Very good stay, even though some things could be improved, such as the beach or the acoustics of the rooms. Indeed, we could hear a lot of noise in the hallway, and one night, there was music playing until 4 a.m. from a party next to the hotel. The staff is very kind and welcoming overall. The car rental system is quite well organized and affordable, perfect for a one- or two-day excursion. Regarding the food, the buffet offered is decent, but there's a real need for improvement when it comes to desserts, as there are usually only fruits available. The pool is very pleasant, and the general atmosphere is quite enjoyable. Special mention to Evgenia (Jenny), who was our favorite employee. She always met our expectations and was truly lovely in every interaction.

The food as well as cocktails were delicious. Breathtaking views. The terrace stole our hearts. We enjoyed just redecorated rooms with comfy beds. The staff was impeccable, polite and professional. When our daughter dropped a glass in the restaurant and cut her thumb we were provided immediate first aid. Thanks a lot. We will recommend the hotel to our friends and always warmly recall our lovely stay at Ammos ♥️

Cons: Rooms haven't been cleaned for weeks. After asking the staff to do so they said it is cleaned every day. I put some dirt in the sink, and they did not even turn the water on. On the whole area they play really loud music until late at night. Pro: The food was actually kinda good. The private beach was very quiet and awesome.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ammos Luxury Hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed. The hotel is impeccably clean, a true testament to the dedication of the staff. Every member of the team was always smiling and exuded kindness and goodwill, making the stay even more enjoyable. I had booked for one night. I arrived at 5 PM, but the check-in time is 3 PM. My room was not ready, and it took 65 minutes to get the room. There were no other customers checking in besides us. First time I experience that in my life. I went to the pool at 6:30 PM, which closes at 7:30 PM. There were no clean towels available. After talking to a lady from the staff, she confessed that the management has required staff not to give beach or swimming pool towels after certain hours in the afternoon... The morning after I went to the pool to pick up my towel, only to discover that pool towels are not available for pick-up after 11 AM...you can try to give me any explanation for that, I won't find any logical reason. At the beach restaurant, around sunset, there was no one there, but you have to make a reservation one day in advance, the lady said when I wanted to sit and grab some food.... I repeat, the place was empty... The hotel location is a bit isolated, and you need a car or taxi (if you're lucky to find one) to go anywhere. You can order a taxi at the reception, it usually comes on time. The breakfast is buffet style, no complain. There is pretty much everything for everyone. After complaining I must say that I did get the late check-out I requested. During the two hours between check-out and the time my taxi was due, I observed that all new arrivals had issues during check-in (rooms booked were not immediately available or there were other issues). Overall the infrastructure is good, the poolside could be better (some customers still think it's acceptable to go place their books and towel on the sunbed early in the morning), the beach area is great. Staff is friendly, although a bit untrained. Management, or the absence of it, seems to be the main problem from what I can see. If the owners of the hotel see this, you should send someone to investigate. The place is great but it's being ruined by incompetent people. Will not visit again and do not recommend.
