The Ambre all-inclusive programme includes the following:
- Full American breakfast at Indigo Restaurant (6.30am to 10.30am)
- Buffet lunch at Indigo or an a la carte lunch at Dolce Vita (supplement applies on non-all-inclusive items) or La Plage (12.30pm to 3pm, La Plage closed on Sunday)
- Buffet dinner at Indigo, an a la carte dinner at Dolce Vita (supplement applies on non-all-inclusive items) or food credit on an a la carte dinner at La Plage (6.30pm to 10pm, La Plage closed on Sunday)
- Beverages, including imported wines, spirits, aperitifs, digestifs, signature cocktails of the day, draught beer, house mineral water, soft drinks, milkshakes, teas and coffee (dependent on venue), at Coral Bar (10am to 11pm), Ti-Bar (3pm to 11pm), H&H Lounge (6pm to 12am, beverages served after 11pm at a charge), Shakers Nightclub (Open on selected days)

Ambre is an amazing resort! Everything was fantastic!! The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The food is great, the buffet had a different theme every night and we were never disappointed with the variety and delicious options! The room is big with everything you need. We had an unforgettable holiday and would definitely return in the future!

A really special holiday to celebrate our engagement. Blown away by the scenery as soon as we arrived. Staff at reception were very attentive upon arrival. Due to our flight time, we arrived at 9am although check in time is 2pm, despite this they provided us cocktails and water, looked after our luggage, and had a changing room for us to get into holiday clothes! Vanessa was very helpful and friendly, she helped us check in and as she heard we were celebrating she upgraded our room for the occasion. The hotel is set in a beautiful location and although the infinity pool is nice, we spent most of our time in the turquoise sea and on the sandy white beach. There's a barrier in the sea so there's almost no waves on the hotel's private beach area. Lots of marine life to see with or without snorkelling, plus giant bats, colourful birds & lizards, and very friendly cats and dogs that occasionally popped out of nowhere. Impressed with the majority of the food served at the 3 restaurants, lots of choice and we enjoyed lots of tasty cocktails too (very strong long island iced teas). There's a private taxi service in the hotel which is very affordable and provides extra safety & security for any trips. We stayed during the first week of October and the sun was extremely hot. Partly cloudy weather but this did not last long and it always remained very humid. Expect a typical tropical climate.

An amazing place to visit, and we leave with some very heartfelt memories.

My first visit to Ambre hotel and I was super amazed. Firstly the hotel is splendidly beautiful and has great views.
The staff, the drinks, the food was yummy and not to forget the delicious desserts.
The amazing lady Ms Samantha who I think is from the front desk has helped us in checking in smoothly. She gave us a warm welcome and had provided us with all the information . She also made us feel very comfortable at the Hotel.She even came to check on us several times to make sure we are having a gala time and being well taken care of. She is a forthcoming and friendly lady.
We had the hotels' signature cocktail at the entrance which was very refreshing.
Mr Ravi and Mr Deena , who were at the Indigo restaurant were very committed to great service and were super friendly. They are forthcoming. The atmosphere was awesome and not to forget the drinks were fabulous. Special thanks to Mr Ravi for the drinks.
Big thanks to Mr Deena who went out of his way to help us at the restaurant.
Overall my experience at the Ambre hotel was excellent. Will surely consider again.

We spent 10 night at the hotel, and I must say we had great time here!
The food was really nice, the Beach was really nice, crystal clear water, white sand, and the best staff members.
Nicolette was extra caring and friendly, and really was always looking out for the members needs, we are very thankful for her, but really all the staff members that work at Ambre for making our time at Mauritius a great memory that we will always cherish.
Huge recommend for everyone who wants to have a great relaxing experience.

We recently spent a day pass and i must say the service at Ambre is top notch. Huge thanks to Samantha and her team. We appreciated Samantha who gave us a very warm welcome and attended to our needs very nicely. She checked on us few times to ensure we are making the most of our day and spend it in the best way.Very professional service and warm welcome from Deena and staff as well.
