The hotel is good. The beds are a nightmare for hitting your legs on. I have so many bruises. The wooden skirt on the bed comes out too far. Also, for people who don't eat fish, the menu is very limited. Location isn't good if you want to go sightseeing. If you're a sun lover and want the pool and beach, then it's good. I'm glad we only spent 3 nights there. Also, the drive to the airport is about 3 hours depending on traffic.

Nice beach but very windy ,great if you like kite surfing,
Great breakfast, and plenty of places to eat and drink across the road

I recently stayed here for six nights with my wife and parents-in-law.
I hesitate between four and five stars but the reasonable pricing pushed the balance towards five.
Positive points:
-The service was consistently pleasant and efficient. There was a manager frequently present. The servers regularly came to our tables at breakfast and brought us ice water and nibbles at the pool. Room service was quick.
-We often looked forward to breakfast which was of good quality and variety. They even serve pho!
Negative points:
-A few times, there was a hot water deficit which seems inappropriate for a five star establishment.
-The gym is outdated. They are apparently planning to renew the equipment but I think this should have been done a few years ago already.
-The very last minutes of checkout, the hotel could not find the laundry bag in our room (which we had clearly left on our room desk) and asked us to pay a fee. I understand it’s annoying to have clients steal these bags but it’s clearly not worth leaving a bad last impression.

Overall, this is a good place to enjoy the rest. Hopefully, they will hire more employees who can speak English well in the future.
