We visited last year around march. The hotel was almost empty. Unfortunately the weather was not good to try golf. The other residents were only golfers and old generation most probably repeaters. Also from all restaurants only one was working and understaffed. We liked the food and service but for a five star hotel it could be better. The prices for drinks were a little bit high. The location is good even though you want a car and around 30 minutes to go to other restaurants etc. Nothing nearby especially on out of season. The gardens are very nice. I was excited how well maintained and beautiful were. My congrats to the gardeners. The room was spacious with all the comforts. It was pretty clean. The rooms look old even though there renovated. We found many spots that water was draining from roofs around hotel. The hotel is ideal for golfers or families . Not recommended i can say for young couples.

Loved the gym here, it’s the most equipped hotel gym I have ever been too. Not sure why there are no reviews of it here but def recommend going there for the gym. The staff are amazing and they are always so friendly and welcoming. Our room was so nice and peaceful lots of room for our baby to explore.

Wow. What a holiday!! Sorry about the number of photos. Just had to share. So - where to start? 10 nights all inclusive, in a swim up room. Room was excellent- 2 rooms, one for parents, ine fir children. Double doors leading to a large patio with a swim up pool. Nice views of the golf course. Very large bathroom with a fantastic shower and a large bath. The main reason we chose this hotel was good reports of allergen labelling etc. One of our party has Coeliac disease, so this was an important consideration. The hotel were superb in this regard. A meeting with the Chef first day. He cooked most of their meals, himself. Was very friendly and helpful. Good range of gluten free options, a separate preparation area. On our final day he appeared with a wide range of gluten free food and snacks for us to take to the airport (plus a signed chefs hat for the small person in question). Such good service. The food was very good. Wide range of restaurants - we mostly stuck to the buffet, for ease - but all restaurants looked good - (and could cater gluten free if asked). The pools - adult only one, main pool, splash park. All good for different reasons. All had a bar, decent range of drinks available. Kids club gave us well needed breaks on occasion, had to be booked, but this was easy. Decent evening entertainment from a team who clearly work extremely hard. The staff were all friendly, full of smiles, all said hello to you as you passed them. Guests were mostly English, variety of other countries though - all friendly, no excessive drunkeness or unpleasant behaviour. Am a little sad to be home now - but this was an absolutely superb holiday, and a fantastic hotel. We will certainly aim to return again. Thank you to all of the staff for making it special.

Really bad hotel policy causing guests to have conflict with each other and the hotel has far from enough sun beds for their guests. On our last day the staff removed our towels and belongings from our sun beds resulting in others taking them and making us argue. We couldn’t find other sun beds so we had to cut our holiday short and leave earlier than we wanted after paying a lot of money. 5 start hotels are expected to have more than enough sun beds for their guests and not have such intrusive policies. Won’t be coming back. Response: Isn’t it unfortunate that the same policy implemented to be fairer has actually resulted in some guests not having a sun bed at all. Either way, there are not enough sun beds (that’s why we left) so no policy will solve this issue only more sun beds will.

So let's start with the hotel. Spotless, friendly staff, great food and service. Cannot fault it. Signs up to the village can be a bit misleading and to be honest the resort isn't well signposted throughout. Just ask a staff member though, they'll guide you to whatever you need. Gym is exceptional, not a golfer but the greens look well tended to, pool areas are well tended to, be wary though it can get busy and they will remove towels and belongings placed down on loungers before 9am, some people are up leaving 1 group member to reserve beds as early as 5am...but we never really had an issue as we tended to enjoy the coolness of the morning straight from breakfast at 8am before the inferno that was the afternoon. Pafos is about a 45 minute bus ride and the bus stop is about a 5 minute walk from reception. Resort is kind of between Pafos and Limmosol so don't be expecting to hike anywhere especially between June and August. A couple of things, humidity, don't be looking at yer weather app and thinking "oh it's 31 degrees it will be nice" ...it's like 80 to 100% humidity (well it was in July and all the locals we spoke to said it's regularly like this) so you can add 10 to 15 degrees on it. It's friggin hot I tell thee. The other thing I have to mention as a Mancunian, a lot of southerners, now I get on with anyone from anywhere but seriously hot weather + day drinking means absolutely incessant turbo waffling round the pool, like absolute verbal diahorea...to the point I thought "No wonder Depeche Mode wrote Enjoy the silence" ... Bring headphones if yer northern and wanna chill round the pool...they're a must (Also if you like cats yer in fer a treat, lots of hotel cats, all seem well looked after and very friendly, especially Manno and Zorro at the sunset bar). We will be back but maybe in February or October when the weather calms it's teets.
