Rooms were OK, comfy beds, good room facilities
Cleans were not done very well
10% staff spoke English and were kind, polite and helpful
The rest didn't bother as they couldn't communicate and were just rude
Rest of vendors and spa staff were just interested in ripping the guests off with high prices.
Food was good and with variety, vegetarian option poor.
Beers were continually served warm and undrinkable
The beach was great with good facilities, and free shuttle, plenty of sun loungers , we didnt use enough , reception staff again only 10% were helpful

Wonderful experience staying at this hotel.
Great food variety available at most times of the day. Kind staff and a good family atmosphere.
Rooms are spacious and equipped with a balcony and blackout curtains which is really useful for when it gets light outside.
A 5 minute drive from the land of legends, there are a few shops located outside the hotel area so if you urgently need to buy something you can do so easily. There are also shops within the hotel itself so that too is very convenient.

Had a lovely time here, absolutely would recommend! Really enjoyed the resources at the spa, Turkish baths were great. Staff at the spa are lovely, Adam was really helpful and friendly. Melissa at front desk was also really helpful.
The hotel has two pools, one indoor, one outdoor; we often frequented both. Pools were always well maintained and could be used from 9am-7pm. Rooms were spacious, and with nice views from the balcony.
Food had loads of variety, we especially enjoyed the drinks and ice cream.
Overall, a really wonderful stay, would absolutely come to Aydinbey Queens Palace and Spa again!!

Pluses:
High quality of hotel
High quality of show
Minuses:
1.RESTAURANT!
Too little staff in the restaurant. I had to wait about 15 minutes for free, cleaned table.
There were many dirty tables left
Very often weren't clean glass or plates
Coffee machine was dirty and often there was no milk or it didn't work.
Poor options to drink in the restaurant
2.Noisy air conditioning

Nice hotel, clean rooms ,food was average. The pool area was lovely, although the baby pool smelt of pee. Very under staffed. The hotel is very rural, so no bars of clubs are near you need to taxi to go anywhere. Entertainment porridge. Just kids disco 8.30pm and water polo. Was there 7 nights but only 2 nights Entertainment shows .
