The villa included a private pool and a peaceful garden courtyard, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing escape. Everyone at the resort went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. Overall, the stay was amazing I can’t wait to go back again! ❤️

What a lovely resort! Serene, calm and simply beautiful. Truly impressed with the high standards of hospitality. The low temperatures were a welcome respite from the hot Dubai summer. Absolutely worth the drive of 5 hours. Would love to visit again.

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Hani. From the moment we arrived, the place felt like a true resort. The stunning mountain views, delicious food, and beautifully maintained garden created a perfect escape. The pool was clean and comfortably heated, and I absolutely loved the layout of the villa

Despite the beautiful natural surroundings and lovely views, our overall experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. We had requested an upgrade and were given a new room rate which we accepted. However, it took over two hours for the staff to move us to the new room, which significantly delayed our plans as we had to wait with our luggage, unable to unpack or rest. Upon entering the upgraded room, we found the toilet was not clean, and later at night, we discovered a dead insect under the pillow in the bed sheet — something that was absolutely unacceptable. We also tried to order a simple cup of tea through room service — three times with different staff — and each time, they only sent tea bags without hot water or a proper setup. The worst part of our stay was the checkout process. We were told that the room rate we were quoted was just the additional charge and that we had signed a paper confirming it. However, the paper we were shown only had the room rate written on it with no word like additional or extra! On top of everything, the hotel lost our ID cards, which caused even more stress. We spent almost two hours sitting in the lobby waiting for them to locate the IDs. Eventually, the hotel manager arrived, and only then were the IDs found — supposedly they had fallen behind the reception desk. While the manager was polite, most of the staff showed a lack of professionalism, urgency, and respect throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we left the hotel tired, disappointed, and regretting choosing this place for our holiday.
