Stayed at this hotel for 10 days (19-28 September) and can definitely say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever been. Super friendly staff who works professionally, very clean rooms and very delicious food (especially the desserts were super tasty). Would definitely stay here again 👏🏽 A little recommendation: the bar at the beach should be renovated 😅

Very good in terms of value for money, food selection/activities was great, pool was fantastic and location spot on. Felt very safe at the hotel and really enjoyed ourselves. However one negative feedback is when we checked in and the hotel staff that took our luggage to the room which we assumed was part of every hotels duty was not the case. The staff refused to leave our room after he dropped of the luggage without a tip we found this very uncomfortable and rude and felt obliged to tip him for him to leave our room. Following this we had to personally when checking out carry our suitcase and baggage to the reception.

I made a reservation for the New Year's holiday, but we were treated like third class people. We were given wristbands for the New Year's party. The reception said that there was no need for a reservation for the party, but the customer representative said that there was a reservation for the party. When we tried to explain our problem, the customer representative did not even care about us because she was looking after the children. I called the agency representative, but again. We couldn't get any help. In the end, they hosted me and the people wearing black wristbands as third class students in the hotel's normal restaurant. We waited like idiots while people were having fun in the other 2 halls. It was a terrible experience also nice view too😂

Lets start with i have never experienced a level of racism like i did at this hotel. Myself and my daughter which was 7months pregnant an my 2yr old granddaughter (we all are BLACK) arrived at the hotel @4:15pm after been travelling from the Uk from 6am. we was greeted by 4 large men outside of the hotel demanding to see our comformation reservation with out identifying who they was. Once i asked they then explain who they where, we then entered the hotel to be told we have no reservation and there was no room ( booking made in November 2023...reservation for 27th January 2024) we was told to contact our agent as there was no room obviously being in a different country that was impossible we had to call family members to do so. The receptionist told us that we can go to another hotel (crazy right) so we obviously refused as we chose this hotel as it was kids friendly after requesting to talk to a manager an being to one will not come until 8pm we had no choice but to wait. The call my family member made to the agent they was told by the hotel the same thing that there was no room an we should go to another hotel, i got frustrated and explained that i will be taking this further they then decided there was a room after being in reception for 4 hours 2yr old and a 7month pregnant woman...... we was there for 4 days and never saw not one black family we was the only black people there.... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Md Isa
Basically rude main reception staff …. While I was there the things I experienced was electricity cut off for several hours …. U need travel adapter by the way …… Receptionist said it’s not his problem and he doesn’t know how long to fix fault ! , room not getting cleaned everyday day , no hoovering just changing towels and using dry mop…… Room door didn’t lock most times with card…. Sides of pool very slippery …..! Asked for Omelette, was told finished and ‘no English’ by chef in a rude way …..☹️
