From the moment we arrived, the staff made our stay exceptional. Saidy and Jefferey greeted us warmly at the door and immediately made us feel welcome. Sarangi kindly walked us to the check-in area and ensured everything went smoothly. At check-in, Moustafa went above and beyond — he was incredibly attentive, professional, and accommodating. He made sure all our requests were taken care of and truly set the tone for a great stay. Kenneth assisted us with our bags and was always so friendly and welcoming. Every time we returned from our outings, he greeted us with a big smile, which made us feel right at home. Overall, the entire team provided outstanding service and genuine hospitality. They really made our experience memorable!

From the moment we arrived, the team was warm and welcoming, offering a drink and cold towel. Check-in was quick, thanks to the staff at the entrance and Akshay, who explained everything about the hotel. My luggage reached the room in no time. Breakfast had great variety, and the Room Service staff also Madhu , Aakash, Dilip, Somirin, Sonika, Anjana, Scott, and others were friendly and attentive. Housekeeping, engineering, and reservation teams were all excellent, helping quickly with any needs. Special thanks to Lhamu at checkout. Truly appreciated everyone’s efforts!

We had a fantastic stay at the Anantara. The service was incredible—everyone was so friendly and attentive. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The pool area was gorgeous and never felt crowded. We also loved the breakfast, which had a huge variety of delicious food. It's a perfect place for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We would definitely return!
