I am all inclusive..at the beach bar the icecream is locked under key and you have to pay.. the food i have found on 2 occasions hair in the food and the food selection i am applaud.. every person is basically eating out.. the slides are on limited times.. i have been here for 5 days sheets have only been changed once.. you get badgered constanly by the clothes shop and go on at you to come in and buy at the hotel shop.. i am enjoying my holiday but i would be definitely not happy with this hotel also as others.. vert very disappointing.. the beach is across a motorway and some walk not how it is described.. your all inclusive but still trying to make you pay for everything at this hotel.. I would recommend turkey but definitely worth paying extra for a more quality hotel which would not take alot.. if you have family there is a place called my resort bext door to this one and looks absolutely like another world to this hotel. I recommend you do your research before booking... kind regards

It was hit and miss, the walk to the pool was quite far, you had to cross a bridge over a road - the beach is a 20 minute walk. It is mainly set out for German and Russian guests so we had trouble with communication. WiFi is chargeable, food is bland and very much the same every day. My partner had food poisoning but can't say where he got it from, so would be unfair to put it down to the hotel. The pool however was nice although it was unmanned and a free for all. The choice of drinks for children were slim, the mocktails were only given out by certain bar tenders. No entertainment at all - we ended up eating out at either the dubai bar or the Garden restaurant. This hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Room was okay, we had a double bed one single and a camp bed for 4 of us.. the cleaners were amazing, our room was cleaned every day.. we definitely will NOT be returning.

Just got home from 7 days, and me and my family had a wonderful vacation. Pool was nice, the beach was very good, and the service (hamam, bars, staff) was also nice and friendly. We will come back for sure, it had everything we needed as a family with 2 adults and 2 children to have a nice relaxing week - The rooms was a little blend, but beds was okay

Arabella beach is far from the hotel, that may be an issue to some(250 meters). Food was not especially good during my stay, it was repetitive and lacking quality in meat (mentioning that in my last day it got changed, I hope it was only a period of somebody's vacation. WiFi is not free, you have to pay 10 euros for 7 days. Except that, hotel is honest and providing good quality services (animators especially great personsx implied, assurig clients are having fun and activities). Also bar team really nice and willing to help and provide to their customers. Lots of respect from cleaning team and also reception. In total, I would recommend this hotel, offering honest services for the money.

The hotel itself is not bad, but we are not picky. This is not the first line of the sea! You have to go to the sea. First through an underground passage, then along a dangerous road. But the beach spoils the whole impression. The beach is dirty, the sunbeds are old. I will write separately about the staff on the beach. If in the hotel everyone is as polite as possible, then on the beach they seem to hate you. She didn't stand there, she didn't sit there! And the beach is small and motorcycles and boats are parked on it, you have to swim right next to them. There is fuel in the water. About the hotel: the rooms are cleaned, the food is normal. The territory is beautiful. Everything is aimed at Russians and Germans, so few speak English. I am the most polite and friendly person. But the staff on the beach spoiled the whole experience. We must be kinder!
