Such a beautiful resort, the rooms are clean with a nice large layout. The location is perfect, walking distance to the old town. Buffet breakfast had a great variety of food including vegetarian options. The service is excellent we felt very welcomed, the staff are very friendly. A special thanks to Diem to making sure everything was perfect for us. The spa treatment was great, thank you Lee for a wonderful spa experience. I would highly recommend this resort.

We loved our stay at the Anantara. The location honestly can’t be beat, so close to the old town, allowing for easy walking in and exploring. The service was impeccable…the shoulder massage and fresh tea on arrival so welcome. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable. I really appreciated the efforts to minimize the single-use plastic waste by offering bamboo toothbrushes, razors and the like. The food was delicious. Breakfast was a fantastic spread, I’d be surprised if you’re unable to find something int he buffet…but if they didn’t have what you wanted, I suspect they’d make it for you. Highly recommend…and already planning my next stay.

The rooms in this place are just a bit weird. There is a seating area in front of every room but it's on the main corridor to all the other rooms, so not private at all. Other than thatz the pool is nice, staff friendly and the breakfast buffet is lovely. Great location and close to Hoi An and all that has to offer.

A nice resort near the river, and a very short walk away from the centre of the Hoi An old town. It is quiet and peaceful, with great service and cosy rooms. The suite is rather small for my taste but I find it comfortable and well-maintained. It faces the river and we get to enjoy the river views. Service is excellent, and we are provided with free bicycles. Breakfast selection is limited for a 5-star hotel but other than that, I do enjoy my stay here. Its location is perfect.

We just spent 3 nights at Anantara Hoi An as an older couple. We were last there 11 years ago with young children and Hoi An has really changed. The resort is very conveniently situated just at the edge of old town, and it takes 5 minutes to walk into the town. Breakfast was comprehensive and service was excellent. At all times, every staff made us feel very welcome and are constantly smiling and asking about us. Special kudoes to Uyen at reception who helped me look for a carton box at short notice to pack my Vietnamese lanterns which were too big for our luggage. She really went beyond her call of duty to find the right sized box and also stuffing paper for securing the lanterns in the box. The bellmen then kindly helped to tape up the box for me for checking in. We didn't have time to try the gym, spa and dinner restaurant this trip but we won't wait another 11 years to go back! Keep up the good work, Anantara Hoi An team!
