We had the pleasure of staying at Amus Resort in Rhodes from May 19th to 25th, 2025, and I can confidently say that the service was truly five-star in every sense. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff consistently went above and beyond, offering warm, professional, and attentive hospitality that made our holiday unforgettable. Front Office & Guest Relations Check-in was seamless and welcoming. The front office staff were not only efficient but also genuinely hospitable, providing a detailed introduction to the resort facilities and always available with a smile to assist with any inquiry. The Guest Relations team followed up several times throughout the stay to ensure everything was perfect – an outstanding touch that made us feel truly valued. Housekeeping Our room was impeccably clean every single day, with thoughtful touches such as turndown service and beautifully presented amenities. The housekeeping staff maintained the highest standards, showing great attention to detail and discretion. We truly appreciated their quiet efficiency. F&B – Restaurants & Bars The service in all the dining outlets was exceptional. From the breakfast team to the à la carte dining staff in the evenings, every member of the F&B team demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm. The restaurant staff remembered our preferences, recommended excellent local wines, and made every meal a special occasion. Bar service, especially around the pool and in the evenings, was fast, friendly, and delivered with personality and flair. Wellness & Spa The spa staff were not only skilled but also deeply caring. From the welcome tea to the post-treatment recommendations, everything was curated to create a deeply relaxing experience. Special thanks to the massage therapist who offered one of the best treatments we've ever had. Recreation & Pool Area The team at the pool and leisure areas were fantastic – always present, helpful with sunbed setup, towels, and refreshments. Lifeguards were discreet yet professional, and their presence added a sense of calm and security. Poolside staff were attentive without being intrusive, which is a rare balance to find. Management It is clear that the leadership at Amus Resort instills a strong culture of service excellence. Every staff member we interacted with was not only well-trained but also seemed genuinely proud to be part of the resort – and it shows. Final Thoughts Amus Resort delivered not only luxury but also heartfelt Greek hospitality at its finest. If you're looking for an elevated stay in Rhodes with outstanding service in every department, I wholeheartedly recommend Amus Resort. We will most certainly return. The hotel itself is stunning, impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and full of luxurious touches that make each moment feel special. Whether it’s lounging by the pool, enjoying the delicious breakfast, or relaxing in our perfectly maintained room, everything feels top-tier. The resort didn't disappoint. certainly a luxury hotel the hotel and grounds are cleaned every day they take alot of pride in the hotel. The staff were very polite always want to help you and very welcoming. The resort isn't in main land Kos which we liked very relaxed very peaceful an we rented a quad to see the rest an busiest parts of Kos it was so nice to go back to the hotel an sit by the pool in peace. If your looking for a peaceful an professional holiday ammos resort is definitely for you.
