I had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. I was given a very comfortable and beautiful room, which made my stay even more pleasant. This is already my second time coming back here, and that says a lot — I genuinely managed to relax and fully disconnect. Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to details. I especially loved the restaurant Rosemary — great food, wonderful flavors, and a very cozy vibe. Overall, everything was just excellent. I will definitely return again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to relax.

We stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. We arrived in Abu Dhabi after a very long night journey, and our baby was extremely exhausted and distressed after hours of travel. Although early check-in was not initially available, the hotel team showed remarkable understanding once they became aware of our situation. We would especially like to thank Louis from the front desk, who showed genuine care and empathy. He personally took the time to understand what we were going through and made sure we were comfortable. Thanks to his support, we were able to rest properly, and our baby settled and slept peacefully right away - something that meant everything to us as parents. The room was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed and bedding quality were exceptional - something we personally value a lot. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the linens were fresh, soft, and of very high quality, which made a huge difference after such a tiring journey. The beach and facilities were excellent, but what truly made our stay special was the human touch and professionalism of the staff. We are very grateful for the kindness we experienced and would gladly return. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

We had a wonderful experience at Bab Al Qasr Hotel. Everything was well organized, elegant, and welcoming. The buffet was outstanding with a great variety and excellent quality. Special thanks to the waitstaff, especially Farhana and Mahmood, who were incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly. Their service really made a difference and added a personal touch to our dining experience.

Bab Al Qasr pool and beach drawing praise for its serene atmosphere and convenient location. The service is a standout feature and truly professional — you feel welcome from the very first moment! The facilities are well maintained with showers, changing rooms, and lifeguards on duty. Exceptional team work at the pool, especially attentive life guard mr. Darlington and all under the supervision of mr. Yunus. The huge green area in front is well maintained, the beach is nice and clean, though gets crowded at times so pick your spot earlier. At the ‘Loop’ you can chill with friends or family and enjoy in a beautiful AD sunset 🌅! The whole hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. Highly recommend!
