I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding — every corner of the room and public areas was spotless and beautifully maintained. The room itself was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, with attention to detail that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that satisfied every taste. Each meal felt thoughtfully prepared and presented. What truly made this stay memorable was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was cooperative, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The reception team was especially impressive — efficient, friendly, and made both check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The lobby bar deserves special mention for its wonderful atmosphere. The mood, music, and overall vibe created the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the evening in style. Overall, it was a flawless stay, and I highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. I will certainly be returning again.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The service is impeccable, and every single member of staff has gone above and beyond during our stay, particularly Rhea and Jeffrey. We were a 10 minute walk from the Business Bay metro, so getting round was really easy. We had a pool view room which had everything you could possibly need during your stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Had such a lovely brunch at Anantara downtown! Honestly, it was exactly what I needed great food, beautiful views, and such a chilled vibe. The selection was amazing: fresh seafood, so many international dishes, and the desserts were seriously hard to resist. The whole place feels like a mini tropical escape in Dubai. Sitting by the water with palm trees around just makes the experience even better. The staff were super friendly and attentive, but not over the top which I really appreciated.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at. We spent a week there and had a wonderful experience. Everything was excellent, and all the amenities—including the gym and the pool—were exceptionally clean. On the morning of our checkout, which was at 4 a.m., there were more than cleaners working diligently. They were thoroughly cleaning the elevators, lobby, and other common areas. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. , The staff were really really nice i just cant explain how nice they were. So in a short way, the welcome was great, the food, the room, the service, and the staff.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The property is new, luxurious, and very well maintained. The services were excellent, and the staff were kind, professional, and always helpful, which made the stay very comfortable. As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be nice if the breakfast menu could be more diversified on a daily basis to avoid repeating the same dishes too often. Also, the kids’ area could benefit from more frequent cleaning and adding a pleasant scent to enhance the overall experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel.
