We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service is truly on another level, everything feels very well taken care of. The beach is beautiful and relaxing, perfect for spending the day. food. A special mention to our butler Ahmed zahid who was extremely kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. He really made the experience even better. Waddey from the cleaning staff was also very kind and did a very good job keeping everything clean and well maintained. Overall, an amazing hotel that I would definitely recommend.

Excellent second visit to Anantara Dhigu Maldives This was our second time staying at Anantara Dhigu Maldives, and overall, the experience was excellent once again. Last year, we stayed in an Over Water Villa with a Sunset View, while this year we stayed in a Sunrise View villa. Both were beautiful, but personally, I would recommend the Sunset View, especially if you are considering the villa with the private swimming pool option. The sunset side felt more special and visually stunning. The views throughout the resort are absolutely beautiful. The water is a stunning turquoise color, and the island atmosphere feels peaceful, clean, and relaxing. One thing we really enjoyed is that the resort gives you access to different nearby islands, so you can walk around, explore, swim, and enjoy different areas throughout your stay. It makes the experience feel more open and adventurous, not just limited to one spot. Another beautiful part of the experience was the warm welcome when we arrived after a long trip. They welcomed us with fresh cold coconut water, which was such a thoughtful and refreshing touch. It immediately made us feel relaxed and taken care of. The resort is also very thoughtful when it comes to children. They paid attention to small details that made our child feel comfortable and welcomed, including excellent service, special kids’ utensils, and complimentary food options for children. These details made the stay much easier and more enjoyable for us as a family. The food throughout the resort was excellent, with a great variety of options. Breakfast was always top-tier, with many choices and consistently high quality. We also dined at Aqua, the Italian restaurant, three times during our stay, and every time the staff were excellent, welcoming, and very professional. Their service made our dinners more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their kindness and attention. We also made a reservation at Sea.Fire.Salt, which is a bit pricey, but the food itself was definitely worth it. The restaurant has a beautiful overwater setting, and the food was around 9/10. However, the overall experience there was not the best because the staff did not feel very welcoming, and we did not feel completely comfortable during that dinner. One area that could be improved was the in-villa dining service. Similar to last year, the food sometimes took much longer than expected to arrive. The resort explained that this was due to the resort being fully occupied during our stay, so some delay was understandable. However, we ordered in-villa dining a couple of times, and on some occasions the food arrived cold and took a long time to reach us. This was not a major issue overall, but it is something that could be improved, especially for guests who prefer dining privately in the villa. Another area that could be improved is the kids club. The facility could benefit from a much larger space and more activities for children. It would also be helpful to have more trained staff, especially for younger children and babies. In some situations, particularly in the outdoor areas, it did not always feel like babies were receiving the level of attention and care expected from a resort of this quality. With better staffing, more structured activities, and closer supervision, the kids club could become a much stronger part of the family experience. A very special note goes to our personal assistant, Kadir, who helped us during the trip just like he did last year. He was thoughtful, organized our reservations, followed up with us, and made sure everything was in place. His support really made the stay smoother and more enjoyable. One moment that truly showed how much this resort cares about its guests happened on our way back to the airport. I forgot my backpack, which had my passport inside. The resort team had us wait comfortably in their airport lounge while they sent my backpack on another speedboat. They also helped us carry our luggage until everything was checked in. That level of care and quick response was truly impressive.

It was an amazing resort for my family (3 adults and 2 teens). The resort covered everything by we needed: food, activities, comfortable stay, and ease of transportation. First I want to say thank you to Shujaau (our room attendant) who responded to every message within 5 minutes to make sure we could get reservations at the restaurants, a buggy, questions about the activities, and making sure our stay was easy. He even ensured that there was a bike for everyone to enjoy moving around the island. The Aquafanatics team was very helpful to make sure our trip was packed with lovely activities like dolphin + nurse shark snorkeling and jet skis + kayaks. Till and Mustafa were very accommodating and helped answer any questions about aquatic animals and reefs. The food and beverages team, led by Pankaj, was very accommodating to our dietary restrictions (3 vegetarians and 2 vegans). Even within the restaurants, Ramu and other waiters were able to cater to our needs and adjust the menus to make sure that we had a variety of foods over our 4 night stay. The transportation on the island and to the airport was amazing and smooth sailing(a few wavy rides but it was a lot of fun and always felt safe). The bikes were super helpful to get around the island and the pontoons were perfect to get to the restaurants. There was lots to do on the island itself as well like yoga, kids club, pool, and the gym. Midun is an amazing trainer, who also runs the boxing session, and is very technical and knowledgeable about health and fitness. The rooms were lovely and had access to the water. They had everything we needed with towels, water bottles, and lots of space. The insides were beautifully done and very comfortable (even with the extra bed). From our over water villa, we were able to see lots of fish, crab, and even a few sharks. Whether it was sunny or rainy, the team and the room were perfect to give us a proper Maldives experience.

Wonderful resort for the whole family! My two daughters absolutely loved the kids club and its amazing team. A big thank you to Joker, Thesa, and everyone there for making their days so special! While the kids were having a fantastic time, my wife and I could truly relax — enjoying the sun and beach, then watching the stunning sunset by the pool with the whole family before heading to one of the resort’s many excellent restaurants for a delicious and relaxing dinner. Breakfast was another highlight — special thanks to Chef Subodh Katre, who surprised us each morning with a new, mouthwatering dish from his native India. We truly hope to come back soon!
