Measured against the hotel’s supposed standard, the service is poor to non-existent — at times barely better than in a 1-star hotel in Mallorca. One bar is permanently closed, two restaurants are constantly fully booked. The one bar that is open is barely staffed — just 1 or 2 employees for 100 guests. The buffet restaurant feels like a canteen. The doorman is aggressively unfriendly. This hotel is certainly not worth the money it charges. Stay away.

Really nice hotel, we went in March, which was out of season for them, meaning that a lot of facilities were shut down, the evening buffet, for example (though they did a breakfast buffet). There were restaurants that opened in rotation, and it wasn't well explained how to find out which and when, but I did work it out. We also received numerous terms and conditions messages telling us we were half board, when we were in fact bed and breakfast only. The food was amazing, the staff were lovely, the room was clean and spacious, there were two heated pools, so we could swim even though the weather wasn't great. The hotel is pretty remote. No local shops. It is a luxury resort, so the hotel has you captive there, and they know it, pricing accordingly.

It used to be better 10 Years ago. Now you have to pay extra for big beads at the Pool and there is lots of exklusiv areas. The pools need cleaning in the area of the "normal" people. ........... like i sayed it used to be better

A truly awesome few days spent here. It was a surprise visit for my birthday. Everything was first class. The grounds were incredible and somewhere to totally relax. If you can't get to Thailand, I would strongly suggest a visit here. I would happily return at ANY time to this oasis of calm!

An amazing oasis in Spain, the only negative thing was in Zen. You could not enjoy a beer on the sunbeds next to the restautants. Except that it was one of the top hotels I've been to regarding the hospitality and quality. I need to come back to try the Italien food
