Everything about Atelier was incredible. The service was outstanding - Rodolfo & Cristal were on top of everything, including tracking down lost items for us, to making sure we were set up for all our meals. They really allowed us to relax and feel pampered. Our group was celebrating a friend’s birthday and Rodolfo & Cristal made sure it was extra special helping with every detail.Everyone including Byron helping with our luggage and giving us the lay of the land on our walk to our rooms, to Efrain making the best drinks at the sky pool, to the cleaning staff- the service all over the resort was top notch. Our rooms were amazing- super clean & relaxing. Actually the entire resort was clean- someone was always there to assist you, without being overbearing. We haven’t been to an all-inclusive resort in 25 years and this was luxury at its finest - such a treat. It was perfect.

What an amazing trip! 5 stars for everything. Our butlers Domingo and Alejandro were so helpful and friendly and got us anything we asked for, including arranging golf tee times, dinner reservations, spa treatments, and much more. The service is beyond believable and everyone does everything with a big smile on their face and a hand across their heart, so warming. Special shout out to Jesus at the beach, Sandra at the Cielo Sky Bar, Manuel at the pool, and Roman at Maria Dolores Restaurant. We had amazing weather and the pools and beaches are pristine. The room with the swim out pool and ocean view was the best! The service staff always left special notes and surprises, including champagne and rose petals for our anniversary. Dalia and Veronica made for a very memorable spa experience as my wife and I shared a couples massage. We can't wait to come back, this place is special!

We had the best trip! The room was amazing, beaches and pools were gorgeous, food was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to provide the experience of our dreams. By far, the service was the feature of this trip that stood out the most, especially the service of our butlers Rodolfo and Cristal. Rodolfo was helpful and energetic, bringing to life a trip full of smiles and laughter.
He was so helpful in planning our meals and suggesting activities! Cristal was so thoughtful and kind, and she made fantastic recommendations for meals based on our preferences. She was always quick to respond to messages, and helped us immediately when we had an unexpected issue arise. Our butlers even teamed up to surprise us on our last night, which brought me to (happy) tears. We will DEFINITELY request Cristal & Rodolfo on future trips to Atelier!

We had the most amazing honeymoon at Atelier. Our butlers Suyin and Jorge provided excellent service and were always available to make sure we had everything we needed. Rosario took extra care with our turn down service- the room was beautiful! We enjoyed wonderful service from Julio at the beach. He made sure we had any food and drink we wanted as we relaxed in our ocean cabana. We can’t wait to return for another vacation!!

We have stayed at the Atelier Playa Mujeres over New Years now for the last 2 years. Its literally THE BEST hotel for a luxurious 5* holiday. Every restaurant is stunning and such a wonderful mix of gastronomical delights. The service during the day around the pool and on the beach is reassuringly attentive. The Staff literally cant do enough for you and play a large role in ensuring you unwind and relax. The NYE beach party is immense - we had so much fun seeing the New Year in on a white sand beach! Overall the attention to detail in the hotels style, service and amenities are second to none in Mexico - It really is a gem of a find and we cannot wait to return. Well worth the 11hr flight!
