Stayed here for second time and again the whole experience was amazing. The service at this hotel is just next level. Particularly stand out were the restaurant staff at breakfast. There is a girl called May working there. Her service is just exceptional. She even remembered the coffee that I drink from five months ago when I was there last time. Her colleague Victory was also so helpful and they even brought me a small cake to wish me good luck on my travels on my last day. I’m lucky to have stayed in so many nice hotels around the world, many five star hotels, including Mandarin Oriental and four seasons many times. The service that I got from these two girls and generally everyone I interacted with at the hotel is some of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. Rhea on reception was also really helpful when I checked in. I love that this hotel chain has a nod to the Thai heritage from the hotel group. There is something just so special about this place and I will always keep coming back here. The pool and gym are great as well, and the rooms are always immaculate.

We stayed two nights with my family. Amazing experience! Staff are very kind and good hospitality. Hotel room service and housekeeping are very accommodating anytime. They are very efficient I must say. Chef Gautham is brilliant and the concept of approaching to people while dining is a great idea. He offered us waffles with vanilla was delicious. Keep up the good work all. Thank you for everything and we certainly hope to come back 😊

I recently visited the buffet at the Anantara Dubai hotel and was absolutely delighted! A magnificent selection of dishes from all over the world: from Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine to classic European treats. I was especially impressed by the delicious meat - served with an assortment of different sauces! The service is top notch - the staff is attentive, polite, always ready to help. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, perfect for a romantic dinner, as well as for meeting friends or a business lunch. The prices match the quality - this is a truly gastronomic experience that is worth the price. We will definitely come back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Review: Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The service and management were very poor, and there was absolutely no sense of privacy. Staff entered the room even while we were inside, which is a clear violation of our personal space. The food prices near the pool area were extremely high, and the quality did not justify the cost at all. The room furniture was old and worn out, and even the coffee bar was below expectations and poorly managed. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and value for money.

The entrance was beautiful , and the rooms were clean. Our receptionist was very supportive and friendly with my kids. The swimming pool was clean and not crowded. However, I disliked the hotel's location, as it was quite messy with construction and intersections. The arrival area was crowded, and the staff outside were not very helpful. the water temperature needs to be adjustable. We also tried the coffee in the lobby lounge café, but the quality was low and quite expensive compared to what we expected.And they need to offer more breakfast options.
