We stayed for 6 nights. Very friendly staff and descent location. Although, walking to MRT or BTS is a bit of a walk. The hotel is dated and the room smelled a little muggy like most of the hotels in Bangkok. The AC worked well and the cleaning staff were outstanding. 4 watwr bottles were provided each day. Breakfast has many items but most of them were catered for Indian palate. We did not like the breakfast at all. Please change the menu! A few Thai dish would have been nice, but it was all Indian food. Overall, it was a bit dissapointing having read this is a 4.5 star hotel. I give this hotel 3 stars.

Staff were very helpful, as a silver Accor loyalty member they gave me access to my complimentary late check-out (until 4pm) so I had chance to make the most of the hotels facilities. Very well equipped gymn and the pool is nice. They had a happy hour which was good and the breakfast was extremely good. Huge variety of items to suit everyone’s needs and the view from the room was amazing!

Wonderful stay! Clean and comfortable rooms with fantastic buffet breakfast. Close to airport rail line access. Polite and helpful staff. Nice pool and bar area. Nice view from our 11th floor room. Highly recommend!

I visited this hotel for a business meeting purpose, and used a restaurant (Public) alone after the meeting. The hotel's ground level is clean, high-speed wifi is available for Accor members. The restaurant staffs are so polite. Especially Ms. Mai speaks not only basic English but respectful and proper English. I was impressed it.

Lots of Indian Tourists visit Bangkok and I have seen so many Indians staying at this hotel. However, was quite unhappy, disappointed and sorry to see the indian vegetarian breakfast spread for all the 3 nights and 4 days of my stay at the Hotel. Whatever extremely limited veg menu option was there, it was having no taste. There are very basic expectations in terms of veg food item and this was shocking for us to see with so many indians staying there and struggling to eat veg food. They had to step out for bfst even after paying for it to the hotel. The hotel staff at the reception are quite rude. While i asked for a second set of key, all 3-4 staffs jumped on me claiming that it was already given to you and you need to pay 300 THB if the key is lost. They were not ready to listen to me and understand. I was trying to explain that I was given only one key but they were so rude in dealing with me. Finally they checked in their system, camera etc and agreed and gave me the second set. Extremely unfair approach and irritating behaviour of reception staff. No indians would stay here if the approach is not corrected for indians and hotel does not give a thought and ensure on making proper indian veg and tasty food. Generally i donot write such kind of reviews but this time it was a huge disappointment from this Hotel. Hope the Hotel Management will take immediate corrective steps on both the points and ensure this is non repetitive. We treat our guest as God, in India and expect the same. Hope the feedback is taken in right spirit and staffs are trained and refrained from such behaviours going forward
