Stunning place. Everyone knows Maldives from it's beautiful turquoise water, but Amilla is full of greens as well! Astonishing small jungle where you can feel like on a "desert island". Water villa is well equipped and stuff provides with everything what's requested. All restaurants serve delicious food and in addition you can sign up for cooking class, where chef will guide you through the garden and show all kind of homegrown herbs.

This was our "once in a lifetime" trip to celebrate a 20 year anniversary. We had such a fantastic time! The attention to detail in everything from the food to the cleanliness of the villa was top notch. The staff anticipated our needs and provided all that and more without even being asked! They took exceptional care to accommodate my severe food allergies which is a rare find even in many luxury resorts. Our "once in a lifetime trip" looks like it will be an annual event as we are now planning to return next spring.

We were swept away by the beauty of the island and the warm hospitality of the staff as soon as we touched down. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the service exceeded all expectations. A special thank you to Iqbal and Naish, who were an absolute delight in the restaurants. Their kind demeanour, attentive service, and genuine smile made every dining experience extra special. Iqbal remembered our preferences and always went the extra mile to make us feel at home. We were incredibly fortunate to have Latheef as our butler. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and even helped us find a book that we thought we had lost on the beach. Latheef’s professionalism and warm personality truly elevated our entire holiday. Our villa was kept spotless thanks to Ahmed, who was meticulous and discreet. The attention to detail in his cleaning and daily refreshes made a huge difference, and it was always a pleasure to come back to such a beautifully maintained space. Amilla is more than just a luxury resort – it’s a place where you feel truly valued as a guest. The staff made our stay unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return.
