An outstanding massage experience at Anantara Downtown Dubai. I booked a two-hour treatment and was welcomed with exceptional professionalism and care from the very first moment. I arrived with a strong headache, and the therapist recommended peppermint essential oil — an excellent choice. The combination of skilled techniques, gentle movements, and high-quality oils made the massage deeply relaxing and wonderfully rejuvenating. I left the spa feeling completely renewed, light, and entirely headache-free. Every detail of the experience was handled with precision, calmness, and true expertise. I highly recommend the two-hour massage to anyone looking for a world-class treatment. A truly restorative experience that is absolutely worth it.

I went to this hotel to attend a workshop, everything was great. But it's hard to find the way in on foot, even my other friends had the same problem. But everything is great for entering by car. Everything is clean and nice, the toilet cleanliness is excellent. Lunch at the first-floor restaurant was not to my liking. Maybe it was good for East Asian tastes. I am satisfied with the way the waiters treated me.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made our stay exceptional. Saidy and Jefferey greeted us warmly at the door and immediately made us feel welcome. Sarangi kindly walked us to the check-in area and ensured everything went smoothly. At check-in, Moustafa went above and beyond — he was incredibly attentive, professional, and accommodating. He made sure all our requests were taken care of and truly set the tone for a great stay. Kenneth assisted us with our bags and was always so friendly and welcoming. Every time we returned from our outings, he greeted us with a big smile, which made us feel right at home. Overall, the entire team provided outstanding service and genuine hospitality. They really made our experience memorable!

From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly courteous, professional, and attentive. The front desk ( Minty) team greeted me with genuine smiles and made the process smooth and welcoming. Special shout out to Housekeeping team - Zaid, Shelly, Sanjaya, Dilshan, Ali, Shelly kept the room spotless every day, and the restaurant (Chef Jackson, Akida and Su) staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience — always friendly, quick, and accommodating to special requests. Loved the surprise gesture for the kids and the experience staying in Anantara! 👍😊 Thx entire team for all the excellent efforts in make our vacation memorable. 🥂

Simply one of the best Anantara hotels I have stayed in terms of the staff service. Extremely attentive and kind, the service here is above and beyond. Duty Manager Moustafa Ibrahim sets high standards of service, and the rest of the staff such as Jeffrey the porter, Hasan the housekeeper (a talented & hard working young man), the ladies of the Courtyard restaurant, as well as the reception team are just so amazing.
