I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff were friendly and always ready to help especially Ali bazzaz at the reception, who was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. He made the check-in process so smooth and ensured I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting!

Very disappointing experience at Armada Venu Hotel This hotel used to be good earlier, but now the service has become terrible. The staff doesn’t listen at all. In this Dubai heat, only hot water comes from the taps — it’s impossible to use. When you complain, they just say, “Cleaning is going on,” which makes no sense. The room and even the corridor had a bad smell all the time. I don’t understand why they give rooms on a floor that’s under maintenance. I stayed here for 21 days, and suddenly the staff came and told me to vacate the room because of maintenance — how unprofessional! Packing everything again was such a hassle. Overall, a very poor experience. This hotel has gone completely downhill. I would not recommend it to anyone

We have booked a 11 nights stay at the Armada Avenue JLT . The hotel is a good option for visitors to stay for business as well as tourism purpose as it’s well placed location wise bang opposite Sheikh Zayed road and near Dubai Marina (walkable). The hotel premises is neat and clean as well as the rooms are good and comfortable. “Special mention “ to “Mr Ali Bazzaz”at the reception desk , who was very courteous and fast in completing our checkin formalities and ensuring that our total stay at the hotel was comfortable. Will recommend this hotel even for a longer stay 👍🏻👍🏻

Special thanks to Ali Bazzaz at the front desk — he’s one of the most professional and kind receptionists I’ve met. Always smiling, attentive, and quick to help with any request. He gave a great first impression and made my whole stay pleasant.

Checked-in early, only to be charged an early check-in fee. This wasn’t a good feeling, especially if it’s 6am from a long flight, and the room is available no matter what. Paid it to get some sleep, but the room given to me was not clean and had broken furniture. Changed rooms, and was given a decent room with a balcony. However, I didn’t sleep one wink 😔. Had other rooms calling my room, asking for housekeeping. Brought this to the front desk knowledge, and they tried to fix it, but nothing improved. This happened for 4nights (and day) straight.😵‍💫 On top of that, the shower water would randomly get extremely low or stop completely. The day of my check-out, I had to sponge bath from sink water 🥴 Parking below could use some lights, but the overall location is fine. Has nice parks behind the building. And plenty of restaurants in and around the hotel. 👍🏽
