Had a brilliant trip staying here. The service was impeccable, very friendly staff and the villa room was perfect. This is the ideal spot for a staycation and short trip if you want peace and quiet. Highly recommend to do the safari, it’s great to learn more about the island.

I'm currently staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, the hotel failed to properly arrange boat schedules that caused delay to our room—we had to wait two hours before we could check into our room, despite having a confirmed reservation. As for breakfast, the options were VERY limited, with little variety to accommodate different preferences (those kind of resorts should have a really big variety as well can't order anything from outside). However, room service was also disappointingly slow, and when the food finally arrived, its quality was far below the standard I’ve experienced at other hotels and wasn't fresh at all. Overall, the service was poor, and there was a clear lack of attention to guest satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth and comfortable stay. The only good thing was the villa and the pool.

have been trying to contact your hotel for the past three days. Despite my repeated attempts and long waiting times on the line, I was not able to reach anyone. I was told that my calls were outside of your working hours—however, I would expect your communication lines to be more responsive and accessible. Furthermore, when I finally managed to speak with a member of your team, I was disappointed with the unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude I encountered. The staff member seemed uninterested and simply stated that all bookings were full, without offering any alternative solutions or showing basic courtesy. This experience was far below my expectations, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service in the future.

Al Yamm Villa provides a glimpse of what the Maldives looks like, with beautiful sunrises to wake up to and deer walking around at night. Our beachfront room is nothing short of amazing; the pool is heated, and the beach is just a short walk away from your doorstep. When you arrive at the island, a shuttle to your villa awaits you outside. You'll have a pleasant ride, and when you reach the hotel lobby, everyone is so welcoming that you'll even receive a free massage while waiting for your room to be ready. Once the room is prepared, a buggy will drive you to your villa, and you'll be amazed by the room and the view for the rest of the day.

Over all trip was nice, we drove from Dubai approx 4 hrs we moved at 8 morning to catch the ferry at 12:00 to go to Island. At arrival at the port the Anantara team take care of the guests. Ferry trip around 20 min, ferry clean but not well maintained. Arrival at hotel you will be assisted by one of the hotel staff, the check in is only at 15:00, but u can have lunch, drink or sit by the pool and beach. It happened that the weather was windy so we had lunch at the Italian restaurant. It was good a give 4 rating for an Italian. We order Mozarella Salad was good, sea food risotto we didn’t like as it was not giving the risotto taste. We check in at 15:00 the room is nice, very clean. While we were in the room they sent someone to clean the pool, which was bit odd not to clean before we check in. But still positively ensuring that the pool is clean which I liked. We didn’t order food to the room so I can’t comment or room service :). Second day we went to breakfast staff are nice but the buffet is very average, no many varieties considering Anantara chain buffet. We were booked for a massage but then we decided to cancel as we were not sure if it worth the wai so we decided to take the ferry at 13:00 as the other one is at 16:00. I believe if the weather is nice then u can spend time at the beach but this was not our case, too windy and cold.. I would definitely recommend to add some touch to the hotel as it is missing the vibes and it feels very plain. So overall I would give it a 3.5.
