I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Anantara, and from start to finish it was an absolutely delightful experience. The service is truly world-class – every team member we interacted with was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the food at every restaurant was consistently excellent every meal felt like a highlight. I’d like to give special thanks to some of the outstanding staff who went above and beyond: Saad at the Beach House for his warm service and attention to detail. Melanie at Sea Breeze, who was exceptional, her welcoming, warm personality made us feel like family every single day. Saqlain at Sea Breeze for his attentiveness and great energy. Derrick, who always greeted us with a smile and made getting around the resort effortless and fun. Ola, the Lobby Manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly and made us feel right at home. Jefin, whose hard work kept everything spotless. Ratul, the lifeguard, who was not only attentive but also incredibly friendly with kids, creating such a safe and welcoming environment around the pool and beach. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the pool, while still enjoyable, some tiles are loose or missing and could use attention. That said, this is only a very minor note in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Everything else exceeded expectations, and I cannot recommend this resort highly enough.

We had an exceptional stay at Anantara for our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the staff took care of us with remarkable attention and kindness. The setting is truly magical, surrounded by the beauty of the mangrove which offered us a new and captivating view every day depending on the tides. The restaurants were excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes, and our villa was incredibly spacious, modern, and perfectly equipped. We did not lack anything during our stay — every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. One of the highlights was the staff: extremely attentive, sincere, and always focused on the well-being of the guests. Their warmth made our stay feel very special and personal. We are leaving relaxed and full of wonderful memories, and we are already looking forward to experiencing another stay at an Anantara hotel. Highly recommended.

Amazing Stay! Had a really great time at this hotel! The place feels super luxurious and comfortable. The staff were all really friendly and helpful — special shoutout to the reception team for being so warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Special mention to Ibrahim 😇They really made me feel at home at luxury . They were especially great with kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely love to come back!

This staycation was completely unplanned but turned out to be one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. We enjoyed every moment of it! From the very beginning, the staff made us feel truly welcome — it was as if we were walking on a red carpet. The room was amazing, with a beautiful view and a refreshing sea breeze. The food was absolutely delicious — you must try the pizza, crafted by an Indian chef with an authentic, original taste. Our kids had a wonderful time with all the activities, especially the sea adventures. Although not all were available, Yousif and his team went above and beyond to plan everything perfectly and were incredibly kind and patient with the children. A special thanks to Ramy for capturing such incredible photos and videos of our sea activities — these moments are now beautiful memories we’ll cherish forever. His work truly made for a perfect “happy ending” to our break. And last but not least, thank you Arwa for finally making this lovely journey happen — definitely not our last! A truly great team and an unforgettable experience.

It is a great family resort in Ras Al Khaimah. What truly makes the difference here is the service provided by the staff. Everyone is exceptionally polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay very special. Pappu, our housekeeper, was always available whenever we needed help. At Sea Breeze, the receptionist Asmae (if I recall the spelling correctly) welcomed us always with such warmth and kindness. Breakfast was enjoyable, the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, and the dining options overall were fantastic with great variety. Since we visited during the low season, we couldn’t try Asado, but that gives us a perfect excuse to come back again. Omar at the pool made our experience memorable, while Nelson from food and beverage also left a lasting impression with his warmth and hospitality. Our private chauffeur buggy driver, Zunair, ensured our transfers ran smoothly and even arranged our departure back to Dubai with fresh towels and water in the car, which was a thoughtful touch. In terms of facilities, there are a few details that could be improved. The family pools’ tiles need proper maintenance as some are broken, posing a risk of cuts if one isn’t careful. Additionally, the water could be better cleaned since we noticed a significant amount of sediment in the pool early in the morning. Overall, the resort is charming and family-friendly, but the staff’s service truly stands out and is what transforms the experience into something unforgettable.
