To start with, the service provided by Mr. Subin from the housekeeping department was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was incredibly attentive to detail, ensuring that my room was always immaculately clean and well-stocked with amenities.
The ambience of the hotel is good, rooms spacious, and gym well maintained with good equipment.
Overall stay was good and pleasant.

During our stay, it was ours one of the most memorable stay at Avani, Deira. except on the day of our departure, when we came across the cylone and flood.
Well, I would like to thank Mr SUNDAY at the reception when we had pleasant introduction and friendly conversation about his name upon our arrival. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel management who upgraded our room on the day of our arrival upon finding us with our 74 yrs old father.
Thanks to Mr. SHETTY the restaurant in charge, who fully understood our needs and cooperated with the plain food for our ailing father, who was in soft blended food. The most important reward was, they charged nothing for the plain blended khichdi, it was complimentary from the management. Thanks to all the staffs and chef for serving delicious delicacies during our stay.
And above all thanks to SUMIT SHARMA, for our clean and comfortable stay in the AVANI, room no 427, I would really appreciate his patient and calm personality as room service personnel.
I don't recall the name of the person in charge on the day of cyclone, who suggested us to take metro to reach airport asap due to water logging all over. Though, it was bit challengeous but his metro guiding map helped us a lot. We did waited at airport, but could fly on the other day.
Thank you!! AVANI FAMILY, DEIRA. I highly recommend the hotel, if u are looking for peaceful and non crowded stay.

The hotel is very old and definitely doesn't deserve five stars. The rooms are fairly clean, but the furniture and bathroom fixtures are very old and partially damaged. We stayed in this hotel for three nights, and during that time, we never had proper hot water. The water from the tap was slightly warm, but not hot. However, the rooms were cleaned daily, and they provided us with water, tea, and coffee. The hotel is located in an area with many Indians, Pakistanis, and people of other nationalities. It's very close to the metro, and you can walk to the hotel. It's a suitable option for a 2-3 night stay, not more. The sound insulation between rooms is very poor; we could hear our neighbors well. However, each room has a very good ventilation and air conditioning system. You can set any temperature, and it's very comfortable.
