Aljoharh Alamro
We stayed at the hotel last year, and we had a wonderful stay. Firstly, the hotel has a great location, with so many local markets around it in addition to a selection of shopping malls. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, modern, had comfortable bedding, and they were always clean up to standards. Another factor that made our stay even better was the breakfast buffet: there was a huge variety of cuisines to satisfy the tastes of different cultures, and everything was delicious. Furthermore, the staff were very friendly, and they all always had a smile on their faces. It is definitely a hotel that I would recommend to anyone planning to go to Bangkok.

Gorgeous hotel. Really nice location in downtown Bangkok, central and opposite Platinum fashion mall, short walking distance. Rooms are gorgeous and staff are very friendly. Amazing breakfast too. Very well kept and all needed amenities. Love it and would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended.

I had a great time at Amari with the most exceptional service on every level. Ball was my Concierge Noy was my housekeeper extraordinaire. The food was delicious at the restaurant and everyone was very attentive to me. I highly recommend this hotel for proximity to all of the shopping. It is very easy to get a car service to go on excursions. I stayed a week and was able to accomplish all of my travel goals

As a returning patron who was thrilled to bring my family here, I must say it is NOT A FRIENDLY HOTEL! Never have I experienced such atrocious and disgusting behaviour from a staff when my 2 year old was having a meltdown, resulting to laying on the floor. The lady immediately came up to us and said "Please get him off the ground" (Like she was embarrassed to be seen with a 2 year old crying on the floor) The lack of empathy and patience was staggering. As a paying customer, and a high 4.5 star hotel I expect better service, especially when traveling with children. The rooms were clean, but the staff's rudeness ruined our entire stay. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Great hotel in a perfect location! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful city view. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a huge variety and was really tasty. Loved the pool and gym facilities too. Highly recommend for both leisure and business stays.
