Never make a reservation online. They tricked me. They showed the online price to be more affordable. I paid the fee online, but they sent me the wrong date by e-mail. Even though I said this is wrong, I ask for correction. I had to pay for the second time. I couldn't go anywhere else because I was too tired and had just come from the road. I had to pay twice for a room. I definitely do not recommend it. You are deceiving.

I would like to please let all know who are considering a stay here that Mr. Bassel is an unbelievable manager, very professional, super accommodating and truly cares about his guests, his staff is top notch from Rama ( incredible) at the reception desk to Raj of housekeeping. I have an extended stay here for over 30 days on business and I travel all over the world although not a 5 star hotel Mr. Bassel and his staff definitely are the property owner should be very grateful because in today’s world very hard to find individuals like Me. Bassel and his staff!!!!!

As per my rating I would like to mention few things. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, it really needs a makeover. Outdated rooms but very spacious which was good ( premium room ). Location is good. 10 mins away from the metro by walk. Kids play area and few cafes near the hotel. 1 min away mini super market. Staff: All staff were amazing, all polite, friendly and always ready to help!! Thank you all so much! We were not suppose to get a room before 2pm, but the staff managed to get a room for us asap :) Really appreciated this as we were shuttered from the long flight! They definitely go that extra step! In general not bad but if you are aiming for a luxury break this is not the hotel. If not for the staff, I would have given much lover rating!

Customer service was a great and employees were very pleasant to speak with, however the room we were at was a bit small, but the view was good though 😍🤩. Except the experience at the bathroom was not great. When you take a shower the water spills out all over the bathroom floor. Also, while opening the sink, I could not open the drain plug as the water was stuck and their was a spit on it (suggestion: let the room attendant ensure that all is completely fine before they leave the room).

Worst experience ever, I really don’t know how do they got 4 stars!!! . 1) rooms are not cleaned properly, literally I cleaned the surface by my self, there were lots of dust. 2) blanket are old one, they really need to got new blankets 3) toilet and the bathtub was really mess, it was not clean and there were some of old hairs, further more, they did not put bath towels!! Ultimately, one of the housekeepers stoles my items , I make check out and I left my items inside plastics , when I came back to grab the plastics she pretended that one of the items only is there and she took/throw what lefts.
