This was our first time staying at this hotel and we also had our wedding here — and it was truly unforgettable. Our wedding planner Yui was incredible, so professional and supportive, and made everything run perfectly. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful, from reception through to the waiters and waitresses. The hotel is absolutely stunning and in a perfect location near Fisherman’s Village. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, with wonderful housekeeping. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It has been the holiday and wedding of a lifetime — thank you for everything.

We had the opportunity to visit this site during the presentation given by the Anantara vacation club. It is a beautiful resort. I like to express appreciation and thanks to a marketing lady named Farah (full name Siraprapa Thaopeng) that I met at Samui airport. As soon as we came out from the airport, we were welcomed and stopped by Farah, whom we did not know but she is so helpful and wanted to offer us help in our transportation to the hotel. After talking to her, we then realized she is promoting Anantara resort, and offered us time to spent to visit the resort with a presentation by the team. We gladly accepted the invitation. The next day, we were being picked up and attended the presentation at Anantara resort. We are familiar with this type of presentation, anyway it was a nice session to get to know about this resort. We are later rewarded with THB4000 voucher to be used by us, as a couple. We are thrilled and thankful to be able to spent it on a spa and massage. Like to thank Farah for being so kind and helpful. Easy to communicate and giving us a nice perk to enjoy while we are in Samui.

Overall you get what you pay for, very nice hotel and location . Rooms : nice bed and linens , good towels quality , amazing shower , beautiful view from the balcony . Is missing a coffee table with an arm chair . One chair in the room is not enough. Also if there is traffic noise on the street you can hear it thru the door . Amenities are very nice . Pool is surrounded by impressive nature . The beach doesn’t have white sand and is quite rough however is a beautiful narrow beach . All the outsiders “street sellers” are quite quiet compared with what you have in chaweng , but they can still wake you up . Employees by the pool they work hard to ensure you have everything you need . Location is perfect , is just at the end of the fish market street so you don’t get bothered with music . We have tried one restaurant ( Latin American with Japanese infusion ) , very nice food however there was just one girl serving and she wasn’t represented Thai hospitality unfortunately. The view was breathtaking though. We have used the gym facilities, we enjoyed it a lot . Is big , spacious and lots of equipment available. Very nice hotel , very clean and hard working staff . We will come back .

A great experience and staff was extremely friendly and helpful all the time.. very attentive to all the needs and prompt. Eva at the front desk was very helpful from the time of check in to checkout and providing us with exceptional service and taking care of our needs to the smallest detail. I appreciate her going beyond her normal front desk duty to have things easy and help us advice so that we have a wonderful experience. We had a great sunset experience, thanks to Eva’s recommendations. Even during checkout she helped us as our departure time was pushed by 2 hrs… certainly a great staff to keep and valuable to the hotel . The hotel amenities and facilities is beautiful and impeccable… Only suggestion is to have better food choices at restaurants and breakfasts with more Asian and international flavours.

The garden at the property is AMAZING with beautiful Lilly pads and an awesome in the nature spa. Lovely kind hospitality by all the staff esp at the breakfast. Brilliant housekeeping. Warm welcome at the reception with lovely ladies at the front desk. SUPER new Technogym equipped gym! Lovely Tum who so kindly helped me keep fit. Great management by Thomas, who is a kind, thoughtful and lovely person. We’re well looked after. Taking happy memories with us:)🌺
