I spent a week here with my mum and we absolutely loved it. The staff all went above and beyond on ALL departments. The food was beautiful and there was plenty of different options every day - we did not find it repetitive. Lots of options for drinks, great entertainment, A la carte options, 5 swimming pools and a private beach! We had something different to do everyday The rooms and hotel were clean and well kept, the staff worked hard to keep this hotel looking lovely as well as making guests happy. We will definitely be returning here.

First time at this hotel and it is more than we expected. Very friendly at reception on arrival with a welcome drink. Rooms are a great size with a massive bed, outside balcony fabulous. Every single member of staff take care of your every need what more could you ask for. Food is amazing, you always find something different at every meal time. Karim (I hope that's his name, apologies if not) makes amazing pasta dishes, never quite the same as his when made by someone else. The hotel is within easy access to shopping areas and of course Soho Square. Hotel Managers are there if you have any concerns to make your holiday go as smoothly as possible. The gardens are well looked after, lots of work done to keep them looking so fabulous. Thank you for a fabulous first week's holiday looking forward to our second week. I visited Auoura as part of a last minute trip with a friend and we hands down had the best time here. The hotel is lovely, all the pools and private beach are wonderful. The entertainment team and staff looked after us so well when we did activities or went out together. Would highly recommend.

Just back from a 1 week stay at Aurora. A few things to point out ... Rooms - we stayed in 109 and 111. You get what you pay for. The rooms need updating, beds aren't the most comfortable and we had crumbs in the bed on first night stay but the basics were fine. Shower was very powerful which was good, no problems with pressure or temperature. Staff - all staff were polite and helpful, barmen at the pools need tipping for them to crack a smile and be helpful, other than that service was pretty prompt. Restaurant staff were as friendly as you'd expect and done a good job with keeping up with demands of a full dining area. Food was well topped up when low. The staff member that looked after our suitcases on checkout was friendly and helpful and even said that we can use the shower room if we wanted to go for a swim before our transfer arrived. Hotel Spa - 2 of our group paid for to have a pedicure, manicure and foot treatment. Another paid for a massage. The massage was good and worth the money, the painted nails were terrible and came off within 24 hours. Without the massage the cost came to £110 for less than 24 hours of nails. Avoid and just paint yourself. Hotel taxi - paid 1500egp to get a return trip to the old town for 5 people, mini bus was very comfortable and brand new with a/c, seat belts, a comfortable ride overall. Only complaint would be that the driver was meant to leave a mobile number to contact on WhatsApp to arrange return, instead he dropped us off at his friend's shop for us to end our evening there and tell the shop owner to phone the driver to come and collect us. Obviously we felt the need to buy from his shop to ensure the return trip was arranged. Swimming pools - we used 2 of the 3 pools, the main pool with the slide and the other towards the beach area. Both pools were clean and enjoyable. The pool towards the beach is smaller but deeper. Private beach - the beach was not the best (but we live in Cornwall so are spoilt anyway), sand felt harsh to walk on. The sea is warmer than the pools and very nice to walk through. Plenty of fish to spot and the sea depth is good for kids with no harsh waves knocking you over. Billiards room - pool table is available for 100egp per 30 mins, tables need new cloths, cues need replacing and some chalk would be good. Other than that it was a good way to chill for an hour away from the heat. We never used the children's entertainment or the gym so unable to comment. Overall I'd give 7/10. The staff and facilities we used are the best part of the hotel. If either of these drop the hotel would struggle. We would stay again if we come back to Sharm in the future 👍🏼

Myself and daughter stayed here for a week and absolutely loved our stay. The staff just go above and beyond on all departments, they can't do enough for you. The hotel has plenty to do for everyone and lots of pools to choose from. The food was fantastic and every evening offered something different and plenty of variety. I would return to Aurora without a doubt
