I recently had the pleasure of staying at Atlantis Royal, and it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect.
The variety of dining options was impressive, with each restaurant offering unique and delicious dishes. Special mention to Gastronomy, where the food was simply “wow” – a true culinary delight. The desserts were a highlight, each one more exquisite than the last.
The hotel’s design is stunning, blending modern luxury with comfort in a seamless way. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet welcoming, creating a perfect balance of luxury and relaxation.
One of the most memorable aspects of my stay was the mesmerizing view and the dance of the water to the music in the background. It added a magical touch to the overall experience, making it truly unforgettable.
In conclusion, Atlantis Royal is a top-tier destination that offers outstanding service, a wonderful variety of dining options, and a beautiful, luxurious atmosphere. I can’t recommend it highly enough and am already looking forward to my next visit.

Spectacular but value below expectations. The view on The Palm is spectacular. So is the breakfast, one of the largest assortments that I have seen in my life. However, the experience did not match the price compared to other resorts in the region. Service was great but not at the level of excellence experienced at other places. The bath tub was seriously leaking but was not fixed during our stay. As hotel guest, you pay your entrance to Cloud 22 at the same price as external guests - not acceptable. Restaurants are quite pricey. We had the noise of construction works even during the night. A minimum of 2 nights was required to stay. Overall a must try in Dubai but value must be fixed. Luxury is in the details and if you claim for ultra-luxury, we expect excellence.

Rooms were exceptional, the service was fantastic, and the decoration is very luxurious. We took a room with a palm view and is very beautiful day and night.
The down side that you might have a room which is far a way from the entrance and need to have a little walk.
Regarding the stunning infinity pool, the access is not included in the stay and if you want a bed in the first line you need a reservation and consider paying maybe double the price of your room per night. Very funny.

My stay at a renowned Dubai hotel promised a world of opulence and stunning amenities, which it largely delivered. The hotel itself is a visual delight, boasting beautiful interiors and expansive spaces that exude luxury. The amenities were second to none, catering to every conceivable need with elegance and efficiency.
However, the service experience varied dramatically. On one hand, some staff members treated guests with utmost respect and attentiveness, making me feel like royalty. Their professionalism and courtesy were exemplary, showing what high-end hospitality should be.
Conversely, other aspects of the service were deeply troubling. Certain staff members, including some security personnel, were less welcoming. Their behavior ranged from unnecessarily intimidating to outright dismissive unless you proved your guest status, financial capability, or willingness to spend generously. It was disheartening to be questioned repeatedly about my guest status or to face hurdles when trying to access facilities like dining areas.
This inconsistency in guest treatment casts a shadow over the hotel’s otherwise stellar offerings. It seems there’s a significant gap between the treatment of perceived high-spenders versus average guests, which is unacceptable in a hospitality setting that claims to be among the best in the world.
In conclusion, while the hotel has the potential to be a top contender on the global stage with its facilities and some of its service, it needs a serious reevaluation of how staff interact with guests. Hospitality should be inclusive and welcoming.

Some challenges at check in but the director turned things around and kept on making sure this is an unforgettable stay. It was. Food was great, probably the best breakfast buffet in town, I have ever seen. Kids play area was amazing as well with a very interesting and engaging program. Spacious rooms. All in all, a great experience…
