Had an amazing staycation for my birthday! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Mr. Yousif welcomed us warmly at check-in, and the housekeeping by Mr. Jefin was excellent. When we checked out, Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Suliman were incredibly helpful, and a special thanks to Chef Boutroys for taking great care of my food allergies. To all the hotel staff ,sorry I couldn’t mention everyone by name, but truly we had a wonderful time. Exceptional service and a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

I just had the best holidays ever ! We stayed at this hotel with a group of girls and it was fun relaxing. I would like to thank Mr. Ashraf, Mr. Soliman, Mr. Michel, Ms. Alia and Ms. Asmae, Mr. Shahreyar, Ms. Maria from the bottom of my heart for the warm hospitality. Everything was exceptional. The resort is wonderful and the rooms very comfortable. the service is impeccable and it is super clean. You should definitely go there. Genuinely the best resort experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were stunning, amazing amenities provided and very detail was perfect. My family loved the buffet dinners, the Mexican night was outstanding. We also visited Mekong and enjoyed it very much. The spa treatment was lovely although the price was high, and the therapists were a dream. Can’t wait to visit again
