JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok Hotel Stayed at JC Kevin Sathorn for a few nights and overall had a mixed experience. The hotel is located slightly away from the main hustle of Bangkok, which is actually nice if you prefer something quieter but still within reach of the city. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with good city views — definitely one of the highlights of the property. The pool area is also great, and there’s a massage parlor on-site that offers decent service at fair prices. The big let-down, however, is the food. All of the restaurants inside the hotel need serious improvement. Even the breakfast was disappointing — not freshly cooked and lacking in quality. It really doesn’t match the otherwise high standard of the rooms and facilities. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with good rooms and quiet surroundings, this hotel works well. But I’d recommend eating out; Bangkok has far better dining options just a short ride away.

Pros- Amazing breakfast with loads of options for vegetarians, non vegetarians and even vegans. Very inclusive. Big rooms with amazing views Pool is great. Housekeeping fantastic. Cons- They will not allow you to check in without paying 1000 refundable deposit at checkout TB deposit per night * the number of nights you stay. I booked with Agoda and even though the price for the stay was prepaid, it wasn't mentioned on my booking I was forced to pay to check in. So please be aware. It's refundable but your money gets blocked and it's really not convenient always. The night staff by the reception forces you to book the taxi he recommends so that you can pay 500 TB however if you book through bolt ot grab it's way cheaper. The bathrooms keep leaking and they don't fix it , they tell you they do but it leaks the next day again.

Lovely hotel, but a little tired in places. Rooms clean and a good size (especially the 2 room suites) location was a little out of the way for us. Pool lovely but chilly and only gets the sun in the morning. Pui at breakfast was amazing - got us a good table every morning, with plenty of space for the family (including 2 babies) and toddler cutlery which encouraged our daughter to eat a good breakfast :)

JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok – Mixed feelings: beautiful hotel but lack of hospitality Stayed: October 27–29 Purpose of stay: celebrating my friend’s birthday We chose this hotel to spend a weekend in Bangkok and celebrate a birthday. Overall, the property itself is beautiful — spacious rooms, modern facilities, great location — but unfortunately, the hospitality and service did not meet the 4-star standard I expected. 💬 Reservation I booked directly through the hotel website and communicated with Ms. Nuchrin Rienthong, who was very kind and attentive. However: 1. I never received a booking confirmation email — which is quite important for a direct reservation. 2. The price in the morning (which I took a screenshot of) was higher later in the day. After check-in, I found a 15% cheaper rate on the same website under a new promotion. No one informed me about it, and my request for a rate adjustment was declined. I understand dynamic pricing, but I believe direct guests deserve a bit more transparency. To be fair, the reservations team offered me a late check-out as a gesture, which I appreciated — but the disappointment remained. 🛎 Check-in and Front Desk Thank you for allowing early check-in — that was very helpful. However, the front desk experience was not as welcoming as expected. The receptionist was polite but without a smile, and did not provide any information about hotel facilities, promotions, or services. The bellman saw us arriving with luggage but didn’t offer to assist or escort us to the room. When we reached the 31st floor, our keycards didn’t work. About 5–7 minutes later, we were given keys to another room. This could have been avoided if someone had accompanied us. 🧺 In-room service Our two-bedroom suite was lovely — spacious, clean, and with a stunning city view. Two bathrooms, a large living and dining area, and a smart TV made the stay comfortable. However: • I requested a vase three times and received no response. • When I asked for extra tableware, I was told to go to the restaurant on the second floor myself. For a 4-star hotel, it would be better if staff coordinated such requests internally. • At the restaurant, I wasn’t greeted with a smile, and the staff seemed slightly irritated. They handed me the dishes directly without offering to deliver them to my room — even though I was carrying heavy bags. The room was also under-equipped for a suite with a dining area — only four coffee cups and nothing else. 💖 Positive moments • Great location. • Beautiful, spacious room with amazing views. • Comfortable beds and good quality amenities. • A big thank-you to Ms. Nuchrin Rienthong for the kind attention and birthday surprise for my friend — that was truly thoughtful. 🏁 Overall The hotel itself deserves 4.5/5 for its facilities and comfort. But the lack of warmth and hospitality forces me to give 2 stars, hoping that management pays attention to these details. I don’t want to sound overly critical — I genuinely hope this feedback helps the hotel improve service standards and bring back the smiles and care that Thailand is famous for.

We booked a 2-bedroom suite and a twin bedroom for a group of six from 22–25 October. While the rooms are spacious, that is the only positive aspect. The property is extremely outdated — every fitting is rusted, creaky, or broken. The bathrooms leak continuously, the faucets are damaged, and water floods the floor. To make matters worse, the rooms are infested with cockroaches. This level of maintenance is unacceptable for any establishment. There are far superior options available in the area, and I would strongly advise against booking this property
