Best first all-inclusive experience we could have asked for! The service of all the staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was stunning, super spacious, new and modern, and had a spacious balcony with a tub and couch, overlooking the beautiful water and resort. Beautiful sunrises every morning too! The variety in the food and restaurants exceeded our expectations - each restaurant is so well done and unique, and even the buffet they have has amazing service and so much variety! The entertainment team does a great job every night, and there’s also several bars, food stands and dessert spots that were great. They had cool activities to try as well and a beautiful gym with fitness classes. Some activities cost extra, like the spa, arcade, bowling, escape room etc. but they offer more options for those interested! Overall amazing stay, and looking forward to coming back ☺️

During my stay at Ava Resort Cancun, Issac from the entertainment team truly stood out. His energy, professionalism, and genuine warmth made every activity unforgettable. Whether it was organizing games by the pool, hosting evening shows, or simply checking in to make sure guests were having fun, Issac went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. He has a natural talent for engaging people of all ages, making everyone feel included and valued. His enthusiasm is contagious, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. Thanks to Issac, my vacation was filled with laughter, great memories, and a sense of connection with the resort community. If you’re visiting Ava Resort Cancun, I highly recommend joining any event led by Issac—you’ll have an amazing time!

AVA resort in Cancun is absolutely phenomenal. We are visiting with family, and my 13 year-old and nine-year-old are in love with a lounge for teens and the Ava kids club. The restaurants are amazing! Yesterday we ate at veranda, the Italian restaurant, And our server was Zitlaly and our chef Baltazar. They made our visit extra special, even accommodating to my needs (gluten-free)… They made a delicious risotto with shrimps. It was absolutely wonderful!! Today we ate at Chez Moi, the French restaurant, and the food was phenomenal. The portions are small but exquisite! The desserts are the best around. Our server was Jesus, and he made wonderful recommendations!! Truly loving this place!

Amazing hotel so modern & clean & fresh. Rooms are cleaned twice a day so is always fresh for when you go back. All the staff are so attentive & friendly & welcoming nothing is ever too much! The amenities are amazing & there are so many restaurants to choose from you will never go hungry. There’s so many sunbeds by the pool we never struggled to get one & we also did not have to rush down to get one early. Carlos Valle was amazing he was so welcoming & friendly we had amazing service by him we were never empty handed when it came to drinks or food best server we have ever had on a holiday!

Food was great- especially at the Bayside Cafe with Angel and Jesus, they provided us a special lunch. Grateful for their hospitality. Breakfast was amazing including the service with Pedro and Citlat from Copal. They were very attentive and helpful. Dinner at Blackiron was amazing… Jose the staff was amazing. Steak, wine and all the fixes were great.
