It was a great experience staying at this hotel at an affordable price. The service was top notch. We came in a busy time during Eid and Moubarak was a delight to deal with. He was professional and cordial despite the busy atmosphere and he was able to manage the lobby with such class and efficiency. Thanks also to Karim who assisted us at the front desk and Asiya for attending to our room service requests. Will definitely come back again!

The room was always perfectly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A very special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, especially Manoj, who was truly outstanding. Had an amazing dining experience at Benihana inside Amwaj Resort! The teppanyaki show was entertaining from start to finish — the chef’s skills, energy, and interaction made the evening truly memorable. Watching the food prepared live right in front of us added so much excitement, and every dish was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The restaurant atmosphere was elegant yet lively, making it a great place for both families and friends. A special thanks to our waiter Jagath, who provided exceptional service throughout the evening. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality really elevated the entire experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious Japanese cuisine combined with a fun and interactive teppanyaki experience!

I’m a Marriott gold member. Rotana is by far one of the best, if not the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. The property is beautiful and immaculate! The food is delicious with so many varieties to choose. The staff goes far and beyond to make guests welcomed and appreciated. Lobby representative, Purity, was the best. She is beautiful, welcoming, genuine, and loves Rotana’s guests!
