Wholesome Boho Life
Beautiful hotel with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Our 2-bedroom pool suite was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The beach is stunning and just steps away, and the pools are fantastic with plenty of loungers. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Especially loved the vegan and gluten free pizza they make at Mi Scusi - their Italian restaurant! Also very grateful for the flexibility to create vegan options at their thai restaurant - The Beach House. The manager was very helpful, understanding and super friendly! Would definitely come back!

We spent 7 nights here. It is a beautiful hotel in lush tropical gardens with a private beach and several swimming pools. We liked the Beach House restaurant. The breakfast restaurant was very busy. The hotel is great for families. Couples may find it too busy. Rooms are excellent. Downsides are that it is about 8 miles from Khao Lak. It costs 400 Baht in a taxi each way to get to shops and restaurants. Also, food in the restaurants is expensive compared to Khao Lak itself. The staff and service is excellent.

Gorgeous hotel. It’s in a stunning location and is really well landscaped. It’s probably the nicest looking hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Couple of things to note: if you’re paying for a swim up room, don’t expect any privacy. The pool is for anybody to use at any time so it can get noisy with kids. The food is average (the coffee is great, though) and is probably the least tasty food we’ve had at any of the hotels I’ve stayed at in Thailand. The breakfast has a lot of options though. It’s VERY expensive to eat or drink here. It’s 5x the price for dinner vs what you can get 5 minutes away (walk) on the beach at Be Friend or any of the other local restaurants. Location makes this hotel worth it. Not much else to say other than it’s a stunning hotel with a lot to offer for kids. Definitely don’t come here if you want the adults only vibe!

Great experience overall, beautiful room and fantastic staff. Just a couple bad apples in the buffet (dinner) and negative experience (receptionist). However, the facility is fantastic, the gardens are in a great shape and provide an excellent atmosphere. The beach is gorgeous and the staff is superb. Housekeeping is lovely and did a wonderful job in the room each day, made our vacation feels like heaven.

I have been staying at the hotel on a regular basis for a couple of years now leading groups of charity bike riders and without fail the level of service from the GM down to all of the staff is exceptional. The rooms are of the highest quality and from my experience staying at many within Khao Lak, without peer. The hotel is set on a beautiful setting with many options for kids and families, but equally for those looking for quiet and private space. It's not the physical aspect of this hotel that is its greatest asset but the team from GM down that makes the stay so enjoyable.
