Our visits often include delightful dining at La Mar and Gastronomy, while our days are spent unwinding by the Royal Pool and Beach. The pool and beach areas are truly spectacular—spacious, well-designed, and featuring a separate kids' pool for families. If you seek tranquility, the beach offers a serene escape with its breathtaking views, pristine sands, and ample space for guests to relax. The casual dining options perfectly complement the luxurious pool and beach ambiance, making it an ideal spot to spend the day in indulgence. What truly elevates the experience is the incredible team—their warmth and professionalism shine through every interaction. Team members like Sachin and others are always hospitable, greeting guests with smiles regardless of the weather. A special mention goes to Amir, who exemplifies professionalism in his service, ensuring not just our family but all guests feel exceptionally well taken care of. This is more than just a hotel—it’s a cherished retreat, and we will continue returning while enthusiastically recommending it to friends and family.

This property is beautiful 😍 spent my daughters 10 years birthday weekend here and it was amazing!! Staff was friendly and had some good restaurants on the property, the hotel really made her special with all the cakes she got when dinning at all the restaurants! The breakfast I must say had absolutely everything possible for every type of dietary requirements as well as nationality, not mentioning the quality of food.

So first of all Dubai is a great place to visit with many possibilities to explore. Atlantis the Royal has a spectacular architecture and the staff provides an amazing service. The rooms are comfortable and the view of the city is stunning. However there is one extremely disturbing issue about the hotel - the constant noise level everywhere. It starts from the lift over the lobby to the Restaurants and the Pool everywhere you go you have to endure blasting music. There is no real place to relax. After one week listening to the fountain show with exactly the same tracks at the same time you might get annoyed as we did. Furthermore if you don’t like sleeping with AC and want your windows open, you will endure a constant high noise level of cleaning machines until 2-3 am every night. As said, it depends on your preference. For me the trip was just not entirely great due to a poor level of sleep and relaxation time. The hotel tried to offer a room change and a Lounge access but that didn’t really solve the problem. Other than that the hotel offers good restaurants and for families the access to the water park might be something great to use - we didn’t use it. Please reconsider you staff at elements bar - 15 minutes until somebody recognizes your wish to order, 15 minutes to prepare a simple set of two drinks and 20 minutes to provide the check. Many people complained, nothing happened. The lobby develops at night into a Russian contact & instagram bazaar, that just doesn't fit the hotel’s image and was actually really disturbing. Over all we won’t consider the hotel again due to the above mentioned experiences.

I recently stayed at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s design is absolutely breathtaking—truly a work of art. There’s so much to do within the property that I never even felt the need to leave. From incredible restaurants and multiple pools to a stunning beach area, everything feels luxurious. The service was top-notch, and I even had the best hair blowout at the salon—highly recommended! A few tips: make restaurant reservations in advance as they book up fast, and head to the waterpark early before it gets crowded. The hotel itself is very busy, with both guests and visitors, but the experience is still beyond worth it. You’ll feel like royalty from start to finish.

Overrated hotel, they dont know how to handle services when hotel has high occupancy. Staff are rude in lobby section, ( attitude) unless i go wear my expensive watch and branded clothes you get no respect. ( bare in mind I live in the palm )Especially host in lobby section.( RANIA ) Service is slow and really bad. The hotel amenities are really nice. But ruined by the management running the show. ( i waited 30 mins to be seated, no one came to help, then 2 tables where empty, after 20 mins waiting to be served they come ask me to move from the table ) Trust me come for a day pass and stay someplace else.
