I booked a room for my parents here for 3 nights (while myself and family stayed in a different hotel). The are avid world-wide travelers and are particular about what they consider a great place to stay. They gave Astro Palace 5 stars as they really loved their room, which was on the ground floor at the end of the property with an outdoor jacuzzi. Nice outdoor pool area. My dad said their room had the best bed he has ever slept on, which is a huge compliment as has back issues. The overall properly has a nice flow and feel. We walked over to the west end of Fira from the hotel to watch the sunset and eat dinner. Very centrally located. The front reception staff were always welcoming and helpful. They felt like the breakfast was adequate. They said they would like to go back and stay again sometime in the future.

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff, from the reception to the pool bar, were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and pleasant. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our bedroom was absolutely stunning, offering a spacious and luxurious retreat that exceeded all our expectations. The breakfast each morning was delightful, and the cocktails were simply divine. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few minutes away from the town, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the local attractions. Leaving this gem was the hardest part of our trip. We had the best time ever and cannot wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

For my first visit to Santorini, Astro Palace exceeded all my expectations. First off, the staff was kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I have stayed at several hotels and I have never been treated as nicely as they treated us. Maria at the front desk helped customize our vacation and made sure we were able to see everything on the island. Whenever we had a question, Maria and the other receptionists were always there to for us. They made us feel comfortable and very safe throughout our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the service is what makes this hotel one I will never forget. The bartender Costa was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Also, Antonia was fabulous with cleaning our room and always made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Other than the staff and the beautiful facility, the location of this hotel is perfect! It is close enough to walk to Fira and explore many restaurants, shops, and bars. We will be coming back to Astro palace again in the future. Thank you.

I highly recommend staying at the Astro Palace. From the second we walked in, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful, clean, in a great location and was everything we were looking for. Hope, Katerina, and Marilena at the front desk are incredible. They make you feel very at home, and go above and beyond to take care of you. From making recommendations on places to see, places to eat and drink, places to stay away from, making reservations for us, and just friendly conversation, they do it all! Kosta and Dimitri were absolutely awesome. They are the epitome of top tier service. Not only are they excellent at their job, they are very personable - they always referred to us by name. Great conversations and just overall great people. Astro Palace is a 10/10!

Had a great stay at Astro Palace! The breakfast was phenomenal, as were the drinks by the bar. The rooms were clean and updated! Marlena at the front desk was absolutely amazing — great service and really made our stay special.
