Had a fabulous holiday at this hotel all the staff were amazingly friendly especially Marina who we had great fun and banter with as her naughty boys but they all couldn’t do enough for us nothing was too much trouble and they all felt like old friends. The food was very fresh great choice and good quality couldn’t complain about anything. Room was kept very clean and tidy Reception staff were also lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended Dave Bryant (naughty boy)

Stayed 2 weeks from 5th - 19th November 2025, customer of Jet2 holiday. I would like to say special thank you to the Lady call Kriti at the reception desk who’s very kind helping me to check in. As a 72 year old suffering from a “technology challenge “ without her help I might had to sleep in street that night! I arrived around 19:00 -20:00 hours didn’t have a hotel paperwork confirmation as I didn’t know that everything was in Jet2 App or email. I was so stressful as I couldn’t check-in, even though my name and booking confirmation was in the hotel computer system. The lady at the reception was so unhelpful but luckily Kriti overheard and saw how stressful I was. She jumped in and requested if I can permit her to my phone so that she can find the confirmation for the hotel. Within 5 minutes she solved the issue with no fuss. Thank you so much Kriti. You should be recognised as the employee of the year for Aquamare Hotel. my experience might be useful for elderly guests in the future for this hotel. Positive feedback:- breakfast excellent, location is perfect for beach front, cleanliness is excellent thanks to the cleaning teams, Gym is excellent, especially Maria is very knowledgeable about all kinds of exercises. Rooms (standards needed to upgrade) to standard of 4 Stars. Will I return ? Yes, but “upgrade to Sea View is a MUST!

One start less just for one reason - massage therapy centre is a scam. Please have an attention to this place as they promise everything and people receive rubbish. More than that they scammed me with counting one price at the moment of booking and changing terms and price after rubbish therapy was provided. The rest is perfection. Special thanks to Eva receptionist girl who was very kind and treated us with care. Also many compliments to the chef Nikos and his team for making magic in their kitchen. Belissimo!

We stayed here in a large party for a wedding. The staff are great apart from the cleaners we're known to be stealing things from our room. We never left any money out but we had a pair of expensive trainers stolen that never left the room since we arrived. Ofcourse nothing was ever done even after reporting it twice nothing was ever even noted by the hotel reception. Apart from that we had a nice stay.

We came for the second time and I would definitely go back again! Hotel itself was beautiful, food was amazing, lovely cocktails and most of all staff- starting from reception, housekeeping ladies, waiters, bar staff, managers! Just unbelievably welcoming and friendly! Marina, Flex, both Anna’s looked after us so very well! I can’t remember all the names but every single one of them were so wonderful! I would definitely recommend this place over and over again :)
