We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and a special mention goes to Mr. Sulaiman, who was exceptionally kind and assisted us with everything we needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made our stay even better. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay!

This was my second stay at Anantara, and this time we booked a villa. I have to highlight the incredible service from the reception manager, Mr. Ahmad Suliman From the moment we stepped into the hotel, he went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. His warm welcome and attention to detail truly stood out. I really appreciate his work. I also want to recognize Ibrahim, who took care of our room—his service was outstanding as well. Anantara is a hotel that genuinely values its staff, and it shows in how they elevate the guest experience. I can’t wait to return again in the future. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in Anantara Resort during the dates 23-28.11.25. We came to celebrate my mom’s completion of the exams, and by contacting hotel they arranged very delicious chocolate cake on arrival. Meals very delicious, all resort was green what impressed us, and for what I was looking for. I was with my little sister , she also enjoyed it, and they had Kids Club what added value to people with kids. Also during our stay some people made it even more memorable, so thanks to: Chef Jeevan who was very nice and assisted every breakfast us with smile. Rakesh (valet driver) he was showing us around, especially tried to organise view to turtles on the corner of the resort. Saurabkh from Beach House Restaurant with his kind approach and amazing service during our dinner. Liveguard Rami with his positive energy. And the most big thanks to Shahriyar from beginning to end of our stay, who greeted us with big smile, positive energy, gentle treat and provided us the most exceptional service! Even during his off day he was checking us , in case if we need something. His passion and enthusiasm is very impressive! Namely because of these people I rank 5 star, since last day of our stay it was big installation of indian wedding which was whole night and didn’t allow our family to sleep. And trust me no amenities can cover this mess. Please take into consideration this comment! However the stay was so nice and memorable because of above mentioned people that I cannot erase all the kindness and attempts of them to make our stay wonderful. Putting 5 stars! Thank you!

From the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I drove back home, everything truly exceeded my expectations. The hospitality of the entire team was exceptional. Although the reception area was quite busy during check-in, the staff went above and beyond to make the process smooth and effortless for me and my family — completing everything while we relaxed comfortably in the lounge. The reception team was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. A special heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ramy from the reception team, whose kindness and attention made my stay truly unforgettable. He went out of his way to assist and even offered an amazing upgrade without me asking — a gesture that perfectly reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Cleanliness could be seen in every corner, and the cheerful smiles and helpful attitude of every staff member created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made our stay simply wonderful.
