Came here to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday, and the experience was perfect from start to finish. We were very grateful for the upgrade — nothing was too much trouble for the team, and anything we needed was sorted out immediately. A special shout-out to Diem at reception, who was amazing at her job — friendly, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The spa team also surprised us with a nice 5-minute teaser massage, which was a lovely touch.We end up doing the couple massage witch was great. Had an amazing stay at Anantara Hội An Resort. The location is perfect — peaceful, riverside, and just a short walk into the Old Town. The whole place has a very calm and relaxing vibe, exactly what you want on a holiday. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with that classic Hội An charm. The bed was super comfortable, and the balcony views were a great touch. Service was excellent throughout our stay — staff were attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast had a good selection, and everything was fresh and well presented. The pool area is stunning, and the resort grounds are very well maintained. It’s definitely a great place to unwind. Overall, a beautiful resort with great hospitality and a perfect location. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Hội An!

A nice resort near the river, and a very short walk away from the centre of the Hoi An old town. It is quiet and peaceful, with great service and cosy rooms. The suite is rather small for my taste but I find it comfortable and well-maintained. It faces the river and we get to enjoy the river views. Service is excellent, and we are provided with free bicycles. Breakfast selection is limited for a 5-star hotel but other than that, I do enjoy my stay here. Its location is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Hoi An Resort. Even though our flight was heavily delayed, everything during check-in went perfectly smooth. Every single team member we met was extremely friendly and attentive, from check-in to breakfast, the spa, and the pool bar. The resort itself is beautifully designed, very peaceful, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, which made us feel at home right away. We truly wish we had more time in Hoi An, as our stay felt far too short. We would return to Anantara Hoi An without hesitation.

If you want to experience luxury, Vietnam style, this is the resort you need to experience. From the greeting at arrival, to the presentation of the room and facilities, to the dining experience and service, this resort is amazing. About a 12 minute walk to the heart of “old town” and all of its attractions, the location is nestled next to the river with views of all the decorative lighted riverboats and the path that runs beside it with bicycles and scooters strolling by. This is the place to be if you want luxury. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The grounds were impeccably maintained. It is perfectly located right on the river with a very short walk to visit all of the streets and shops etc. But what really made our stay so enjoyable were the staff. They were always professional, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Recommend this place very highly.
