    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the bar had a lovely atmosphere with excellent drinks, the bartender Ms.Toon was very kind and gentle. Most importantly, the entire staff were exceptional — always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. 🌟

    Very good business hotel with clean and large rooms. Not quite at the center but within easy distance. Large breakfast selection, mostly to Asian taste and bacon hidden in the corner. Exceptional staff though, on all accounts. I stayed a little longer in my room one morning and had the most wonderful and thoughtful young lady making up my room. The restaurant and bar staff were very helpful and welcoming at breakfast and dinner, when I used their services. Toon at the bar and Aun-Aun in the restaurant deserve a special mention for their hospitality and service. As would many others…

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Wonderful Staff! I stayed at the Bangkok Grand Mercure Atrium and had an amazing experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful city views. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. A special thank you to the two lovely ladies working in the Executive Lounge in the evening — our flight from Phuket was delayed, and we missed the lounge hours, but they thoughtfully prepared take-away food for us and even offered us some drinks. That was such a sweet and caring gesture! As a Diamond member, I can confidently recommend this hotel to everyone — the service, hospitality, and attention to detail truly make it stand out. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok! Last touch were manager who came to say good bye!! It was so cute! All staff amazing special thanks to receptionist who upgraded the room!

    The staff were mostly helpful but we waited an hour for our suitcases to be brought up and was then told reception had not informed the bell boys. The restaurant and staff within the restaurant were excellent and the food was amazing. On 1 occasion we attended the gym and there were no towels or water? We ran out of toilet roll which was terrible. How can a spare roll not be supplied? We had to call. There was no information regarding how to get your clothes washed etc.. We had to ask. Sarah or Sara, (apologies I do not remember her name) who was part of the team to takes you on outings was excellent and helpful. I asked for an upgrade, which I was happy to pay for as it was my husband's birthday but was told no. They did a small cake but it was for the day after? It is definitely not a 4 star hotel, more 3 stars and I would not go back there. I would go to the restaurant though.

    Was in Bangkok for my partner’s fitness competition and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a warm welcome and that they were cheering him on for his competition! Wonderful surprise by the guest relations team, much appreciated. Rooms are large and well equipped, and there was a nice range of welcome drinks for us at the pool bar too. Location is nearby Bravo BKK and makes a lot of sense to stay here for any events there as it is nearby. There is a 7-Eleven down the road from the hotel if you need anything! Great staff made all the difference for this stay, thank you!
