We had 4 nights at the resort and were staying at the pool access villa. We love the lush and quiet surroundings, and the staff were all smiles. The rooms were beautiful, we love that there's always ample drinking water provided. The bed wasn't good, they sank in the middle. We had to request a mattress change after 2 nights, but the changed mattress sank again after 2 nights. Maybe it's seasonal, there were also lotsa flies at the beach front dining. We'd love to be back, soon.

We went there for signature dining in tree top restaurant and we have to say we didn't regret the choice. Perfect for celebrations. The menu selection was just as special as the place and wine pairing was really good. All staff new what they are doing and were very professional. Big thanks to chefs as the menu was extraordinary. Especially the smoked oysters. Thank you for the lovely evening and can't wait for a new tasting menu.

This is a horrible place. Yes the villas are nice and it's located conveniently in chaweng so you can walk around and check out the local restaurants. We booked for a 9 night stay to celebrate birthdays. We ended up checking out after 4 nights. The comments you see about service are correct. Their service is horrible for a 5 star resort. Every morning we had to ask for coffee at least twice before it was brought to us. We ordered room service once, the other nights we ate from restaurants. The food here is terrible. Poor quality and tasteless. When we called them to remove it, they didn't even bother coming. Housekeeping is terrible. We tried to speak with them and tell them about cleanliness but they don't bother. Finally we actually spoke to the management outlining where we felt the service was bad and said we would have to consider leaving if it wasn't sorted. They were fine with us leaving. They just didn't really bother. Then we had to sit at the reception for over an hour to get refunded for the nights we didn't stay. The front office manager was smug and rude. Honestly the location and villas are nice, the staff are polite (mostly). But their service standards are really poor. I think if you're paying for a 5 star experience, the service is everything. So personally I'd go elsewhere. But if you're the type of person who's not too concerned with service and just like the ambience then the place is not bad. Personally I would never visit this place again. Responding to the manager: Stop trying to make it seem like our expectations were so high. You are the manager yet for the entire hour we were stuck at the reception where were you? You made no attempt to resolve any issues. And since when is not cleaning a room a miscommunication? The fact that you refuse to take any responsibility is evidence of your poor management. We're still in Thailand. You are most welcome to reach out and resolve these issues. But you just wanted to respond to a Google review making it seem like we are unreasonable. Your guests will see for themselves. Have you noticed all your negative reviews are service based? Here's a tip, train your staff properly! Stop making it seem like guests are wrong.

The service in this resort is abhorrent. We arrived for a 7 night trip to celebrate a honeymoon. The staff were more keen on upwelling their tree top restaurant then just doing the basics. Room cleaning is a huge issue clearly from reading the other reviews. We called several times each night to remove finished dishes at earlier than 9pm. Nobody comes. The next day the dishes have flies and lizards. Nice for a 5 star resort 👌 The front desk staff have absolutely no idea what's going on. When we checked out early, David who's apparently the manager just said OK no worries you can leave whenever you're ready. We had to ask how are we going to get our refund. He said you will no worries. When I pressed him by saying once we go back home, what if you don't credit it? He replied by saying "oh yes that's a good question". Then proceeded to check with their admin staff. Funnily enough there was another bloke at the same time who complained that he'd been overcharged 4000 baht. The front desk just told him he has to take it up with his bank. Their staff have truly no idea how to manage a resort. The manager himself thought it was all a big joke. Don't bother calling buggies, they'll take 20 minutes if they come. The buffet breakfast is the same each day with very dodgy bacon and undercooked eggs. Don't bother asking for tea or coffee, they'll forget and you'll be asking for ages. Best to have it in your room before you head down. And they should really do something about the flies around the meat at breakfast. Not a great look. Didn't enjoy the stay, staff are woefully undetrained and management clearly don't care. For USD 1k a night, go somewhere else.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the most amazing hotel and I cannot stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and smiling hotel team who provided excellent service throughout our entire stay. The villas were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and luxurious amenities. The swimming pools were astounding, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind under the sun. The spa and massage service at the hotel was top-notch. I indulged in a massage and it was pure bliss. The therapists were highly skilled and the ambiance of the spa was tranquil and serene. The gastronomical experience at the hotel was a true delight. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, offering a variety of options to please any palate. The dining area was elegant and inviting, making every meal a special occasion. What stood out to me the most during my stay was the willingness of the hotel team to go above and beyond to ensure that their guests were happy and satisfied. They were always on hand to assist with any request and truly made us feel like we were at home. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of incredible. I cannot wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway; lastly, a special thanks to Azman Lateh - front office manager for his kind help and assistance. we will visit again :)
