Very happy with my stay at the Bab Al Qasr hotel. Room booked was a superior single but the bed was a kingsize. Room was fantastic with a large bathroom. Quality was excellent. Nice views from the room. Food was good. Hotel was very clean. Location is a bit out of the way but taxis are easy to get and cheap. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Special thanks to Ajay and Anita for their helpfulness and making a solo traveller welcome.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hospitality was exceptional — every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The interior design and luxurious furniture truly resemble those of a real palace, creating an atmosphere of elegance and comfort throughout the stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet; the variety was truly impressive, with options to suit every taste. You could clearly see the hard work and attention to detail from the team to keep everything fresh, organized, and inviting. A special thanks goes to Mr. Marcell at the reception, who made my check-in smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. His professionalism, warm attitude, and efficiency really set the tone for the rest of my stay.

Checked in at 2100 with Dee who was nice, didn’t took too long i received my keys and went to the room. Nice specious very classic design. Bathroom needs renovation and better cleaning with dusty corners and filthy towels! After one hour in the room i figured out there is an issue and the ac is not cooling and it is too late and i have very early morning meeting. I called reception and it took exactly 3:15 min to answer ☹️ i requested them to check the ac and they requested an engineer who took more than 20 min to reach and told me the temperature in the room seems ok!! Yes maybe if you like to sleep in 27 degrees 😒 then he started working out the physical ac. Then he said finaly now it is 22!!! Sir i need the room to be 18-19 degrees to sleep it became 23:00 !!! He said i will check with my supervisor and get back to you ( ohh my god first time in uae to face such a silly issue in what claimed to be 5 stars hotel) AC is the main element in any room in here! After another 15 min i had to call the reception and highlight my high dissatisfaction that i specifically checked to the hotel to get good sleep before my morning appointment and it is yet mid night and still waiting for them to sort the issue finally they admitted that the AC is broken and offer me to change the mirror room. Another 20 minutes gentlemen came and take me to the new room, which was unfortunately smoking, but at least with a working AC and all what I needed is in a good temperature so I can’t sleep.. Morning, not enough valet drivers and I had to wait for 15 minutes to get my car although there is no other guests waiting for the cars, but due to the lack personeel. Not at all 5 stars hotel experience in Abu dhabi .

Bab Al Qasr pool and beach drawing praise for its serene atmosphere and convenient location. The service is a standout feature and truly professional — you feel welcome from the very first moment! The facilities are well maintained with showers, changing rooms, and lifeguards on duty. Exceptional team work at the pool, especially attentive life guard mr. Darlington and all under the supervision of mr. Yunus. The huge green area in front is well maintained, the beach is nice and clean, though gets crowded at times so pick your spot earlier. At the ‘Loop’ you can chill with friends or family and enjoy in a beautiful AD sunset 🌅! The whole hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. Highly recommend!

The hotel is really nice. The reception team who checked us in and out is really good. Thank you so much to louie. Breakfast was really nice i enjoyed it. Also the pool and beach is relaxing. One thing that you should check is the WIFI connection is not good in the beach side and it's on and off connection. The rest all good! Hk team is also nice.couldnt get his name.
