We chose this hotel due to its reasonable price and convenient location. The food was at an average level, but the staff was always accommodating and tried their best to meet our requests. Throughout the day, there are various activities and bars offering drinks and snacks to satisfy your needs. The water park is also great, and we really enjoyed the sandy beach. Since we didn't come with high expectations, we were very satisfied with our holiday. We would like to thank the friendly staff for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Supposed to be 5 Star, but it is far from it! The food is a buffet for breakfast and dinner. There really was a very limited choice at breakfast - fine if you want salad for both meals. The service in the bar was extremely poor and very expensive. A small beer was €7 and the house wine could be used for cooking but nothing else. Also expensive. A lot of the rooms had very dim lights - difficult for the elderly to see. Walking back to the rooms the public lighting was not working and therefore very dangerous. Would not recommend,

I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Hamidul Husen. His service was exceptional from start to finish — always attentive, polite, and professional. He made sure every detail was taken care of with a smile, and his warm attitude truly made our time at the resort even more special. Hamidul goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and valued. He is a true asset to the team at Aria Claros Beach & Spa Resort. I sincerely appreciate his dedication and hospitality.

I have just returned from this place and I’m very pleased with this resort. It is a beautiful resort with sufficient amenities for families/couples or sole travellers. I was impressed by the all inclusive package we booked, which effectively meant we had food/drink/cold beverages around the clock! The swimming pools were ideal for me and my teenage kids and the kids pool was a god send for my 5 year old infant! I personally thought the food was nice, there were plenty of options and the food was also hot and fresh. The chicken dishes in particular were my favourite, but let’s not forget the wide selection of cakes and pastries !! The pistachio one was delicious!! It has a beautiful beach, with ample and comfortable sun lounges. I could sun bathe all day and keep an eye on the kids, it’s actually perfect for families. The rooms were spacious and we paid for an upgrade to sea view which was so worth it !!! We booked a 2 bed family villa as we are a family of 5 and we were not disappointed in the slightest. But the thing that really impressed me the most about this resort, were the staff and the customer service. When we arrived on the first night, unfortunately due to flight delays we missed the main buffet. However Miss Buse ordered us a pizza from one of their local food delivery apps. I am so grateful for this as we were quite hungry ! Mr Egemen gave me some great advice and tips for travelling around the local area. I’m very grateful to these two reception staff in particular who were very professional and helpful towards us for the entirety of our stay. They offer a free buggy to and from your room to reception or anywhere in the resort 24/7!!. Each time we called reception and asked for a buggy it would arrive within minutes. We had several buggy drivers but the one who came to get us the most was the bellboy Sefer Yetistiren. What a lovely and kind person he is. Would always smile at us, night or day and never saw it as a chor. Also, the service I received from the waiters was fantastic. In particular, I would like to thank Hamidul Husen. Hamidul made me feel very welcome and would always ask if we needed anything else. I enjoyed our chats in Hindi ! I’m grateful to him for getting my coffees and soft drinks for my family, felt like I had a personal waiter ! Finally, I would like to thank the guest relations manager Ismail. What a gentleman! Due to his key knowledge, he told me exactly where to go and what to do for the shopping trips and excursions we wanted to do. I was not disappointed with his advice !! We had a fabulous time !! Overall, this resort is very good value for money to say the least. We really had a great time here at this resort. I would recommend to all. I hope to return in the near future with my family and friends.
