I recently stayed at Avani Deira Hotel in Dubai and had a wonderful experience. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I’d like to give special recognition to Tuba at reception, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She kindly upgraded my room, arranged an early check-in, and also provided a late check-out — all with a professional and welcoming attitude. These thoughtful touches made a big difference and really enhanced my stay. I truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality and will definitely choose Avani Hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!

The front desk receptionist treated me with a level of disrespect and unprofessionalism that was both upsetting and unacceptable. Beyond general rudeness and unwillingness to assist, her behavior also appeared to be racially biased. I felt targeted and disrespected based on [my race/nationality/language/accent — specify if you’re comfortable], which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I raised the issue with the manager on duty, I was further disappointed to find that they were dismissive and appeared to defend the receptionist without listening to my concerns or attempting to understand my experience. Discrimination in any form is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where all guests should be treated equally and respectfully. I strongly urge hotel management to investigate this incident and take appropriate steps to ensure that no guest is ever made to feel this way again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. A special thanks goes to Omar at the front desk, who was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He gave us great tips, helped us with guidance around the city, and made us feel truly spoiled. Also, a big shout-out to Asad, who was in charge of our room cleaning. The room was always spotless, with fresh towels and bed linen every single day – we truly appreciated it. The location is perfect: just about 20 minutes from the airport, which made arriving super easy and affordable by taxi. It’s also close to local shops, restaurants with authentic food (not too touristy or overpriced), and very near the metro, which made it easy to reach central Dubai. What we enjoyed most about the hotel itself was the rooftop pool area – it’s beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. Sunbeds, views, and atmosphere were all spot on. (Just a small note: since the hotel is relatively close to the airport, planes do fly overhead quite frequently, which you’ll especially notice while enjoying the pool – but honestly, a pair of AirPods fixes that, and the positives far outweigh this.) Breakfast was also excellent, with a fantastic chef preparing eggs and omelets to order, and the coffee was outstanding – which we really value! The only thing we missed, if we could wish for something more, would be the option to enjoy breakfast outdoors. The restaurant itself is quite large and can get a bit noisy, but the variety and quality of the food more than made up for it. The bed was insanely comfortable, and we slept incredibly well throughout our stay. The room had everything we needed. All in all, we truly recommend this hotel for both comfort and service – and we would definitely stay here again!

Shereen at reception was amazing—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist us with a good rate and a lovely complimentary gesture. Also the housing team assigned in 6th floor was polite and helpful too. Excellent service!
