All around 5* Team/Hotel. Booked for my birthday and wasn’t disappointed. The hotel went above and beyond to celebrate for me with a lovely cake towel on my bed with petals to dinner with candles and balloons.! Every single day was better during our stay, the staff were so welcoming and the atmosphere was 10/10. ( We made some new Egyptian friends :) ) Really enjoyed the activities, relaxing by the pool and beach. Food was just ok and had plenty of options but was not anything to mark them down for. Thanks for having us!

We went second time to the same resort. But we didn’t get good experience at this time. 1. Animation team(entertainment guys)- they look very dead as compared to last time. And few of them only approach only white young families. They didn’t even come to us at once. Always surrounded with white people. 2. Feel like too much racism as the staff and animation team only approach white European or Russians. 3. Room 102-103, Room service guy was good but every other day rooms were not that clean as we expected. 4. During meal time no one would approach us for the drinks apart from two staff member Ala Ahmad. However, other catering staff were happy to serve white people. For the Aurora admin team ( please upgrade your animation staff). Overall giving 2 stars because of disappointment from animation team.

I've been going here with my family since forever and my parents went before I was even born It's one of the best hotels ever and everytime we say like we wanna go try a new place we always just end up at aurora oriental Resort. It's perfect and the rooms are very well kept and you are always greeted with the biggest smile , the staff are very hardworking and go out of their way to help you. Also, the food is super delicious and the restaurant is very clean and luxurious. And don't even get me started on the animation team, they are so energetic, lively and very vibrant and enthusiastic. Overall, This hotel has been our go-to for years, and every visit is filled with wonderful memories. I can't wait to return and create even more!.

Lovely hotel not too big, food was good but the restaurant had self service that was too spaced out. If you wanted salad with your shawarma they were at the opposite ends of the restaurant as was the bread! Rooms could be updated but clean and functional. Sea is very shallow so not suited for swimming.

everything was fine except for the cleaning and the availability when they had to change the linen. In 8 days the sheets were never changed and I struggled to get them to give me the towels.. the rest of the resort was excellent..
