Loved the rooms, service, locations.
Room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable and able to sleep well.
Wonderful staff, always helping their guest. Location is perfect, near to eateries, cafe, spa and more shops. Very near old town, short cycle which the hotel provide complimentary use for guest.
The food in the restaurant is amazing!!!

Second time staying here after about 15 years and it is still excellent.
All of the staff are lovely, helpful and genuinely want you to enjoy being here.
The rooms are the same as 15 years ago, but we'll looked after with new fittings and kept spotless. Great a/c which is important in Hoi An at this time of year.
The location on the edge of the old town is perfect - 8 minute walk into the very busy town, but peaceful in the hotel grounds. The pool is also great with no shortage of beds or space.
Would definitely return.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Anantara Hoi An. The location is great, walking distance to the Old Town but quiet in the hotel with views over the river. An Bang beach is only a 15 minute drive away. All the staff are so kind and friendly, especially with our 1-year old daughter. Anything we asked for they were able to help with. I really recommend the hotel for families with young children. We hope to be back!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience overall. The room was beautiful, and the service was impeccable—definitely a 10/10. I also tried the massage, which was excellent both in terms of service and quality. However, the design of the spa feels very underwhelming and old-fashioned, which was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and comfortable accommodations.

This is the second time staying here. We were here some 15 years earlier and came back due to our previous experience. Nothing has changed with the rooms were well appointed, Breakfast was great, as was the dinner on the terrace. We had the soft shell crab which were delicious. It is a very calming place, being able to sit by the river. Also convenient being right in the downtown area so it is easy to walk through the shopping area and along the river.
