This was my first time in Cancun and I came to this resort for a wedding. This hotel is amazing. All the restaurants are so good. The service was amazing, I loved all the different classes they offer each morning. Alba is great to get smoothies, fresh juices. I loved Susprio (yummy seafood) for lunch and dinner and because it's by the pool, great people watching while you eat. The rooms are luxurious and the bedding so soft. I really did not want to leave at all. This was truly a 5 star experience and I can't wait to go back.

Came here in October 2025 and it was such a beautiful experience. I've tried multiple resorts before and by far Atelier had the best food and service. Yatzy and Suyin were our butlers and they made our stay so comfortable, providing everything we needed from reservations to bath salt and much more with refillings of snacks and toiletries and quick turn down service. Everyone was always so welcoming and willing to try to make things work with our different requests. I had a massage and hydrotherapy twice. The facilities and staff were so nice and friendly. The only thing is the mosquitoes due to the marshy land when it rains - luckily they provided mosquito repellent generously in our hotel rooms and in the outdoor restaurants. It was definitely a wonderful stay and excited to come back!

I was beyond lucky to enjoy 4 nights and 5 days at Atelier to celebrate my birthday. Lazaro and Alberto were our butlers and were so helpful, friendly, and detail oriented. I have never been at a more beautiful and enjoyable resort. Our room was immaculately cared for, even including a scent of choice sprayed lightly at evening turn down service. I even came back to our room to birthday decorations and delicious desserts with special cards from the hotel. All of these details were so thoughtful and made the stay that much more impressive. All we had to do was ask if we needed anything , and they made it happen in addition to all that we didn’t ask for. The facility is amazing, to include delicious foods with many options including varieties of dishes to accommodation my friend’s gluten allergy. We ate a delicious lunch and a breakfast at El Suspiro both days with Omar as our friendly server. We had buffet style breakfast 2 days at Mercado 19 with David as our server. He even brought us fresh coconuts with straws in them for fresh coconut water. Dinners have a wide variety to select from to include Cilento with incredible tacos and a tray of toppings unlike anything I have ever seen, Takeshi with the best Thai Chicken I have ever had, and again, wonderful service by Jaime. He was funny and very friendly. Dinner at Maria-Dolores was an incredibly delicious fancy night out with impeccable service. This meal is not included as part of the all inclusive package, however the quality and variety of the food with what you pay is truly worth every penny. Again I was pampered for my birthday (what a trip!) The Nuup Spa is honestly the best spa I have ever enjoyed. I have been to quite a few! The hydro-therapy is so good! You must plan to be there an hour to hour and a half before any massage to truly enjoy the whole experience. Aylin gave the most thorough, therapeutic and relaxing massage ever. Go get your cabana by the ocean early! Enjoy the classes offered by the amazing activity team to include Latin Dance with Corinna, pottery, piñata making, water aerobics, and other options we didn’t even try! There was truly such a great balance of fun things to try or just relax poolside or Oceanside. We did all! Make sure you tip these amazing staff members as they truly take such amazing care of all guests. I would love to go back and would highly recommend Atelier to anyone who wants to be spoiled in paradise.

Honestly in the beginning everything was great. Food was decent, service was upbeat, and we felt overjoyed with our choice to stay here. At check-in they asked if we sat through a 90 minute presentation we could receive a couples massage and hydrotherapy, we agreed because "why not". The moment we decided against their little "pay us 25k today spiel" their attitudes turned quickly. They became hostile and honestly, quite rude. Very disappointing way to start our final day there. The resort OVERALL is nice. But it's definitely not worth the hype! Everything is simply "good enough for an all inclusive". Can't wait to come back to Cancun and stay somewhere else!

Perfection at Atelier Playa Mujeres – Our Best Vacation Yet We spent 10 incredible days at Atelier Playa Mujeres and can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. We stayed in an Inspira Swim Out Suite for the first six days and were then upgraded to the Rooftop Suite for the last four. Both were stunning, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. 🍽️ The food was consistently amazing across every restaurant we tried, and we tried almost all of them! Maria Dolores, the resort’s signature restaurant, completely lived up to its reputation. Even room service was quick, hot, and delicious every time. The quality and presentation were always top-notch. 💫 The service is what truly sets this resort apart. We had a warm welcome from Atzel, our concierge, who checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. Every team member we interacted with, whether helping us directly or simply passing by, was genuinely kind, warm, and eager to make our day a little brighter. Everyone went out of their way to help or share a friendly hello, which made the entire atmosphere feel so welcoming and personal. ✨ Our incredible butlers Lázaro and Alberto also made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond daily, constantly anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether arranging special touches in our room or checking in throughout the day just to ensure we had everything we needed, their attention to detail and genuine kindness were second to none. They truly elevated our experience and made us feel like VIP guests every single day. When we return, and we absolutely will, we’ll be requesting them again. 🌴 We also loved the Inspira rooftop, which became one of our favorite spots to relax and take in the views. The pools and beach areas were immaculate and never crowded; we always found great seats and attentive service. 💆‍♀️ The spa is phenomenal, so good we went twice. From start to finish, the experience was peaceful, luxurious, and well worth it. The tequila masterclass with Sergio was also amazing and such a fun, memorable part of our trip. 🌟 In every way, this resort delivered: exceptional food, incredible staff, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. Atelier Playa Mujeres is pure perfection, and we absolutely can’t wait to return.
