We loved our stay at the Anantara. The location honestly can’t be beat, so close to the old town, allowing for easy walking in and exploring. The service was impeccable…the shoulder massage and fresh tea on arrival so welcome. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable. I really appreciated the efforts to minimize the single-use plastic waste by offering bamboo toothbrushes, razors and the like. The food was delicious. Breakfast was a fantastic spread, I’d be surprised if you’re unable to find something int he buffet…but if they didn’t have what you wanted, I suspect they’d make it for you. Highly recommend…and already planning my next stay.

Came here to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday, and the experience was perfect from start to finish. We were very grateful for the upgrade — nothing was too much trouble for the team, and anything we needed was sorted out immediately. A special shout-out to Diem at reception, who was amazing at her job — friendly, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The spa team also surprised us with a nice 5-minute teaser massage, which was a lovely touch.We end up doing the couple massage witch was great. Had an amazing stay at Anantara Hội An Resort. The location is perfect — peaceful, riverside, and just a short walk into the Old Town. The whole place has a very calm and relaxing vibe, exactly what you want on a holiday. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with that classic Hội An charm. The bed was super comfortable, and the balcony views were a great touch. Service was excellent throughout our stay — staff were attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast had a good selection, and everything was fresh and well presented. The pool area is stunning, and the resort grounds are very well maintained. It’s definitely a great place to unwind. Overall, a beautiful resort with great hospitality and a perfect location. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Hội An!

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Hoi An Resort. Even though our flight was heavily delayed, everything during check-in went perfectly smooth. Every single team member we met was extremely friendly and attentive, from check-in to breakfast, the spa, and the pool bar. The resort itself is beautifully designed, very peaceful, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, which made us feel at home right away. We truly wish we had more time in Hoi An, as our stay felt far too short. We would return to Anantara Hoi An without hesitation.

We recently stayed in one of the refurbished river suits and were very impressed. The room is spacious with tasteful indochine styling and a very comfortable bed. The new outdoors space at The Art Space is lovely with great food. Great to see so many smiling faces welcoming us back - excellent service.

It's an amazing experience in the riverside room with the serene and picturesque view of the Hoai River and the building's distinctive Indochine architecture along with warm interior decor, and the enthusiastic and friendly service of the hotel staff. The walkway from the lawn in front of room downto the riverbank leads directly to Hoi An Ancient Town, shimmering in the twilight of sunset, evoking nostalgic feelings of the bustling trading port of centuries past and the blend of Fujian architecture in the surrounding area.
