We come to this hotel every year and we always enjoyed our stay. The staff are always friendly and helpful which we appreciate. There’s variety of food in all the meals, variety to choose from, variety of meat dishes, fish and big choices of salad and dessert. (Good for vegan diet).
The water slides are so much fun, catering to both adults and kids. They’re only open during the peak season because the weather is warmer.
Alina, the manager is super friendly and helpful. The SPA is excellent, they make you feel so relaxed and recharged.
Overall, we enjoyed this hotel, it’s not perfect but it meets our needs. There’re many activities here, lots of nice and cozy area to sit with family and friends for quality time, etc.

To start on a high the location is great with the beach and water slides and pools very good.
Rooms very poor, to start off the holiday we had to call room service to make up one of the beds, after that we had problems with ants all over our sons bed, every day we would call it in, ask for another room, nothing it's been very hard to deal with.
My 7 year old son was ill overnight and needed his bed changing by room service the next day, we stripped the bed before we went out for the day but found when we came back that they had cleaned the room but left the bedding and the bed? I called for this to be fixed and a bloke turned up at the door gave me some bedding and left?
Food simple awful all 5 of us have been ill and more then once, Turkish guest told us this is embarrassing and gave us name of a local restaurant which is amazing (Bare Food) find it.
Animation team very poor tried to get my kids involved but they just didn't seem to want to get involved with the British families.
The spa amazing so lovely and helpful people.
The beach water sports team are great not sure if they have anything to do with the hotel but they are helpful and fun, you of course have to pay for the activities.
Theres no English rep at the hotel so hard to book excursions, you will get a park though the door but have to use what's app to book.
Overall this has been hands down the worst holiday I have every had, spent more time out of complex making sure the kids are having a great time, at a cost, the alternative is playing Russian roulette for breakfast lunch and dinner.
To finish before I get a reply from the hotel we tried reception over and over, we tried customer relations (joke) should not be in that job. We tried everything but nobody gave a Dame.

My first time in Turkey for some well deserved R&R (booked through LoveHolidays) and had a wonderful time.
The hotel is definitely more a family location but going at the end of season meant it was quieter although if you travel at this time be aware they are starting to wind things down so certain services or activities may not be on offer.
My room was spacious and had everything I needed - rooms always cleaned daily unless otherwise requested. A few areas could probably do with maintenance but guessing they will be redoing over the winter months.
Hotel staff were helpful and friendly - couple of times it was hard to make myself understood at reception but to be fair my Turkish is non existent and it wasn't anything that caused a problem.
Food is varied and as always not what we are necessarily used to but I enjoyed the selection and trying some new things. Lots of breads, salads, chips and regular nibbles for those who prefer to stick to what they know.
I am not a big drinker but did indulge in a few cocktails of which there are a few to choose from - I know some all inclusive hotels have only 1 or 2 rather than a menu to choose from. Don't expect anything fancy or with frills - but they all go down the same way and was happy with what I had.
The spa facility is wonderful and treatments made me feel like a new woman! The ladies, especially Esa (sorry if I have spelled this wrong!) were really lovely - always talkative, friendly, acknowledging and greeting even around the complex.
The watersports on offer (pay extra for these) were great fun and put on my brave pants to experience some solo parasailing. Definitely a great addition to the hotel and both Erhan and Farukh were the friendliest and most informative about this - they are always happy to help so go see them if you want to book in you'll find them down by the beach!
The hotel is in a lovely location with a wonderful beach, dip in the sea is a must.
Close to Ozdere which is accessible by local minibus transport or a short taxi ride. Some nice places to eat, a waterfont and bazaar at the weekend.
My only niggle was there was nowhere to book trips/excursions at the hotel and the online companies I viewed or tried to book through are a minimum 2 person booking (something to be aware of if you are travelling alone) - typically I found an excursion booking office on my last day in Ozdere haha!
Hope to be back soon :-)

Just got back from our holiday at this place and it really was a let down. As soon as we arrived the staff were so miserable at the reception. Most staff can not speak English and ignore anything you try to say to them because they can’t be bothered to help you. The team who work in reception to help with your concerns, the lady was full of excuses and did not listen to anything we had to say. The resort is more like a gym with the amount of walking we have to do up and down hills. The golf cart service they have, were helpful but sometimes you have to wait so long for them you end up walking and being frustrated. I think the golf cart boys were the most friendliest out of everyone, especially as we had three young children you always need a smiley face around. Most of the hotel was filled with miserable workers. The waiters who were Indian were very friendly and kind. The food was awful! They had so much choices but tasteless food. Only watermelons were cut up and their options for fruits were not great. You can not get an iron to the room without being charged extra for laundry service which is something we wasn’t aware of before, absolutely ridiculous. The midnight snack was the most disgusting food I have ever had. Options are so limited. It’s almost as if they are trying to put customers off from even leaving their rooms. The only good thing was the kids pool area. Even then you have to go and grab a sun lounger very early because it gets so packed up. Their daytime snacks by the pool was just awful. Very basic food. Honestly this is not a 5 star hotel! The views in this hotel was absolutely stunning. The sea and the mountains it was very beautiful. But yes overall so many issues I wouldn’t recommend it honestly. Save your money and go elsewhere. We changed rooms like three times, because they was just not great. Showers were not working, or the fridge wasn’t working. And the staff just seemed to keep denying that it’s not working when evidently you can see it’s not. They had so many excuses and just ignored anything we said.

Great hotel! Only 2 problems we had was the bad wifi connection. The staff fixed it within 2 days. And the rooms needs a renovation. For example the entrance doors has a huge gap at the top and bottom whoch allows bugs to enter fast. All in all definitely worth our money 👌
