couple of starfish. You could stand upright for quite some distance from the shore which was excellent and there were life guards on duty in their towers. The hotel was next to a road and as I said located in an urban area but we had no issues with road noise or drunk passers by The facilities were good, a nice modern but compact gym. excellent sized pool, plenty of loungers and a lovely garden with various types of seating, hammocks etc. The spa was nice and relaxing and never over crowded At the time of the visit there were many cyclists and when I looked around I was surprised to see how well equipped the hotel was for this, workshop, shop, storage and a wash station. Food:- first impressions it was ok , as a vegetarian it suited me, breakfasts were generally better than dinner in terms of choice and quality but my family said some of the meat didn’t feel like it should be served in a 4 start hotel as it was unpleasant taste and texture. cannelloni, lasagne with a watery pasty meat filling and brown chicken nuggets to name a few People have complained that water isn’t complementary but I believe this is the norm in Spain etc, we purchased bottled water at 2.5 euro for 500ml which wasn’t extortionate but we did tend to just drink mainly bottled water from Lidl when we got back to the room (Lidl was 10 min walk away and far cheaper than all the other more local shops) You could upgrade the drinks package for this 4euro each but because this didn’t include coffee and only was an upgrade during dinner and limited to the restaurant we didn’t bother Staff were generally friendly and pleasant, the young receptionist that my wife said looked like Zach effron was always helpful and polite and the Quality Manager was exceptional and is the reason this review got 5 stars and not 4. We did however find the lady who ran the spa quite stand offish and rude and she slammed the door in my wife’s face on one occasion when the spa card we had wouldn’t open the door. Another time she just blanked us when we asked for help The restaurant staff were usually nice with the exception of one who I don’t want to name here but if the Management reach out I’ll be happy to email them. he was rude in various ways including trying to urge us to leave before the 10am closing time even though he never did the same to people on adjoining tables. One couple were shocked when they heard what he said , how he said it and they expected the same warning and were relieved when they didn’t. He did this each day even though we were quick eaters and always left before 10 . Another notable time was when my son and I went and chose a 4 seater table and he came across and was angry and tried to forcibly move us, he only relented once my wife and daughter joined us a few moments later. He had seen us several times and I did explain we needed 4 seats. I got a cold half way through the holiday , we follow good hygiene procedures and were disgusted on the last day when we saw the chef in the meat section sneeze, blow his nose and then continue cooking, no gloves or hand washing were to be seen!! If we had seen this earlier we would not have eaten there again. The juices during breakfast were adequate and all from concentrate but the bean to cup coffees available were good

Stayed here with my son for 5 days recently. The location is excellent only a short walk to the beach and main shopping areas. The hotel is always clean and tidy and the staff very friendly. There are a few negatives though, the food while certainly not bad quality is lower standard than I would expect from a 4 star hotel. There is some choice but we found the meats in particular to be poor. Plumbing in the hotel is not great often the bedroom would smelll bad from the drains. WiFi kicks you off frequently. The lifts are not suitable for the number of guests. That being said my son and I had a great holiday, I would stay again but self maybe only B&B or self catering in future.
