I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Pluses: - hotel and room looks well designed and clean - food is okay( not excellent as it’s pretty repetitive) - private beach( it's sand beach) is good, sea is clean Minuses: - customer service on reception is kinda rude, sometimes they are useless in resolving some problems - entertainment like sport activities are poor(it last 10 min, something it’s canceled without notifying in activity board) - location is pretty bad, as there is no place to walk around and enjoy the sea and nature(all tracks by sea are private and only hotel customers can use them) - guests are mostly Russians( they are impolite and noisy) - kitchen is pretty smelly especially on dinner time - territory of hotel is very small, not places to walk - only 2 elevators for 7 floor hotel, you spend so much time on waiting it - number of sunbeds by swimming pool is very limited - no much options of vegan/vegetarian food(like protein options, not a vegetables) This hotel is almost in the end of my personal list of hotels to visit and i would not come back again.

First of all, I apologize to her, my English is not perfect I am very satisfied with this wonderful hotel and the vacation I spent there. It was my first holiday to Turkey and we chose Anabella from most hotels. And we were certainly not disappointed. As soon as you entered the hotel, you were delighted by the beautiful, luxurious lobby. The rooms are beautiful, clean and equipped with everything. The mini bar is cleaned and refilled every day. The service from the reception, bar, restaurant, outdoor cafe to the cleaners is amazing and very pleasant. The food in the restaurant and outdoor cafe is very tasty and there is a really big selection. The daytime and evening bars and their drinks are great and they really make whatever you ask for. The hotel's spa and massages are a perfect addition, which I highly recommend ordering for yourself. The outdoor environment is beautiful and clean. The beach is sand. There are enough beds. Beach towels are provided. The pool is clean and maintained. There is also a shallow pool for children. Also a big thank you to the animators, they are really wonderful and always with a smile and a good mood. The extras were interesting. The child really liked the mini disco. In one word, my 8 days were spent PERFECTLY. I RATE 5 stars with a big plus.

We recommend the hotel, a big plus is that the dominant guests are Germans, there are many Slovenians, Poles, Turks, there were also Lithuanians, and a minority of Russians (although it could not be avoided), very good food and a large selection, guests are taken care of throughout the day, the western part maybe a little short and simple. The environment is suitable for children and families. The hotel is cozy, compact, beautiful. Pleasant and friendly service staff, they speak English very well. Thank you!

If you want to inhale smokers cigarettes wherever you are-you are welcome. People are smoking literally everywhere and there are no designated areas for this. You want to have a breakfast on the terrace-you are surrounded by smokers and inhaling this, you are lying on the beach-you are inhaling this, as there are people who cannot stand up and go a bit away. People don’t care about each other-they see smoke coming in your face and you are becoming passive smoker, as well as your kid 😁 and they consider it’s okay. Managers should pay more attention to this aspect.

Since summer is approaching & people are looking for nice hotels to stay at, I thought I would write a review to tell you not to go to this place. It was my first time here & I definitely will not be returning. Firstly, the hotel is located at a strange place with nothing around, in the middle of a busy road. The hotel staff were giving off strange vibes, lacking in their social abilities. The so called ‘manager’ was very dismissive and not helpful when I raised a few concerns. Our first night was horrible, we were given a room looking out to the noisy road & the rooms didn’t look the way they were advertised. We were given a ripped up damaged crib for a baby, who fell out of it a few times during the night. The facilities & activities were very limited & needed to be paid for to be used including the spa, hammam, etc.. not very ‘all inclusive’ of them. This also included access to wifi which we had to pay for daily for each device. The food court didn’t smell pleasant at all. There were cats outside and all over the place. The area didn’t look very hygienic overall. The food was not fresh or varied. There were limited activities throughout the day and most were directed toward children. There was limited availability for sun loungers as everyone would throw towels on them even when not in use. The cocktails were not nice & the cups they were served in were overused plastic cups which weren’t pleasant to drink out of. People were very money hungry & would try to scam you at any opportunity. This was witnessed first hand in the little market inside the hotel. There were no price tags on items & the worker charged a tourist more than they charged a Turkish person for the same item. When I mentioned it they brushed it off and told me not to make it obvious. There are taxis you can take out to the city but they are very expensive. There were barely any English speakers there so there was a communication barrier. Initially my stay was booked for 2 weeks but I left on the 3rd day & risked losing all the money I paid because it was that bad. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to it but overall I would not recommend at all.
