An Amazing Stay at Bab Al Qasr – An Eastern Fairy Tale in Abu Dhabi! April 2025 (9-16.04, room 1501) will forever remain in my memory as one of the most luxurious and heartwarming vacations, all thanks to Bab Al Qasr Hotel! From the very first moment, I was immersed in an atmosphere of elegance, comfort, and genuine Middle Eastern hospitality. My room was a true embodiment of an Arabian fairy tale—spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with exquisite oriental touches. A special thank you to Zinidan for assisting with check-in and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay! He didn’t just do his job but went above and beyond with warmth and attention to detail, making me feel not just like a guest but like a cherished friend. The hotel staff deserves a standing ovation! Every team member—from reception to housekeeping—was incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. It was clear that they genuinely care about their guests and strive to make every stay perfect. The hotel’s architecture is breathtaking—majestic yet cozy, with stunning views of the sea and city. The pools, private beach, and relaxation areas were all meticulously designed. The restaurants offered a diverse and delicious selection, and the breakfasts were absolutely fantastic! We spent an unforgettable week at the BAB Al Qasr hotel in Abu Dhabi. As an interior designer, I would like to note the very high-quality design and quality of the furniture. The restaurant has incredibly delicious food, everything is beautifully decorated and served! The team of service personnel is beyond praise. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming, any wish is fulfilled. We were served in the restaurant by manager Bikas, the best impression of him. He is a professional in his field, the service is at the highest level, his team management gives excellent results. Everything is clear, coordinated and pleasant! The girls waiters are all beautiful, sweet, kind, caring and friendly, professional. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfection—so tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Every bite was a delight! The churros sauce was another highlight, with a rich and well-balanced taste that complemented the dessert perfectly. The service was top-notch. Mr. Samrat and Mr. Joel provided exceptional service, ensuring that we had everything we needed and making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out. Even the kitchen staff were friendly and accommodating, which made us feel even more welcome. From the moment I entered my room, it was evident that Habib takes immense pride in his work. The room was spotless, well-organized, and impeccably prepared, with attention to every detail. Not only was the cleanliness exceptional, but Habib also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. His friendly and professional demeanor added to the overall positive experience, and he always made sure I had everything I needed without hesitation. It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and meticulous as Habib, and his excellent service truly enhanced my time at Bab Al Qasr. Keep away from this hotel. Complete incompetence from the moment we walked into the lobby to the moment we checked out. We waited over a hour for our room to be ready with two young infants screaming at 3am whilst they happily gave rooms to other guests. Only because I insisted they put us in a room after a hour did they miraculously find a two rooms for us explaining that they were seperate floors but as soon as a family room or interconnecting rooms available they would move us. Never happened. 2 days into our 4 day trip I went to the lobby to complain about the rooms and only then did they put us in a larger suite. Unfortunately my drivers license was left in a room with all the mix up to which they informed me they could not find. Funny about that. The food was disgusting the service was horrible. Honestly for what we paid would never ever stay there again. Had to ask 5 times to get someone to check to see where my drivers license was I’m almost certain they didn’t bother to check. Rooms are certainly not child safe as my 18 month old child was pulling the glass off the tables.
