The thoughtful welcome setup, the handwritten card, and the colorful bed decoration made me smile instantly — it’s these small gestures that truly define world-class hospitality. 💛 The room was bright, cozy, and beautifully designed with natural tones and tropical touches. The cleanliness and attention to detail by Khun Add and the Housekeeping team were simply exceptional. Every corner was spotless, every item perfectly arranged — you could feel the pride and care in their work. 🌸 The welcome fruits and mini desserts were beautifully prepared by Khun Nu and the F&B team, fresh and delicious. Great 5-night stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The grounds were very lush and loved all the beach loungers and natural shade from the trees. The beach is clean and had beautiful sunsets. We didn’t tell the hotel it was my birthday but they still left me a cake in the room, very thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet was just okay, nothing special. There’s a few beach restaurants walking distance from the hotel which has delicious and affordable food, highly recommend venturing out for lunch/dinner. There’s a convenience store and scooter rental across the main road which made it very convenient.

This was our more than 4th visit to Avani+ Khao Lak, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! We stayed as a family group (5 rooms in total) to celebrate a birthday party for our two nieces. The kids were so happ, they received birthday cakes, lovely bed decorations, and special amenities. All of our rooms were upgraded, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. What truly makes this resort stand out is the amazing staff. A special thanks to Khun Anne, Khun Joe, Khun Nu, Khun Artie, and everyone else whose names we can't remember , you all gave us such a warm welcome and took great care of our family throughout our stay. We always feel at home here, which is why we keep coming back. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely return again!

We absolutely love the Avani+ Khao Lak. It is our second time this year, and each stay gets better than the last. Employees are outstanding and extremely helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The amenities are abundant. It’s perfect for a solo retreat, a couples getaway, or a family vacation. The grounds are large enough to feel completely alone, or surrounded by lots of happy people. If you want to stay healthy during your vacation, they have a great gym with a variety of classes on their schedule, and if you want to leave your health routine at home and be in “vacation-mode”, they can accommodate that too, and you never even have to see the gym or activity areas if you don’t want to. They have a fantastic spa experience, or if you want to go have a massage while listening to the waves crash on the ocean, there are plenty of opportunities on the beach close by. And if you love food, you can eat excellent food, and stay on the resort grounds, or there are plenty of local restaurants on the beach, a short walk away. We loved the Mediterranean buffet, they have a different themed buffet every night, and they all looked outstanding. Special shout out to employees who went above and beyond by bringing us fresh aloe leaves to treat a sunburn, helping us change and fix our flat tire…and fix our flat spare, and so many employees just making us feel so welcome: Imron, Pen, Pong, Apple, Chicky, Zean. We’re already planning our return to the cute area they’re setting up and opening soon
