I recently stayed at Bar Al Qasr Hotel and had a five-star experience from beginning to end. The exceptional service set a new standard for luxury hospitality. Check-in was smooth, with the staff anticipating my needs and handling every detail effortlessly. They personalized my stay with thoughtful recommendations for local attractions and dining, making my trip unforgettable. The housekeeping team deserves praise for their meticulous attention to detail; my room was spotless with every amenity carefully arranged. They also gladly accommodated my requests with a smile. The restaurant staff Mrr Bishnu delivered flawless, attentive, yet discreet service, respecting my dietary preferences with warmth and personalization. What truly distinguishes Bar Al Qasr is how staff make each guest feel valued. Their genuine care was evident in every interaction. I left feeling pampered and eager to return. I am currently staying at Bab Al Qasr Hotel in Abu Dhabi for 25 nights, booked through my company. The hotel is truly impressive — the architecture, interior design, and overall atmosphere reflect a high standard of luxury. The food and breakfast offerings were also excellent, with a wide variety and great quality. However, my experience with the service and flexibility left much to be desired. I arrived one night earlier than my scheduled booking (around 10 p.m.) and requested to shift my reservation to start a day earlier, mentioning that I would later obtain my company’s approval for the extra night. Despite confirming that rooms were available, the staff kept me waiting for a considerable amount of time before approving the stay. Given that I already had a confirmed 25-night booking, I found this lack of flexibility and delay unnecessary. The following morning, I encountered another issue — my additional night was not booked with breakfast, even though I had clearly requested it. The staff at the restaurant directed me back to the reception, which is located at some distance, and after several calls and discussions, the matter was finally resolved, allowing me to have breakfast. Later during my stay, I was moved to a different room, but unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant smell. I raised this issue with the staff as well. Overall, Bab Al Qasr is a beautiful property with excellent food and facilities, but the service and responsiveness could be significantly improved. For a five-star hotel, I expected a smoother, more flexible, and guest-oriented experience, especially for long-stay guests

I had an outstanding experience during my stay at this hotel in the UAE. Special thanks to Yunus, the Recreation Supervisor, for his excellent service and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure that guests felt comfortable and well taken care of at all times. His warm attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference. The hotel itself offers beautiful pools and a stunning beach, both maintained at the highest standard. The atmosphere is relaxing, family-friendly, and perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Everything from the cleanliness to the facilities exceeded expectations. Overall, this is by far one of the best hotels in the UAE. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for world-class hospitality and memorable service. Yunus and the team deserve the highest praise!

I have stayed at the hotel from August 6th 2025 to September 16th 2025 as a part of my relocation to the United Arab Emirates. We have chosen this hotel specifically due to the alluring looks & the amenities, the price range also rather competitive compared to the other offerings on the market. Unfortunately, whole experience was ruined due to the Millenium's & Bab Al Qasr's inability to align or complete absence of the SLA's between these two entities. During my last days of the stay I decided to use Millenium's loyalty program benefits - as I have had a prolonged stay I managed to gain the "Prestige" tier and accumulated over 116 thousand loyalty 'points' which enabled me to book a few nights and pay with these points. I have booked 2 nights whilst selecting "pay with points" in the menu, however, regular booking was confirmed instead. There was no option to cancel or update the booking and I had to stay in the hotel for a few days at least whilst my property being prepared. I have reached the guest services desk and "they could not resolve this from their side" and advised me to contact Millennium customer support for the refund with manual point deduction from my account, which I did the same day - on 13.09. Please note, today is October 14th, more than a month have passed since then. Soon enough customer support came back to me and confirmed in writing that Millennium have issues with the loyalty program in the GGC/MENA region, please note - this was not officially mentioned anywhere- nor at the website or prior I proceeded with the booking. Since September 13th I have contacted the customer support multiple times to finally resolve the issue, however, all am I getting is "we have notified hotel team once again" and "this issue is our top priority" - which, honestly, does not really seem the case. In a nutshell, I feel scammed as I had no option to avoid paying for the nights I have "booked with the loyalty points", Millennium confirmed the issue is on their end and they have failed to inform the customer about the issue & continuously failing to resolve the case in general. The operational issue should never fall on the customer shoulders. Member number 2025080404198682 Update: After a month and 10 days of back and forth 'breakfast feeding' Millennium finally responded that hotel refused to accommodate the inquiry. For the future travelers- beware, in case of an issue most likely you will be let down. (hopefully, you wont encounter those during the stay)

I had a truly wonderful experience at Bab Al Qasr Hotel, where the staff demonstrated what genuine five-star hospitality should feel like. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was not only comfortable but memorable. A special mention to Chema at the reception, who went the extra mile to arrange a room with a stunning view — a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for a perfect stay. Yunus from recreation was exceptionally attentive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, embodying true professionalism and care. Shahid from the restaurant deserves special recognition for his impeccable service every morning. He ensured my tea was prepared perfectly each time and provided an outstanding level of personal attention. His warm hospitality ethics and commitment to excellence make him a true role model for five-star service standards. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Head Chef on duty on 8th October (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall), who graciously prepared smoked salmon and avocado upon request — a dish not even on the breakfast menu. His kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. Having stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, I can confidently say that Bab Al Qasr Hotel truly stands out — not just for its luxury, but because of its incredible staff. Their warmth, sincerity, and professionalism transformed my stay into something exceptional in every sense, far exceeding expectations. It was the people who made this hotel truly special, and their dedication easily overshadowed the few minor issues I had.
