Rooms are great and the views are spectacular. The food in the taverna was really good! Service needs improvements. At 17:45 a lady working at the pool bar refused to make a coffee because they were closing in 15 minutes. Also, it’s sad to see people fighting in a five star hotel over sunbeds because there are simply not enough for everyone in the main pools. They should definitely do something about it as there was everyday a disagreement over this. Breakfast needs to offer greater quality.

Staying here currently.
Location- amazing and superb views etc.
Food - exceptional for an all inclusive.
Service- amazing - the lady serving drinks near the adults only pool deserves a special mention.
Only downsides are the nature of some people getting up at silly times to get a sun bed - you are on holiday - can't understand the issue. Plenty of sunbeds to go around - everyone just wanting the premium spots!

We stayed at the resort for our family all inclusive holiday, this is a beautiful resort, you can find everything within the resort, staff are so polite and nice, always respond with a smile. Hotel is so clean and nice considering it has so many pools and rooms, constant cleaning g was going on. The little shop on site is helpful.
There is something to do for everyone in this resort, kids club run by TUI is great for kids to spend sometime in. The restaurants are great to try with a great food. The buffet had fresh food everyday for all taste and fussiest of kids.
We will definitely be back again at this resort.
Only criticism is that is a bit away from centre but if you go for a relaxing holiday you don't even need to leave the resort. Also I saw few cockroach roaming the corridors at night, I know this is something that hotel cannot control, and it was no reflection on cleanliness of the resort.

We visited last year around march.
The hotel was almost empty.
Unfortunately the weather was not good to try golf. The other residents were only golfers and old generation most probably repeaters.
Also from all restaurants only one was working and understaffed.
We liked the food and service but for a five star hotel it could be better.
The prices for drinks were a little bit high.
The location is good even though you want a car and around 30 minutes to go to other restaurants etc. Nothing nearby especially on out of season.
The gardens are very nice. I was excited how well maintained and beautiful were. My congrats to the gardeners.
The room was spacious with all the comforts. It was pretty clean.
The rooms look old even though there renovated.
We found many spots that water was draining from roofs around hotel.
The hotel is ideal for golfers or families .
Not recommended i can say for young couples.

Loved the gym here, it’s the most equipped hotel gym I have ever been too. Not sure why there are no reviews of it here but def recommend going there for the gym. The staff are amazing and they are always so friendly and welcoming.
Our room was so nice and peaceful lots of room for our baby to explore.
