We've been here in our office mates birthday. Their hotel apartment rooms is very nice, spacious and all your needs is there. Service is nice and the location is accessible. Over all is nice even a bit pricey. But in breakfast buffet all I can say in coffee section. Coffee must be hot not warm.

We were generally pleased with our hotel stay. It had spacious rooms and a nice breakfast. However, even though we locked the door of our room, it would open at the slightest touch. We asked for technical support from the reception during our stay to have it repaired, but no one came! It was not repaired for 1 week, we were uneasy and did not feel comfortable. That's why I'm deducting points. ( Our stay date is 8-14 September 2023 )

Amazing hotel with great service, people are very friendly, nice food, very clean and comfortable, amazing view!!! Specially I would like to mark Mr Walied, such an amazing personality, so polite, so careful!!! Helped me with special facilities for my kid with disabilities, great manager with a big heart!!! Also I would like to tell huge thanks to lifeguard Sujin, very friendly, always lot of care, presented us a great mood each day!!!!!!

Me and my family stayed at this hotel with our two little kids. What an absolutely top class service from all the staff members. Everyone is so welcome and kind, always smiling always willing to go above & beyond. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is wanting to stay at the JBR
