We cannot thank the Atlantis royal enough our stay is just incredible. The hotel is breathtaking and the staff are so lovely. Providing such a high service all the time day and night. Nothing is too much for them, they are so friendly. Myself and my partner stayed on floor 11, we have perfect sunset views in the seascape room. The rooms are just incredible there isn’t anything you don’t have or need. During our stay our housekeepers Rachna and Musa have brought a smile to our face everyday. Not only are thy fantastic at their jobs but they are so friendly and lovely and have gone above and beyond with ensuring we are happy with our room everyday. If you’re lucky enough to stay on this floor and have this team as your housekeepers trust me you are in the best hands and you will be treated like royalty. The pools and beaches are just beautiful the hotel is immaculately cleaned. Food and drink are incredible. We have a couple of days left and just don’t want to leave. It’s just paradise.

At Nobu Beach, Sameer took incredible care of us, and at the front desk, Suren was an absolute gem. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail in the way he treated us made our stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples, young entrepreneurs, business traveller's, and anyone looking for an extraordinary luxury experience.

Magical place. Very family oriented, lots of couples with kids. And it’s a true paradise for kids: aqua park is always full. Service is truly VIP. Best breakfast ever: the choice is just insane! Perfect room cleaning, the stuff is kind & discreet. Super comfortable bed, pillows at your choice. I can describe hours how good this hotel is but you need to come & try to see yourself. It worth it. The only one place for me to stay in Dubai.

I would like to sincerely thank the team at Sea Escapes Restaurant for the wonderful experience, especially the manager Sayed and the supervisor. They were extremely helpful, kind, and genuinely friendly, which made our visit truly special. Our visit was on 30 January, and our reservation was at 8:00 pm. Since the restaurant closes at 9:00 pm, the team kindly tried to arrange a reservation for us at another restaurant in the hotel so our evening would not be affected. However, the issue occurred due to a mistake made by the staff we booked with over the phone. Despite this, the team handled the situation with great professionalism, made an exception, and allowed us to stay longer after closing time. To make the experience even more memorable, they surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and positive attitude truly reflect outstanding customer service. I highly appreciate their efforts and would definitely recommend Sea Escapes Restaurant.

Overall the experience was amazing! I stayed with my 2 daughters for 2 nights. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Especially chef Dev in Gastronomy restaurant exceeded my expectations. He was both friendly and professional. He made a soup with flat bread and filling inside - it was the most delicious soup I’ve ever tried. I would recommend everyone to try it, too bad I don’t remember the name of the soup. Also it was my daughter’s birthday. The hotel stuff made her very nice surprises, like a very delicious cake, a bottle of red wine, it was really a nice gesture, we were grateful.
