My stay at this five-star hotel in Abu Dhabi was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism that truly set the tone for the entire experience. The hotel itself is stunning and elegant architecture, beautifully designed interiors, and impeccable attention to detail. The room was spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean, with breathtaking views and every comfort you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The service deserves special mention. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, always attentive, friendly, and efficient without being intrusive. It really felt like personalized hospitality at its finest. Dining was another highlight. The restaurants offered a fantastic variety of high-quality cuisine, from international dishes to local flavors, all prepared to perfection. Breakfast was especially impressive, with an excellent selection and top-notch service. The facilities—pool, spa, gym, and common areas—were world-class and immaculately maintained. Whether relaxing or exploring the city, the hotel’s location was also ideal, making it easy to enjoy everything Abu Dhabi has to offer. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. A truly luxurious and memorable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi and would happily return again.

Bab Al Qasr pool and beach drawing praise for its serene atmosphere and convenient location. The service is a standout feature and truly professional — you feel welcome from the very first moment! The facilities are well maintained with showers, changing rooms, and lifeguards on duty. Exceptional team work at the pool, especially attentive life guard mr. Darlington and all under the supervision of mr. Yunus. The huge green area in front is well maintained, the beach is nice and clean, though gets crowded at times so pick your spot earlier. At the ‘Loop’ you can chill with friends or family and enjoy in a beautiful AD sunset 🌅! The whole hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself is amazing and beautifully decorated, especially for the New Year. I really loved the vibes, warm atmosphere, and the overall design. The facilities are excellent, and it’s clear they put effort into creating memorable experiences, with special events for Christmas, New Year, January 6th, and other occasions. I stayed in a Résidence room, which was very well equipped with a washing machine, kitchenette, home office and two bathrooms — very comfortable and convenient. However, there was one surprising downside for such an expensive room: you simply cannot dry your hair properly because there is no power socket near the mirror. Even more disappointing, the staff refused to provide an extension cable and couldn’t find a simple vase for flowers in the entire large hotel. Small details, but they really affect the experience.

We stayed as a family with two children and had a great experience. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach. The beach is perfect for relaxing. The staff was very kind and professional, especially Mr. Heythem at the reception, who made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!
