We had a terrific stay! The hotel is beautiful and has a great luxurious feeling with all of the pools, the bars and the restaurants, and the cherry on top is the impeccable service! All of the staff was so nice and thoughtful, and they did anything they could to accommodate us and make our stay as wonderful as it could. special shout out Maria the concierge who went above and beyond to help us with out travels. I will definitely be coming back.

Avra is a really nice hotel. The grounds are beautiful and there is plenty to explore and do. The spa and gym area was particularly nice and we enjoyed going there everyday. The food was mixed in that some things were delicious and some things were not good at all. You just have to try lots of stuff and find what you like. There is something for everyone and I commend the kitchen for producing such a varied selection. The rooms are a little dated unfortunately but still nice overall. Unfortunately, me and my partner had two single beds pushed together which does not work at all and made for uncomfortable sleeping which was a shame. The mattresses and pillows definitely need replacing too. Rooms with pools are great but make sure you get a room that faces south otherwise your pool will be in the shade and the water cold.
Be sure to rent a car and explore the area (mountains and beaches) since the beach at the hotel isn’t in the prettiest part of the island.

This is a lovely hotel.
The staff are incredible, in particular vasiliki was incredible, she made our baby so happy and feel so welcome.
The room was lovely, however the private pool didn't really get much sun which was a shame.
The resort is lovely, but wouldn't call it 5 star, more 4 star.
The food really lets it down. The buffet food is nothing special, quite poor quality and cold.
The worst part of the hotel is the location. There is literally nothing around, a small supermarket round the corner, a couple of bars, and a souvenir shop opposite. You definitely need a car.
The website stated all inclusive includes drinks to your room. But when there was told drinks to room are not included and cost more. This was a big disappointment.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, and the bathrooms are equipped with a shower as well as a bathtub. There are also beauty products provided that are of high quality and can be purchased at the spa for those who would like to take them with them. In my opinion, the rooms could use a bit of renovation (small TV, old kettle, a bit dated), but overall, it's of good quality.
The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, including various outdoor and indoor pools, and a big plus is the complimentary access to the spa and sauna for free. The food at the hotel is excellent, and the buffet offers different types of fish, meat, and more, so there's something for everyone's taste. Every day fresh fruit and several types of dessert are served.
The hotel is located by the beach and has a private beach area. The service is simply excellent; we were very well received from the beginning to the end. Both the reception, the servers, and the kitchen staff were very friendly. Special thanks to "Irene" and her manager "Katherina" (Front office) who went out of their way to find a solution for us and did everything to make our stay unforgettable. Again many thanks to them!

Great hotel for conferences and banquets! The conference rooms and public areas are fully equipped and in excellent condition. The staff is always there to make your life easier and always with a smile. Bravo!
