We with my team recently had the pleasure at Bab Al Qasr Hotel for a 4-day training event, and I must say (again) that the experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff provided exceptional support and service, making our training sessions comfortable and seamless. The facilities were well-equipped, and the environment was very welcoming. A special mention goes to Michelle from Cebu, Philippines, who maintained the cleanliness in the public areas, especially on the 3rd floor. She demonstrated remarkable professionalism and dedication, always with a warm smile and a friendly attitude everytime we came to meet her in her area if responsibility. Her positive energy and attention to detail truly made a difference in our experience. The staff at Bab Al Qasr Hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure with my family, as their service and hospitality are truly top-notch!

What I liked: The food we ordered to our room was delicious, thanks to the kitchen staff. We booked a family room, which was quite spacious, and the view was amazing. The beach, although small, was charming, with plenty of sunbeds, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The spa experience was also very enjoyable.
What I didn’t like: The cleaning was inconsistent. On the second day of our stay, the staff made the beds and changed the towels, but they left all the dirty glasses and trash in the room. This is not the standard one would expect from a five-star hotel.
Another issue was the check-in process. I had booked the room and added two guests who would be staying with me. One of them arrived 7 hours earlier than me. To ensure my friend could check in, I had requested an early check-in through the booking. However, the hotel did not allow her to check in because the first guest listed on the booking had to sign the paperwork. Although I contacted the hotel in advance to ask them to allow my friend to check in, they refused unless she was listed as the primary person on the booking. We were lucky I was still on the plane and had time to update the booking with her details. This situation was disappointing and frustrating.

The experience during our visit in this hotel was excellent. The staff are very kind and accommodating. We lived on the 30th floor, in room 3012, and the view was beautiful. Highly recommended to those who want to come and visit. Nice place to unwind as well.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing!! Rooms are spacious and clean, but the best thing is the view, we enjoyed it every day. The main restaurant is nice, we liked variety of dishes. Territory is nice: white sand, a lot of trees and cute birds, bar by the water. We preferred to relax by the beach all day, the only sad thing is that there is no sun after 3pm. We also would like to express our gratitude to the recreation team, especially Margo and Sasha from animation team!
