Bab Al Qasr pool and beach drawing praise for its serene atmosphere and convenient location. The service is a standout feature and truly professional — you feel welcome from the very first moment! The facilities are well maintained with showers, changing rooms, and lifeguards on duty. Exceptional team work at the pool, especially attentive life guard mr. Darlington and all under the supervision of mr. Yunus. The huge green area in front is well maintained, the beach is nice and clean, though gets crowded at times so pick your spot earlier. At the ‘Loop’ you can chill with friends or family and enjoy in a beautiful AD sunset 🌅! The whole hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel during my recent conference at the Conrad, and the location was definitely a big advantage—just a few minutes away. I tried their in-room dining and ordered a burger. The flavor was good, but the meat tasted more like meatballs, which brought back an old childhood memory I didn’t enjoy much. My only real issue was during check-in. The staff allowed other guests to pass ahead of me without explanation, then gave me the wrong room card twice, which delayed my check-in. The manager later tried to fix the situation with a complimentary dessert in the room, which I appreciated. Breakfast was very good, not excellent, but definitely enjoyable. Overall, the stay was very good but not perfect. Good location, decent food, and effort from management—but the check-in delay affected the first impression.

I had an amazing dining experience at Bab Al Qasr Hotel. The food was exceptional, especially the Egyptian dishes. The pizza and the roz moammar were full of rich, authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Chef Radwan for his outstanding work. His skill and passion for cooking truly stood out and made the meal unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality food and great service

The hospitality was exceptional — every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The interior design and luxurious furniture truly resemble those of a real palace, creating an atmosphere of elegance and comfort throughout the stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet; the variety was truly impressive, with options to suit every taste. You could clearly see the hard work and attention to detail from the team to keep everything fresh, organized, and inviting. A special thanks goes to Mr. Marcell at the reception, who made my check-in smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. His professionalism, warm attitude, and efficiency really set the tone for the rest of my stay.

I had very pleasant stay at this hotel with my wife and infant. Breakfast was excellent. Room has Youtube and Netflix access. Mr Louie was very kind and helpful during early check in. Also the Check out time was at 12pm but he extended it upon the request. Hope to stay again sometime. Thanks to Mr Louie. I wish him all the best for his career.
