I stayed here recently and had a great experience overall. Ali at the check-in desk was extremely helpful and made the check-in process very smooth. He took the time to explain all the details clearly and was very welcoming. The hotel is well-located in JLT and the stay was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and appreciate the excellent service from the staff.

The hotel is good! Cozy, there is everything for a comfortable stay. I didn’t notice any problems with cleanliness. Yes, the rooms are a little old and worn out, but you can see it in the photo when choosing a hotel - there is no «cat in a bag». I was especially pleased with the staff, they are very attentive to various situations - the issue with the option of leaving a deposit was very quickly resolved. I was especially pleased with the free upgrade of my number! A separate plus for me is that the bathroom has really hot water (without interruptions), which is very valuable for hotels of this price segment. Special thanks to the receptionist Ali and the manager named Mohamad for their help and upgrade🙏🏻✨

Ali was more than helpful and supportive, customer service is excellent. At first they gave me an outdated room with tired and old furniture. When i gave my feedback they immediately gave me other options to choose from. I have a much better room now with nice view. I wish to than ali for his great attention and care.

The only positive point here is the location in JLT. Everything else was truly unacceptable. Dirty and noisy rooms, staff not wanting to answer phone calls or deal with requests or issues... We were given wet bathroom towels and dirty duvet and countless more incidents such staff barging in the room when you've put a DND sign on the door waking up our daughters trying to nap. I've stayed in 28 different hotels in Dubai in the past 8 years and this is officially the worse one. I truly hope the owners read this review and invest in their property.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Special thanks to Ali at the reception – he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He made me feel very welcome and helped with everything I needed. I truly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
