Do not pay for taxis at the front desk. They will charge per head when you can just literally walk 10 seconds out the resort and get taxis for much better price. For example we had a mini bus take 14 of us to Soho Square for 1000 in total there and back. We just WhatsApp messaged the driver half hour before we needed them to take us back to a resort. Hotel staff quoted 250 per head. Hotel buffet is very hit or miss. Luckily Arab Bucks are just over the road and will deliver. German Bakery and Mango are also nice places to eat at. My hotel room was nice but infested with mosquitos. Left room service a tip but they asked for more the next day but did give us an extra water bottle I suppose. My hotel bath also had a hole in it which was filled with filler. We were a large party and two rooms had a leak in the week that we were there so not surprised. Be careful of stray dogs roaming around on the beach and just outside the resort.

We stayed recently for a week, the hotel staff are welcoming and extremely helpful, we asked for a quiet room and it was. The gardens are beautiful, pools clean and restaurant food was excellent. Being a vegetarian I usually struggle in Egypt but not at this hotel. Certainly could not fault the quality of the food. We stayed in a standard room, the bed was comfy and bedding clean. But the room was tired, and the bathroom although spotless, again was very tired, shower pressure extremely low. Value for money - yes.

Everything in the standards of an international resort in Sharm. A super thumbs up to the cleaning staff: rooms and also public toilets are always clean, even at the beach bar. Food is alright, nothing to write home about. Not many healthy options but definitely accessible to everyone because of the vast choice given. Great for kids, and it also have a pool dedicated to adults. Beach is well handled: there a bus that takes you there from the reception, or you can walk there; the guys at the beach are always available to help and the servers are super friendly and kind. I would suggest the place if you need a relaxing spot to spend your holidays :)

Okay so the hotel it self is good not great at all Simple, more expensive than the actual quality of it. The rooms need upgrades. No tv with internet Old doors and very very bad air conditioning The most awful thing was the AC system The staff were very nice. Respect-full some of them were angry only few Now the pools great design 3 pools it is good But there is no heated pools They say they have heated pools But they were crazy cold. The food was good, again not great Only one big restaurant, The snacks were awful ! The soft drink were meh also for non alcoholic people like me only one or two cocktails otherwise normal soft drink No energy drinks ! Hot drinks were very very good. I give it 6/10

It’s a 3 star hotel at best , if you are coming here to go snorkelling DONT , there is none , most hotels in Sharm have a jetty to the reef ! This one goes no where near , don’t even know why they have bothered as it’s so short ! The staff are ok , not the bar staff or the reception staff , they are beyond unfriendly and look at you like you are stupid ! The bar staff don’t make I contact and ignore you , that is till a female comes , then suddenly all smiles and great service. I blame terrible training , the management should watch this . I told the reception staff how terrible they are and they were saying I was making it up , ha no chance , a very mediocre hotel
