Forget everything you know before about chill vacation! This place is unbelievable! Do not read bad reviews, it’s out of date or people are crazy. The service of this hotel is amazing!! There was only 1 person who wasn’t been rude, but not tried. But even so, it’s could ruins our vacation here! Lady on receptions desk can do a majic of you can ask nicely (flowers need to be ordered at least 24 hours before) but they managed to get it delivered to room in just 3 hours!!! The pools and territory is amazing! You clearly can feel like you on Bali! Anything you ordered by a pool, you will be served on your seat, so no need to go and bring it by yourself! The food in restaurants not the best, but it definitely a high quality food! Rooms are clean, AC works perfectly fine! It’s just a real paradise in here! Oh, and SPA is amazing as well. Everything super clean and amazing service!

Fantastic hotel, perfect for a few days of doing nothing! Staff were all very helpful and kind. But I’d love to see them being a bit more attentive in the restaurants. Hotel was slightly tired around the edges (bubbling paint etc) but this was minor. The place was absolutely gorgeous and the grounds well maintained, on a side note the hotel smelled amazing! Evening food was very good as was the buffet, I would like to see some more Spanish options on the lunchtime menus. I also did not love the menus all being on QR codes as I didn’t want to be sitting on my phone at the table. Very convenient to get to from Alicante airport, I would recommend pre booking a taxi as it was busy when we landed. I will definitely be returning in the future as it was a lovely experience.

Had the pleasure of staying in Asia Gardens for a business event. The hotel is amazing, well designed. Staff efficient and friendly. Food excellent and breakfast on level expected with a 5 star hotel. Rooms great cannot fault anything there. Gardens immaculate and pleasant to walk around. Hotel is not really close enough to walk to the town, but only a 10 minute taxi journey. Wouldn’t say the hotel is value for money but for a short trip a nice treat.

The bar has great potential, but there's a significant issue with the music. The choice of songs and the volume level need serious attention. The current setup disrupts the otherwise wonderful ambiance. The music is too loud and the selection is poor, which detracts from the overall experience. Proper acoustics control is essential to enhance the atmosphere and make it more enjoyable for paying customers.

Overall the hotel is lovely, it’s beautiful. We had 3 quiet days and 4 when the hotel got very busy and the atmosphere changed completely. The pool staff, bar staff, room staff were all very friendly and professional. The spa staff were excellent. The concierge very good. I wanted to visit the tennis courts for my next visit to the hotel, however I was told I wasn’t able to do this without a booking, I tried to explain that I was interested in looking as would be using them daily on my next trip, I asked could they send me a photo to my email, I was told that they didn’t have any and they needed to be taken professionally? This was very strange. Finestrat beach is a short drive maybe 5-7 minutes and has some lovely restaurants and the beach is lovely. Close to Alicante for lunch/ dinner. Check in was quick and efficient, check out wasn’t as friendly, also found it strange that we couldn’t leave the green pool towels in the room and we had to return them to reception when checking out. The Koh Samoi restaurant is very good. The Bonsai bar is good, staff are friendly.
