We, a family of four, stayed one week at the end of October at the Amirandes. We had booked the comfort package and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The rooms are OK, clean and the cleaning service was very nice. We loved the staff and their friendliness at any of the bars or restaurants. The food was really good and varied day to day which we all loved. We used the fitness and tennis program which the kids and us enjoyed a lot. Overall we had a fantastic, relaxing and worry free stay.

Unfortunately, the management and staff have a lot to offer, not up to a luxury five star hotel standard. Maybe a nice place for a couple of days enjoying the architecture but surely not for a vacation of two weeks. Much overpriced for what it offers.

My vacation here was July 2023..went with my friend and we picked it based on reviews. We have been to many 5 star resorts and first time chose the no name 5 star and it did not disappoint. What to say from the entrance and first impression service it is 10/10!!!! A lot of big name hotels should definitely pick up on their impeccable service, professionalism and most importantly ability to solve anything.. The views are gorgeous, the entire complex is out of this world and having two beaches plus a huge pool on which you feel it is never too busy is amazing..the rooms need some upgrade, but that is so irrelevant knowing how the service is always kind, sweet, smiling that it makes you want to smile as well!!! One note, I lost a bracelet and was completely devastated that night..next morning concierge during checkout said waiter found your bracelet in the restaurant and he remembered you had same necklace and gave us to give to you. I mean this is a huge resort and the fact they found it, knew who wore it is out of this world!! We are coming back this year and I cannot wait!!!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with great service. We had a quiet room with a nice Terrace near the beach and facilities. The buffet for breakfast and dinner had a good selection of food. For the restaurants on the premises we visited the Blue Monkey which is a Asian fusion cuisine which was delicious but also the Cretan restaurant. The beach is public but mostly just guests are there. The problem was that there was a red flag a lot so we could not always fully take advantage of the ocean. The pool area is nice but would be great if there was another. The spa and the team there was amazing and only recommend. The staff are friendly and a great support. Only con when we asked for excursions the main offer was keep safaris. I would recommend to hire a car to travel around. Some improvements in the room can be done such as an outlet in the bathroom but very clean. We will definitely come again.

We stayed at the resort for 6 nights at the end of September, 2 adults and 2 children.
It was a wonderful experience over all.
Despite the freezing water and a stormy beach, the hotel facilities, the beach, and the swimming pool were excellent. Our children enjoyed playing on the sports court (tennis and soccer), and they enjoyed the variety of restaurants.
It was convenient to have a limousine take us to and from the hotel, and the reception at the hotel was pleasant while we awaited the arrival of our room.
In our reservation, the kids received free meals and the adults received full board. In some way, the receptionist did not describe what was on our reservation, and we had to learn throughout our stay.
Polina, who is in charge of the service in some of the hotel's restaurants, became familiar to us during our stay at the hotel. Our appreciation for Polina's excellent service, and her willingness to assist and assist us, cannot be adequately expressed in words. Thank you very much Polina, the kids loved you !
We stayed in a family room with a private swimming pool, however we did not use the pool very much. I recommend taking a room with a garden instead.
The hotel has several restaurants, and they're all great. We particularly liked MINOTAUR and Lago Di Candia.
Great VFM overall.
