The housekeeping didn't wash a used mug for 3 days. Toiletries weren't replaced the whole 4 days stay. The breakfast was really poor in taste and variety. The staff at the breakfast just not up to the service of a 5 star hotel with very impatience attitude.
The most glaring issue is the location. It was just too isolated. Everytime in and out has to use Grab which took ages to get at peak hours and getting stuck to get to the destination. The hotel and room has seen better days for sure.
The free shuttle to Chong Nonsi BTS 4 times a day just not enough to attract me to stay again. A more flexible schedule as per client needs and covering MRT might make it more attractive.

A lovely and modern hotel and it is set nicely away from the busy main road. All the rooms are fairly reasonably priced for the space and quality that they offer. Friendly and efficient front desk staff make checking in and out a breeze. It's a little bit far away from the main city and is closer to business areas but taxis are cheap and quick so it isn't really an issue getting about. Amazing rooftop bar with breathtaking views however if you manage to get a skyline room with a balcony you also get to see the city at your own comfort. Some of the items in the rooms can seem a bit dated but the space in the room and price make up for it. Would highly recommend and will stay here again. There's also a nice new coffee shop downstairs with delicious pastries.

Not impressed at all...checked into what they claim is a 5 star hotel...unfortunately it's more like a 2 star. There are stains all over the on carpet and ceiling, furniture is out dated and scratched up, cups are dirty, mirrors are dirty, shower is dirty, there's grim around the toilet and shelves are dusty and the lights flicker in the elevator,
seems safe ...definitely nowhere near a 5 star hotel that I've seen on my travels around the world...no offer to move us to a 5 star room like we booked...only offered to come clean our room again and its been almost 24hrs and no ones come to clean the room, complaints seem to fall on deaf ears...should of been cleaned before you checked customers in smh...wasn't offered any compensation at and they had the nerve to charged me a 4000 thb desposit on a dirty beat up room...worst hotel experienceIve I've had in Bangkok. Very disappointed and grossed out by the lack of cleanliness and will NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone...I've seen better 2 Star hotels...revise you false 5 star advertising!!

I decided to stay at this hotel for 3 days in Bangkok with my husband and two children. First, I looked at the Google rating, so I considered that the room condition was very old.
As soon as I checked in, the 6- and 8-year-old kids went around the room saying it was spacious, so they liked it, and immediately got in the bathtub and enjoyed the bath.
My husband and I looked around the room and felt that the condition was not as good as Google said.
The city view from the 19th floor was acceptable.
Looking at the water in the bathtub, the water quality here is not good either.
At the time of check-in, the front desk staff was very friendly, and the staff who carried the luggage was also friendly.
When I asked to change the water filter in the shower, they sent a housekeeping staff and they responded kindly. Thank you.

Location is quiet and about 15 minutes walk to BTS Chong Nonsi; however, I recommend getting a Grab motorbike because the walk will feel like an hour in the heat. The rooms are spacious and the staffs are wonderful. Breakfast is serviced daily on the second floor at 6 am, same floor as the pool and gym. There is an outdoor food court next door and a few decent places to eat across street easily accessible via the over path. If you’re travel with the family and want to get away from the busy Sukhumvit area then I would recommend this hotel. The Chong Nonsi station is also very close to the gold line which will take you to ICONSIAM, or National Stadium where MBK is located, or transfer one stop to Siam Paragon.
