Had an amazing staycation for my birthday! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Mr. Yousif welcomed us warmly at check-in, and the housekeeping by Mr. Jefin was excellent. When we checked out, Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Suliman were incredibly helpful, and a special thanks to Chef Boutroys for taking great care of my food allergies. To all the hotel staff ,sorry I couldn’t mention everyone by name, but truly we had a wonderful time. Exceptional service and a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

He went above and beyond to make sure we were always comfortable, and his warm hospitality made us feel at home. Employees like him make the experience exceptional. I just had the best holidays ever ! We stayed at this hotel with a group of girls and it was fun relaxing. I would like to thank Mr. Ashraf, Mr. Soliman, Mr. Michel, Ms. Alia and Ms. Asmae, Mr. Shahreyar, Ms. Maria from the bottom of my heart for the warm hospitality. Everything was exceptional. The resort is wonderful and the rooms very comfortable. the service is impeccable and it is super clean. You should definitely go there. Once more big thank you to Ashraf and the team you made our holidays unforgettable!

One of the best hotels we've had the joy of visiting. The food options/selection were in abundance...something for everyone. Cannot fault our housekeeping staff (Jefin). It was great to return our room cleaned to a high standard everyday and he was very pleasant and polite every time... Great attention to detail. Guest services were always quick to respond to our requests. Mekong restaurant is a must try (which we got to experience as part of HB). And make sure to have the gelato! Great spa facilities as well. A must try experience. I had my treatments by Angely and would definitely recommend her as well. Beware of the buggies though. You had to move out of the way every single time they went past as the paths are not wide enough. Some information need to be clarified i.e. pool opening times and use of cabanas. We were given conflicting info by reception and security staff. All in all, had an amazing stay at the hotel and would definitely like to return.

Genuinely the best resort experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were stunning, amazing amenities provided and very detail was perfect. My family loved the buffet dinners, the Mexican night was outstanding. We also visited Mekong and enjoyed it very much. The spa treatment was lovely although the price was high, and the therapists were a dream. Can’t wait to visit again
