Had a lovely time here, absolutely would recommend! Really enjoyed the resources at the spa, Turkish baths were great. Staff at the spa are lovely, Adam was really helpful and friendly. Melissa at front desk was also really helpful.
The hotel has two pools, one indoor, one outdoor; we often frequented both. Pools were always well maintained and could be used from 9am-7pm. Rooms were spacious, and with nice views from the balcony.
Food had loads of variety, we especially enjoyed the drinks and ice cream.
Overall, a really wonderful stay, would absolutely come to Aydinbey Queens Palace and Spa again!!

Pool food area be slightly wary of the chicken, did find a couple of pieces of uncooked chicken, which can be dangerous, but mostly no issues.
Overall, a really wonderful stay, would absolutely come back to Aydinbey Queens Palace and Spa again!! Thank you!

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days (19-28 September) and can definitely say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever been. Super friendly staff who works professionally, very clean rooms and very delicious food (especially the desserts were super tasty). Would definitely stay here again 👏🏽
A little recommendation: the bar at the beach should be renovated 😅

Not a good one at all. I dont recommend it!!!
I was there last week of March 2024. No warm water outside pools. There was transfer service for the beach. They said these will be provided from 1st of March but it was not mentioned on their web site when we booked. Itsa big lie. Receptionists mostly can not understand English. I called room service he could not understand English, he said bye and hanged up on me!!!! It was very rode and distespectful. Food was very low and bad quality and repetitive. Every the mostly same foods was served. Hotel is far from airport and all the good shopping centres so we had to pay a lot for taxi as there is no bus or underground near this hotel.
Very bad experience !!!!

I made a reservation for the New Year's holiday, but we were treated like third class people. We were given wristbands for the New Year's party. The reception said that there was no need for a reservation for the party, but the customer representative said that there was a reservation for the party. When we tried to explain our problem, the customer representative did not even care about us because she was looking after the children. I called the agency representative, but again. We couldn't get any help. In the end, they hosted me and the people wearing black wristbands as third class students in the hotel's normal restaurant. We waited like idiots while people were having fun in the other 2 halls. It was a terrible experience also nice view too😂
