I was extremely impressed with this hotel from the very first step of making a reservation by phone. The reservation staff member was very polite, pleasant to speak with, and provided clear and helpful information. When I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM and checked in, the female front desk staff welcomed me warmly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and she explained the hotel facilities and services thoroughly, which I truly appreciated. Throughout my stay, all the other hotel staff I encountered were friendly and very informative, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I was truly impressed with my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. Although there were many guests, everything was very well managed. The bell staff were polite and courteous, and the check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.

Avani was the perfect venue for our wedding, and the team made the entire experience feel effortless, warm, and genuinely special. A huge shoutout to Buddhika and K. Noi—they coordinated everything so seamlessly from start to finish. They were incredibly hospitable, flexible with our requests, and always calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented. No matter what came up, they handled it smoothly, which made a world of difference during a busy wedding schedule. And an even bigger thank you to Chef Visak—he absolutely killed it with the menu and food. The quality, variety, presentation, and consistency across multiple events were outstanding. People were raving about the food during the wedding and even afterward, and we couldn’t agree more. We truly loved our experience at Avani. Love, love, love — and we’d recommend this team to anyone planning a big celebration.

Place is ### Avani+ Resort – Short Review The staff at Avani+ were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay – a real highlight and something that made the experience pleasant despite a few shortcomings. The rooms are perfectly acceptable and clean, but they do feel a bit dated and could definitely benefit from a refresh in the near future. The beachfront restaurant has a fantastic location and atmosphere, but the service was painfully slow – we waited well over an hour for our main courses, and by the time the food arrived it had gone cold. That said, once it arrived the food itself was genuinely tasty and well-prepared. Overall, a solid 3.5/5 stay: lovely people and good food let down by tired rooms and very slow kitchen service at the night we dined on the beach.

I stayed here for three nights and was genuinely impressed. I’ve stayed in many hotels across Thailand, including more expensive ones, but the service and attention to detail here truly stood out. The room setup was smart and comfortable, and every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond. When I had trouble with my car, the team immediately offered help, and when my air conditioning needed attention, the engineering staff resolved it quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Khun Ay, Nina, Ging, and Tor – each of them was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. It’s rare to experience this level of genuine hospitality in Thailand. The quality of service here is outstanding, and I would return without hesitation.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the warm hospitality during my stay from 25–27 May. As a wheelchair user traveling solo, I tend to be quite selective about where I stay—but your team truly made everything seamless. I really appreciated the support and kindness shown throughout my visit. A big applause to everyone for making it such a positive and memorable experience! (Specially Front Office Team) I do have a few small recommendations regarding the setup of your wheelchair-accessible rooms, both Garden and Pool access: 1. While it’s great that a shower chair is available upon request, installing a grab bar in the shower area would significantly improve safety and better align with international accessibility standards. 2. The existing grab bar near the toilet is currently placed a bit too far. If possible, I’d suggest moving it slightly closer for better reach (please see the photo attached for reference). 3. The ramp leading to the accommodation building is quite steep. If there's a way to reduce the incline slightly, it would help improve safety and prevent potential roll-back incidents for wheelchair users. I understand that solo wheelchair users may be rare guests at the property, and others may not always provide feedback—but I hope my suggestions can contribute to making your already thoughtful facilities even better. This was my first visit to Avani Hua Hin—but certainly not the last. Looking forward to coming back again!
