First, I want to say a huge thank you to the amazing and friendly Pinting. Her white-glove service was everything. She went above and beyond to make sure my family felt seen, respected, and cared for. She’s truly one of a kind and one of the biggest reasons we can’t wait to come back. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. We got a complimentary top-shelf welcome gift, and every staff member we talked to, passed in the halls or lobby smiled and greeted us. We never felt ignored, everyone made us feel like we mattered. We had both peaceful moments and fun ones. Donovan at breakfast was waiting for our arrival each morning and treated us like family. Elizabeth and Alexandra at El Cielo made sure our vacation drinks were always perfect, with a great attitude every time. Roja who we first met at the beach cabanas deserves his own shoutout, he offered us towels to cover ourselves while we slept in the cabanas, helped spray sunscreen, gave us aloe gel, and even cleaned our sunglasses at El Cielo. Who does that? Incredible service all around. Dinner at Takeshi was also unforgettable. The hostess greeted us saying, “We were expecting you,” and our amazing waiter surprising us with a giant sushi boat full of off-menu sushi, compliments of the chef. Then the food and beverage manager came to speak with us personally after dinner. It honestly felt like something out of a movie. If I had to make one small recommendation, it would be about the mosquitoes in the rooms and around the resort. I completely understand it’s hard to control since the property is near marshlands, and I love that they already provide mosquito repellent in the rooms, that’s rare and shows how much they care. Maybe adding plug-ins or small traps in the rooms could help even more. Also, regular upkeep of the shower heads, faucet areas, and light dusting in the rooms would make the experience even better. Overall, everything else was top notch. My family and I felt truly special, and that’s not something you find everywhere anymore. We’ve already decided this will be our annual vacation spot. We’ve never said this about a hotel. The only regret we have is not staying longer. So, thank you Pinting, and thank you to the entire Atelier team. Also thank you to Brandon, our nighttime butler who we met briefly. You all made our stay unforgettable, and I know it will only get better from here.

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights to celebrate our 5th Wedding Anniversary this past week in the Inspira Rooftop Suite. First of all, the welcome is warm and inviting; however, it doesn't just start at check in. As you enter the main lobby, you are greeted with smiles and helpful staff. As we were with Inspira, we were directed to our private check in with Welcome Beverages. Before we even arrived, our Butlers Lazaro and Alberto l, reached out and helped us to arrange dinner reservations, special requests, and anything we needed before arrival. Once we checked in, we met Lazaro who took us to our room and got settled. From then on, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. Every restaurant had excellent food and service that was equally as attentive and excellent. Additionally, the drink selection was diverse, complimentary to the meals and locations you could enjoy them, and always offered with a smile. The other stand out were the Inspira sections of the property. While the service was amazing throughout, with Inspira, attention to detail and next level hospitality were the standard. Special requests were executed quickly and even remembered for the next time. Additionally, the calm and relaxing air in some areas lent itself to naps in the sun and hours of losing time. I feel like I could go on and on, but I can just simply say Atelier at Playa Mujeres is a must experience!

We first stayed here in June for our honeymoon and had such a great time that we came back a few months later — and it somehow got even better. The location is unbeatable, and everything about this place feels effortless — beautiful setting, amazing food, and top-level service from start to finish. The staff here truly knows what hospitality means. They pay attention to the little things and always go the extra mile. One night I asked for oysters even though they weren’t on the menu — the next day, they had them ready for me. That kind of service is rare, and it really shows how much they care about their guests. Our butler, Armando, was incredible. Always one step ahead, checking in without being overbearing. Marisol also made sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. Between the workouts in the mornings, the shakes after, and the bike tour around the property, it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and activity. We lounged around the pool and enjoyed the beach most of the day. If you’re looking for a place that nails every detail — service, food, vibe, and atmosphere — this is it. 10/10.

Our recent stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. We celebrated our anniversary, as well as my 40th birthday, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to do so. A huge thank you to Suyin and Yatzy, who went above and beyond to make our visit carefree and special. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensured every detail was perfect, and added so many personal touches that truly elevated our experience. We never had to worry about anything! Their kindness and professionalism made our stay feel effortless and unforgettable. We also can’t say enough about Miguel, who took such amazing care of our group of sixteen at the pool for two days straight. He never missed a single request — constantly checking in, remembering every order, and even surprising us with extras to ensure we had enough food and drinks. His energy and attention made our pool days some of the best we’ve ever had. The food and service at every restaurant were outstanding — each meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was a smoothie after our workouts, breakfast, dinner, or a casual bite by the pool, everything was consistently top-notch. Atelier Playa Mujeres exceeded all our expectations, and it’s the incredible staff that truly sets it apart. Five nights just wasn’t enough! We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful, amazing trip! The food was delicious at every restraunt that we ate at, and service was impeccable as well. I had a chance to play a couple rounds of golf at the course here as well and that was beautiful. My wife and I also had the butler service included with our trip, and our butler's were Domingo and Alexis. They were both outstanding! They took care of our reservations, and made sure our experience was extremely special for us! We were very appreciative,pleased, and overwhelmed with their exceptional service. Can't wait to come back again!
