The Ambre all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Full American breakfast at Indigo Restaurant (7.30am to 10.30am)
  • Buffet lunch at Indigo or an a la carte lunch at Dolce Vita (supplement applies on non-all-inclusive items) or La Plage (12.30pm to 3pm, La Plage closed on Sunday)
  • Buffet dinner at Indigo, an a la carte dinner at Dolce Vita (food credit of Rs 900) or food credit on an a la carte dinner at La Plage (Rs 900) (6.30pm to 10pm, La Plage closed on Sunday)
  • Beverages, including imported wines, spirits, aperitifs, digestifs, signature cocktails of the day, draught beer, house mineral water, soft drinks, milkshakes, teas and coffee (dependent on venue), at Coral Bar (10am to 11pm), Ti-Bar (3pm to 11pm), H&H Lounge (6pm to 12am, beverages served after 11pm at a charge), Shakers Nightclub (Open on selected days)
  • Select choice of salads, wraps, baguettes and desserts on the Beach and Pool menu (12.30pm to 3pm)

We stayed at Ambre Hotel for one night to celebrate a birthday and had a lovely experience overall. The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel infrastructure is still very beautiful and well maintained. I noticed a great improvement in the buffet, the food was more varied and absolutely delicious. Nissar was extremely friendly and provided us with excellent service at the restaurant. Jayesh also gave outstanding service at the bar, making great drinks and always welcoming with a smile. We really enjoyed the package, which included a wide variety of drinks as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The atmosphere was great, with good music and positive vibes throughout our stay. We also received a delicious complementary cake and decor as birthday celebration. There are just a few points for improvement. We stayed in a courtyard room, which in my opinion could benefit from some renovation to look more modern. Also, we requested a refill the next day, but unfortunately it was not provided. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a nice place to celebrate a special occasion.

I had the most wonderful experience at Ambre Hotel and I truly want to thank the amazing team who made my visit so special. A heartfelt thank you to Nicoletta from Guest Relations for her kindness and professionalism. She made sure everything was perfect from the very beginning. Special appreciation to Ravi, the Restaurant Manager, for his excellent leadership and attention to detail. The service was outstanding thanks to him and his team. A big thank you to Ben, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always smiling. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the evening. My sincere compliments to Chef Kelley, who prepared such delicious food — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. I also want to recognize Madame Kaman and Joanito from the kitchen team for their hard work and dedication behind the scenes. The highlight of the day was the beautiful birthday cake that was surprisingly served to me by the team. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made my day unforgettable. Thank you, Ambre Hotel team, for the warm hospitality and for creating such a memorable birthday celebration. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Asson Dupre

My stay at Ambre Resort was unfortunately very disappointing. The restaurant and reception staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. They were easily the highlight of the experience and deserve recognition for their professionalism. However, the rooms were extremely old and clearly in urgent need of renovation. It honestly felt like they have never been renovated. The condition of the room did not match what one would expect from a 4 star resort and was far below acceptable standards. The worst experience was at the bar. The service there was shockingly poor. Despite being on an all-inclusive package, it felt like the staff simply did not care about all-inclusive guests. I ordered a drink and waited almost 20 minutes without receiving anything. I then had to go back to remind them about my order, and after that I still had to wait another 15 minutes before the drink was finally brought. I was genuinely shocked that such poor service could happen in a resort bar. Overall, while some staff members were great, the outdated rooms and terrible bar service completely ruined the experience. Overall rating: 1/5 ⭐

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and we would like to sincerely thank everyone who helped make our experience so special. First, I would like to thank Mr. Singh, who made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. Second, a very special thank you to Mrs. Rose. She made sure that everything we needed was provided, and since it was our wedding anniversary, she surprised us in the most beautiful way. We truly appreciated the lovely room decoration, and she even arranged a cake for us to celebrate. It was a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Third, I would like to thank Mr. Avi, the chef, who made my husband very happy by preparing delicious scrambled tofu as he is Vegan. Moreover, I would like to thank Samantha, Ursule, Nicolleta, and Diksha from the restaurant staff, as well as the team at Ti Bar, who were all very helpful and attentive. I would also like to thank Mr. Ravi, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel at ease. we especially enjoyed his jokes. Overall, the hospitality and kindness of the staff made our stay unforgettable. Thank you all for making our anniversary so special.

Loved the hostest, Nicoletta and Rose. They were really top notch by helping us throughout the stay. The bar had nice drinks and the one serving us, Khushi, was really patient when having to take our orders (since we were quite a large group, around 16). For the breakfast, our tables were all neatly set up and had the person in charge, Viren, taking care of our needs.
