We had an amazing Ramadan Iftar buffet experience. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and truly exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the Manager Mr. Shetty, and his team Sir Elson, and Sir Shubham for their outstanding hospitality and attentive service. They made sure that my family and I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. We truly appreciate the effort and dedication of the entire staff in making our Iftar so memorable. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Hello, I spent the most terrible night (9th February 2026) when i had a reservation in your hotel and i arrived at midnight after a long fligh, but the egyptian receptionnist told me to not be able to find my reservation. He only told me to check with lastminute the website i paid for the reservation. I spent almost an hour waiting in the lobby while trying to contact the website. I got harrassed by a man inside your hotel. I didnnt feel safe so when i came back to reception, another receptionnist was more kind and explained to me that they have a problem with lastminute and that 3 other guests had the same problem in the same day! And that there is no room available for that night!! The other receptionnist didn’t tell me these details and i kept waiting for one hour for nothing. I was super disappointed, i cried from 1 am to 6 am non stop. I was approached by 2 other men that night (total is 3) who tried to offer me their stay!!! I am a young woman who was alone in Dubai at night. Hence your team didn’t even do the minimum which is to find me an available room in another hotel. I am speaking of fact because i have already worked as a receptionnist. The security men and the man working in the café were super nice to me, but the egyptian receptionnist was the worst to me ever! He just wanted to see me suffer as if he had something personal towards me. Till this day i am so traumatised, will never book any Avani in my life and would tell my story to people so they avoid what i had to go through.

Very nice and quiet hotel, very friendly staff and service except for one rude staff in the restaurant. Food is great if you are a veg, if not please stay away because the chefs here dont know something such as meat exists. Wont call this a five star hotel a low range 4 star at the best judging by the food here. Sri lanka has better food buffets at 3 stars and 4 star hotels. I think the management at avani deira needs to send the folk to sri lanka on what kinds of variety we have in our buffets even their own avani hotel in sri lanka does much better. I think no hotel should get away with cheaping out on meats and putting sausages on the buffet and call it a day.

Upon booking my stay here, on bookings.com this hotel was rated a 5 star. Unfortunately this hotel is a high 3 star hotel (maybe pushing a low 4 star). The staff was very nice and accommodating, and upon checking in I was given an upgrade, which I'm thankful for. Upon arriving in a taxi no one met me at the door to help bring my luggage in, which was not normal for any hotel I have stayed in in Dubai. For me the location was not the best, but I made it work. There was a lounge next to reception and I was on the 2nd floor, and heard loud music late a couple nights. The upgraded room was spacious, and the king size bed was very comfortable.

Ok ok type of stay. Not much welcoming staff. St evening after 6pm area near the hotel gets so busy that you need around 30 minutes to reach to the hotel from 3km away. Suggestion is to avoid this hotel. Though the metro station is near, it's useful for only for couple of destinations. Not for something like dessert safari, Dhow cruise. It will take forever to reach to the hotel.
