We stayed here from morning till late evening for one day as our previous hotel didn’t allow us to extend or give us late checkout and we had a flight at night time, however this hotel was perfect for the day and we used everything we managed to in the time we had. We ate lunch and dinner, had some swim fun in between, came and showered and had a long nap before we had to leave for our flight. Could not fault the short half day stay. Food was good, especially by the pool. Pools and slides were extremely fun. Very friendly staff Nice cosy relaxing room

We were generally satisfied with the hotel. The aqua park and the food were great. However, the kids’ area is very small and seems poorly maintained. I would like to thank the two girls working at the face painting station they were very attentive and did everything my children asked for with care. On the other hand, the woman in charge of the mini club seemed very tense and barely smiled. While my children were playing, she kept taking the toys in front of them and carrying them inside, which made it hard to relax. At the end of the activity, we asked for a certificate, but she told us it was only given for paid face painting sessions. Her attitude doesn’t seem appropriate for someone working with children. We did enjoy the kids’ entertainment overall the dances were a lot of fun!

In general is a great hotel, dont put your expectations too high otherwise you will be dissapointed. I recommend you dont make a reservation of one of the separate restaurants. They aint as great as the main and the main restaurant aint got a hassle. Good rooms, lovely service slay. Guest service is really great and helpful. They helped me a lot when i had questions. Lovely ladies work at the cleaning service. Most of the people working here always have a smile on their face.

The hotel itself is good, the only problem happened to me when I tried to check in. The night team refused me to even go to the hotel territory. I have been speaking with multiple staff members for over an hour. The best I could negotiate is that they let me stay inside at the lobby. That's the first time something like that happened to be. It's unbelievable. The hotel is good, but night staff is completely inhumane, which ruined the whole perspective P.S. The owner responded 'in order not to cause you any inconvenience and to avoid turning you away, we kindly welcomed you into only our lobby. While we did our best to assist you, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding this matter.'. That is not accurate. We spoke with 3 staff members, including the manager. I was staying for one hour near security guy, because they didn't let me go into the hotel territory. After that, we talked for around 30 minutes with a manager and a guy at lobby. Only after that I was allowed to stay at lobby (manager was the only one who felt like I was talking to a person, not a robot)

I recently returned from a week-long holiday at Aydınbey Queen’s Spa, and I felt compelled to share my amazing experience with fellow travelers. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warm atmosphere were evident, but what truly made our stay unforgettable were the incredible animation team and the outstanding guest relations service. First and foremost, the animation team deserves a huge shoutout. These guys and girls work tirelessly from morning till night to make sure everyone, from kids to adults, is having a fantastic time. Whether it was morning stretching by the pool, water polo, beach volleyball, or dance classes, there was always something fun and engaging happening. Every activity was run with such enthusiasm and professionalism—it was impossible not to smile and join in. The evening shows were also a highlight of our stay. Each night featured a different performance, ranging from comedy acts and dance shows to live music and themed parties. The animation team showed incredible talent and creativity, putting on high-energy performances that rival what you’d see in a professional theatre. It was clear they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing, and that passion really resonated with the audience. What I especially appreciated was how inclusive and friendly the animators were. They made a real effort to get to know guests personally, remembering names and always checking in to see how our day was going. This personal touch made a big difference, especially for families with children, who felt very safe and welcomed. Equally impressive was the guest relations team. From day one, they made sure every need was met and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Whether it was helping us book excursions, assisting with room preferences, or just providing helpful information about the hotel facilities, they were always available, smiling, and ready to assist. I had a small issue with my room key, and it was resolved within minutes—an example of their efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. They also made an effort to gather feedback and ensure everyone was enjoying their stay. It didn’t feel like they were doing it out of obligation—it was genuine. They really cared about making our vacation a great one, and that kind of service is rare and very appreciated. To sum it up, Aydınbey Queen’s Spa isn’t just a beautiful hotel with great food and clean facilities (which it absolutely is)—it’s a place where the people make the difference. The animation team brought so much life and energy to our holiday, while the guest relations staff ensured we were always comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-managed holiday destination. We’re already planning our return next summer—and it’s mostly thanks to the amazing people who made us feel so welcome.
