Rooms (garden access): It's quite spacious, we can fit 3 people (with extra bed) inside the room. But the cleanliness is average. Beach lawn and sea can be accessed within the hotel. Overall, the price is reasonable and pet-friendly room is nice (lots of food and stuff provided)! 😃

I recently attended the wedding of my friend’s daughter at this venue, which is an excellent destination for weddings. I stayed for three nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Housekeeping was generally efficient in fulfilling requests when contacted. However, I did encounter an issue with the room cleaning staff—one particular lady was quite rude and did not clean the room properly. On one occasion, she even refused to provide an extra tea bag. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not significantly impact my stay. Despite this small drawback, I had a great experience, and I would recommend this place for a wedding or a comfortable stay.

Nice modern clean hotel perfect for family stay and many activities for kids however if you are not traveling with kids, avoid this hotel. No room service after midnight whatsoever. Early morning, you can hear loud noises from the pool as the room are not sound proof making it difficult to sleep. People in the pool noises can be heard which means you wont get a good sleep. Other than that, good spa and good gym Steam is not free and you have to pay 500 baht

Don’t stay in 2-Bedroom Pool Villa which they have only 2 villas of this type since it is very expensive and unreasonable price compared to location where very far from all facilities except Avani Club where only 1 hr for happy hour and beach where is very dirty. No Breakfast at Avani Club despite we paid a lot for this villa and too crowed at Breakfast. I am very upset when they offer free upgrade to other guests to pool villa when I check out. Therefore,guest can just choose cheapest type and you can ask for free upgrade which I seen some guests reviewed that they got free upgrade. Good for kids but there is no this dimension for review. For family, just stay hotel room types. If you stay at villa it will take long walk or long time for waiting buggy. The fridge in villa is just mini bar, they cannot keep any food. Room service is horrible. I will go back to Marriott and Intercontinental Hua Hin which are much more better even it is required further driving.
