Beautiful hotel but get your climbing gear ready. The staff working in the hotel can't do enough for you. The front of desk staff are very ignorant especially if you have a complaint. All in all the hotel is very nice but if you have any walking or disability issues you will be ignored and shunned.

We are here for 1 week in June 2024. The distance from the airport is 40 minutes, but with various stops, it takes an hour. Having said that, that is as bad as it gets. The weather was hot for the week, but the air conditioning is good. We were all inclusive, the food and drink are excellent with a very varied choice of both, including enough for vegans.
The staff are local families and extremely hard working. Katerina in the restaurant was superb and nothing was ever too much trouble, the bar staff also make sure you have all you need.
A trip to Skala is a must, but there is enough at the hotel to keep you happy and entertained for your entire stay.
One point of caution, there are a lot of stairs.

Fabulous hotel! We arrived quite late at night (around 11pm) and received a lovely welcome, which included a complimentary homemade lemonade - having watched 'The Dectorists' we were a bit wary, but this was delicious 😂😋 Also, because the restaurants were closed at this time they had also left us a lovely baguette filled with ham, cheese and salad in our rooms.
Our room was spacious and comfortable with a small balcony and a beautiful view over the hotel complex and the sea. When you book, if you're feeling like spoiling yourselves, there are some rooms with private pools available - these are 1.4m deep and plenty big enough for a family - there are various seating options around your pool, both sun and shade.
Every single member of staff was lovely - always friendly and very willing to help. The food in the main restaurant was very good - there was a huge choice of hot and cold options at breakfast, lunch and dinner and always plenty of different salads.
There is also an À La Carte restaurant serving a tasting menu, which gives you a chance to try some tradition/local dishes that you might not normally try.
There are a lot of steps, but there are also lifts in the main part of the complex to facilitate access to reception, bar, restaurant, spa/gym and shop. They are also very happy to give you a lift to/from the main building to the pool and other parts of the complex. The pool is large and between 1.1m and 1.4m deep. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols available. There is also a bar and cafe at this level.
It's also worth taking a trip down to the beach - no sand, but a small area with loungers/parasols and ladder steps off a pontoon into the gin-clear sea - with plenty of fish to see either with or without a snorkel! This area would not be suitable for small children, though.
There is a daily shuttle bus to Skala and Poros, where there are more 'traditional' beaches and options to hire boats etc.

Amazing spa day today. Lovely friendly staff with fab massages from Lena and Valia. Jacuzzi was gorgeous. Drinks on the rooftop bar in sunshine. A big thumbs-up 👍
