I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The facilities are excellent, and they’ve clearly prioritized privacy and safety, which made the stay feel very secure and peaceful. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast buffet. It was exceptionally well-curated, with a huge variety of dishes catering to guests from many different nationalities. Every detail seemed carefully thought out to ensure that everyone found something to enjoy. The quality, taste, and presentation of the food were all top-notch. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in both service and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The hotel is fantastic. The staff really make this place feel special. Special and big shout out to Champ, Toon, Nook and Book who served me at the bar. They really made me feel welcome and were helpful. Champ felt more like a friend than someone serving me, despite the language barrier. The wonderful greeters on the door (there are two in particular at day time who are great but I didn't catch their names, sorry!) Oh and the friendly morning staff who welcome you during breakfast. I tried to learn the basics in Thai (hello, goodbye, thank you) and even when I messed up, they helped me with a smile. Honestly, I'd come back just for them nevermind the facilities. My palette isn't overly keen on the breakfast but I assure you, my family love it. The dinner food is good quality too. Oh, and the housekeeping staff, can't forget them. Everyone of them has been super helpful, friendly and polite. The only "negative" is perhaps the soundproofing and a lack of shower curtain for the bath/shower. I'd recommend this hotel. I don't want to leave.

Great room overlooking the city with friendly staff and excellent service. Location was also good, close to the main shopping centers. They also have their own spa massage, restraunt, gym, pool and many other fun events organized by the team.

This is NOT a five star hotel. This is more of a 3 star hotel at most. I am disappointed with the customer service, rooms, and breakfast food. The rooms, bathroom, hallway is outdated and needs renovation. When one of the room keys did not work, the front lobby lady was rude and gave me an attitude. The customer service here did not reflect what a "5 star hotel" should be. The breakfast buffet is also disappointing as it is all Indian food (majority of the guests are Indian). For those who cannot eat Indian food, do not book this place. Please do not book as this is a 3 star hotel and not 5 star hotel. This is why the price here is lower.

Jirattisuk Nord (Luk)

The staff were friendly, but the rooms would benefit from modernization, especially regarding the power outlets. Additionally, the breakfast selection could be more diverse, as it was mainly centered around Indian cuisine. Well located not far from several shopping centers nearby. Shuttle bus service from the hotel was really great. Overall good stay.
