I had an excellent experience during my stay. A special thanks to Yunus, the Recreation Supervisor, for his warm hospitality and great care throughout our visit. He made sure we felt comfortable and well looked after at every moment. The hotel is beautiful, with an amazing pool and a stunning beach that is perfectly maintained. The whole atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

I attended a 4-day conference at Bab Al Qasr Hotel, using the Casablanca meeting room, and Artisan Kitchen was an integral part of the experience. The meeting room was spacious, well-lit, and perfectly set up for professional sessions with all necessary amenities. Artisan Kitchen impressed me with its extensive buffet offering—from freshly baked croissants and made-to-order eggs in the morning to diverse international dishes like Moroccan tajines, seafood, and BBQ selections later in the day. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to assist and ensure a smooth dining experience. The elegant yet cozy atmosphere made it ideal for both business meals and casual breaks. The restaurant’s recent award for Favorite Brunch 2024 is well deserved. Overall, Artisan Kitchen and Bab Al Qasr Hotel provided a seamless combination of comfort, quality, and excellent service throughout my stay.

The service at this hotel is immaculate. All the staff from different departments of the hotel are friendly, courteous and pleasant. We had dinner at Rosemary restaurant, the food was outstanding, from seafood to pasta to steak and kids meals. Menuka was serving our table and she was probably the best ever waitress we have come across. We wish her all the best and the rest of the team.

: 🌟 Excellent Cleanliness at Bab Al Qasr – Special Thanks to Michelle! 🌟 I stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel for 4 days during a training event, and I was very impressed by the cleanliness throughout the hotel — especially in the comfort room on the 3rd floor. The restroom was always clean, well-stocked, and smelled fresh. Special thanks to Michelle, the cleaner assigned to that area. She did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness all day. You could really see the effort and attention she put into her work — always making sure everything was in order, and greeting guests politely. Having such a clean and comfortable facility made our training experience even better. Big thanks to Michelle and the Bab Al Qasr team for their outstanding service. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast and dinner were especially amazing. All the dishes at the buffet were delicious. Anita, the staff member who assisted us during dinner, was extremely polite and respectful. We would also like to sincerely thank your Swiss chef for creating such wonderfully tasty menus.
