We had a very enjoyable experience at the hotel. The facilities were excellent—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything was easy to access, and the environment felt welcoming and relaxing. The dinner was another highlight . The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a great variety of dishes. The dining staff were attentive and made the experience even better. Overall, we was very satisfied with both the facilities and the dinner. We would gladly return and recommend it to others.

I really enjoyed evening dinner buffet there! Dishes were really impressive, very delicious and with amazing presentation. I loved the fact that any person could find so many great options to eat. Eg we don’t eat meat and asked to leave for us only beautiful moon from quinoa. Seafood and fish were so tasty! My favorite dish was octopus. I don’t know what they did with it, but the taste was unbelievable! Fancy desserts with many berries. Decorations were really great! Great music from DJ, just something’s a too loud if you sit outside :)) there are tables inside the restaurant too.

My husband made reservations for our 20th anniversary at this hotel! I was totally amazed. My husband worked with the hotel to decorate the room and prepare a small but cute anniversary cake. We had our kids with us and they really enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. I really think certain individuals need special recognition. I want to speak about Heshum, Gautaum, Adit, Rohit and Anuj for making this the best experience we have had at any hotel and we travel a lot. My family has certain dietary restrictions and the breakfast team was so warming and accommodating to us. Specifically, they would make us special falafel tacos, chicken omelets and energy shots. Seriously, no other hotel would be as considerate and that is important when we make future reservations. Thank you for making beautiful memories for me and my family.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made our stay exceptional. Saidy and Jefferey greeted us warmly at the door and immediately made us feel welcome. Sarangi kindly walked us to the check-in area and ensured everything went smoothly. At check-in, Moustafa went above and beyond — he was incredibly attentive, professional, and accommodating. He made sure all our requests were taken care of and truly set the tone for a great stay. Kenneth assisted us with our bags and was always so friendly and welcoming. Every time we returned from our outings, he greeted us with a big smile, which made us feel right at home. Overall, the entire team provided outstanding service and genuine hospitality. They really made our experience memorable!

From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly courteous, professional, and attentive. The front desk ( Minty) team greeted me with genuine smiles and made the process smooth and welcoming. Special shout out to Housekeeping team - Zaid, Shelly, Sanjaya, Dilshan, Ali, Shelly kept the room spotless every day, and the restaurant (Chef Jackson, Akida and Su) staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience — always friendly, quick, and accommodating to special requests. Loved the surprise gesture for the kids and the experience staying in Anantara! 👍😊 Thx entire team for all the excellent efforts in make our vacation memorable. 🥂
