We had a 3am flight, and they offered to prepare breakfast for us before we left. Who does that? I’ve traveled a lot, and this kind of hospitality is on another level. It genuinely felt like we were guests in someone’s home, not just another booking. The rooms are beautifully designed, the views are breathtaking, and every corner of the property gives you that dreamy Santorini vibe. Now, full transparency: the drinks at the bar are on the pricey side, and unfortunately, the quality didn’t quite live up to the cost. But honestly, that’s the only thing I could even slightly critique. Everything else? Perfect. Astor Palace isn’t just a place to stay—it’s part of the reason your Santorini trip will be one to remember.

The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, valued, and incredibly comfortable. Pros: • Unmatched Service: The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. They made us feel genuinely special and were always happy to help with anything we needed. • Great Location: Just a short walk to Fira center, yet tucked away in a quiet area—perfect for relaxing while still being close to everything. • Generous Upgrade: We were kindly upgraded, which made our stay even more enjoyable and added such a lovely touch to the experience. • High-Quality Suites & Pool: The suite was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the pool area was just as impressive. Everything felt truly five-star. • Dog-Friendly: As pet owners, we especially appreciated how welcoming the staff were to our dog, Nugget—he got so much love and attention, which meant a lot to us. Suggestions for Improvement: (Not exactly cons, but areas where there’s room to elevate the experience even further.) • Breakfast: While the breakfast was decent, we feel there’s room for improvement—perhaps with more fresh options like fresh-squeezed orange juice, a wider variety of fruits, or local specialties. • Cocktail Prices: Big shoutout to Dimitris and Nikolas at the bar—they were fantastic and really enhanced our experience. That said, cocktails were on the pricier side, which might be a consideration for some guests. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. The staff, the setting, the room—everything exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Astro Palace to anyone looking for a luxurious, pet-friendly stay in Santorini. We’re already looking forward to returning!

We are 355 customer, Astro Palace exceeded all my expectations as my first time visit and first hotel as well!!! All is wonderful 👍 , specially the staffs, all staffs very friendly and helpful, thanks to Katherina and Hope. The room design is simple but gorgeous, we like it really much especially the design of bathtub, 3 in 1 🛁. Really suits couples for their honeymoon. Nice location, walking distance to bus station and the Town.

Love that the hotel is outside the busy area. The quiet and elegance are appreciated. And if you want to go into the tourist places, it's just a short 10 min walk.

I love this hotel. There was very friendly staff like Georgia and Katerina.Our room had a jacuzzi.The jacuzzi is very warm.The hotel is very clean.The breakfast was very tasty.the staff will show you some activities and what do in Santorini.I think this was one of the best hotel I've been to.
