Our stay offered fantastic value for the money, making it a solid choice for families. The resort is clean and had activities available for all ages, which kept everyone thoroughly entertained. We traveled with two kids below the age of 5 and they had lots of fun. The staff are extremely professional and took very good care of us. While our room was spotless, it was noticeably outdated, and the food, while having some moments and good variety, was repetitive. Some of the rides were closed for our entire stay. If you can prioritize a fun-filled, active vacation and overlook some of these shortcomings, you will find this resort to be a great deal.

The staff were some of the most friendly people I've ever met. The waiters bar men and life guards literally couldn't do enough for you. The room wasn't the greatest. Very dated and quite small especially the second room which was to sleep two people it had a bunk bed and enough room to walk out of the sliding door. It was cleaned to a very high standard everyday the cleaner was amazing but the actual room wasnt the best. Also had two incidents of leaking water coming through the ceiling vent from the air conditioning unit so had to call reception and wait for worker to come and fix it. The food was nice pretty much the same thing most evenings but what was there was nice. The entertainment wasnt the best. There is a VR/Games room which is pretty cool also pool tables outside which you have to pay for either by the hour or 30 minutes which was surprising being an all inclusive hotel. Overall good holiday lovely staff but the entertainment and rooms need work

I am currently here at the Aqua Blu and I am blown away. We travelled out here as a couple to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday. I asked the staff at guest relations to help with the decorating of the room and I also spoke with Mustafa Mohammed at the Cave Du Roi to assist me in making my partner's evening. Moustafa did an amazing job of decorating the table and adding balloons as well as getting his team singing happy birthday and presenting my partner with a cake. Since the birthday celebrations Moustafa has reserved our table every time we have came to eat which has been a perfect touch and made us feel very special. It feels like it's a birthday everyday. This guy goes above and beyond, always smiling and always happy to provide a high quality service. Moustafa Mohammed you are worth your weight in gold. Thank you for making our holiday.

Five stars are not enough to describe how amazing my experience was at this resort in Sharm! Everything was absolutely perfect – quality, cleanliness, service, attention to detail… I felt truly welcomed and cared for every single moment. The young man who cleaned my room was an artist – every day he surprised me with a new towel creation, a little masterpiece that truly warmed my heart 💖. The food was delicious, varied and abundant… and the desserts? Out of this world! 🍰😍 The pools were super fun and well maintained, and every area was spotless. A special thank you to the entire staff – always smiling, helpful, cleaning, serving, and making everything feel effortless. They made my holiday fantastic and unforgettable. If I ever return to Sharm, this will definitely be my place to come back to. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 🌞💛🌴

Title: Perfect Family Vacation – Pickalbatros Aqua Blu, Sharm El Sheikh Stay: September 20th–28th We stayed at the Pickalbatros Aqua Blu as a family with two small children, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. Highlights: • Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10/10) – The hotel is spotless! Everything is perfectly maintained, from the rooms to the pools and common areas. You can really see how much effort the staff puts into keeping everything clean. • Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (8/10) – A good variety and quality of dishes. There’s always something suitable for everyone, including kids. • Service & Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10/10) – Outstanding! A big thank you to our housekeeper Mahmut, the reception team, and the White Shark taxi company, which works with the hotel. Our transfer from and to the airport was perfect – luxury cars, safe driving, and great organization. They also organized our trips to the city without any issues at all. • Special thanks to the reception for giving us a suite – it was spacious and made our stay even more comfortable. Resort & Facilities: The resort is large, beautifully maintained, and offers so much for families. The staff work literally 24/7 to keep the area clean and welcoming. We stayed for 8 nights, but honestly, you should plan at least 10 days to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer and still have time to relax. Health: We had absolutely no stomach or digestive problems during our stay – everything was fresh and of good quality. ⸻ Conclusion: We truly had an unforgettable stay and will definitely come back.
