From the moment I entered my room, it was evident that Habib takes immense pride in his work. The room was spotless, well-organized, and impeccably prepared, with attention to every detail. Not only was the cleanliness exceptional, but Habib also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. His friendly and professional demeanor added to the overall positive experience, and he always made sure I had everything I needed without hesitation. It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and meticulous as Habib, and his excellent service truly enhanced my time at Bab Al Qasr. I'm staying in Bab Al Qasr hotel for more than 4 yrs now. This amazing hotel offers top notch standard of service. The reason I'm writing this review now, after 4 yrs, is that the hotel nowadays is very busy, almost fully booked, with a lot of groups from various countries, and despite of that the lovely staff of the hotel, on all aspects (receptionists, concierge guys, housekeeping staff...etc) are still keeping their very high quality of services provided, which, needless to say, requires a tremendous amount of extra effort with this very busy occupation. Being a regular Gym/pool attendant on daily basis, I'd like express my deepest appreciation to the recreation team of the hotel, supervised by Mr. Younis. This lovely, very friendly man and all his very efficient staff (Veji, Rose, Bhim and all the rest of the team... sorry can't recall all the names) are doing a marvelous job to make every one happy in the Gym/pool/beach, and despite of this very busy occupation nowadays, I can see them running every where from the very early morning to make every place well arranged and clean and fulfill any request of the guests to make them satisfied and very well enjoying their stay in our hotel. I would also like to extended my thankfulness and sincere gratitude to Mr. Mohamed Ismail, the Director of sales, this very descent and professional man, who's always available round the clock to resolve any issue I may need, making my stay in this lovely hotel for the past 4 years very comfortable and enjoyable

We spent an unforgettable week at the BAB Al Qasr hotel in Abu Dhabi. As an interior designer, I would like to note the very high-quality design and quality of the furniture. The restaurant has incredibly delicious food, everything is beautifully decorated and served! The team of service personnel is beyond praise. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming, any wish is fulfilled. We were served in the restaurant by manager Bikas, the best impression of him. He is a professional in his field, the service is at the highest level, his team management gives excellent results. Everything is clear, coordinated and pleasant! The girls waiters are all beautiful, sweet, kind, caring and friendly, professional. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfection—so tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Every bite was a delight! The churros sauce was another highlight, with a rich and well-balanced taste that complemented the dessert perfectly. The service was top-notch. Mr. Samrat and Mr. Joel provided exceptional service, ensuring that we had everything we needed and making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out. Even the kitchen staff were friendly and accommodating, which made us feel even more welcome. It’s not just about the food; the entire dining experience at Rosemary Kitchen was outstanding. The warm ambiance, excellent service, and delicious food make this place a must-visit. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back for another amazing meal. Highly recommended!
