One of the best resorts we’ve experienced! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. We were offered a lovely room with excellent views, very comfortable beds, and great amenities that made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were incredibly cooperative, always helpful, and greeted us with genuine smiles every day. The resort itself is beautiful, with plenty of swimming options, breathtaking views, and a beach to enjoy. What touched us the most was how thoughtfully they prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for our son — it made the trip unforgettable for our whole family. This stay was truly special, and we are so grateful for the kindness and hospitality we received.

We visited for a family vacation with our 9- and 7-year-old children and had a wonderful stay. Both swimming pools were excellent. The main pool with sand and slides was perfect for young kids, and we spent the whole day relaxing at the beach pool, which had a great seaside vibe. The room was clean and comfortable, and the twice-daily turndown service kept it spotless. The Laguna area was convenient with plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. It was only a 5-minute shuttle ride to Laguna Golf Club, so we could enjoy a morning round of golf and spend the afternoon swimming. As a golf-loving family, we are already planning to come back next year.

One of my favorite hotel in Phuket. I love the location which is far from busy environment. I could enjoy my vacation time withy friend and the hotel is not too far from the city. About the service, staffs here are super nice, they always help us with kind especially Fuse, Kaow, Jeron and Nan from the front office. Front desk always there for us when we need help. The way they communicate with us are professional and well. The restaurants have many options with various kinds of food. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful hotel with the best service. I came here with my family for vacation and i received a memorable moment here. At the first time I arrived at the hotel, Fuse warmly welcomed me with a smile. He checked me in and provided me all the information that I need to know. He took care of me so well when I asked him for help and that made me feel like home. The food is amazing! Azura serve Italian food and I really love it. The seafood is fresh and well prepared. I never get boring because water activities and many things to do here. During departure,Far,Kaow(I hope I write her name correct) Nan and Jeron from the front office make me don’t want to leave. They greeted me with joy and make a good moment for me. Love here and big thanks to you guys. See you in our next trip.

At the end of August, Joe recommended that I stay here. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly soft. The bathroom was spacious and not cramped, with a bathtub and a large mirror. Most importantly, the breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Everything was delicious, from the atmosphere to the staff and the sea view. Everything was so good that I wanted to stay several more nights. It's a hotel that's perfect for relaxing or having fun with friends, as there are many activities available. Another favorite restaurant is the Seafood Market. The staff are attentive and offer good recommendations, as do Oil, Yunda, K, and Jiw. It's a great place for a special occasion dinner.
