From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed — the hospitality at Amari Bangkok was truly exceptional. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our room was tastefully decorated, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. One of the highlights of our visit was the fantastic dinner at the Thai Restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious cuisine in a beautiful setting. The Italian restaurant also impressed us with a fine selection of cheeses. Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and would happily return.
Haya Almutairi
The hotel is very conservative, spacious, and clean. It’s excellent for families, located right across from Platinum Mall and close to many malls. If you have kids, it helps you stay near the shopping areas, since Central World is about a 10–15 minute walk away, which can feel a bit far. Overall, the quality is excellent and exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent service and location! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It's a perfect spot for shopping and sightseeing, with everything we needed just a short walk away. Highly recommend the Amari Bangkok!

A very beautiful hotel with great service. The breakfast was nice, and we had good rooms that were even upgraded at no extra cost. Everything was very comfortable and enjoyable. The only downside is that the food at the restaurant and the spa treatments are quite expensive. If the prices were more reasonable, I believe more guests would make use of these services.

We stayed at the hotel last year, and we had a wonderful stay. Firstly, the hotel has a great location, with so many local markets around it in addition to a selection of shopping malls. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, modern, had comfortable bedding, and they were always clean up to standards. Another factor that made our stay even better was the breakfast buffet: there was a huge variety of cuisines to satisfy the tastes of different cultures, and everything was delicious. Furthermore, the staff were very friendly, and they all always had a smile on their faces. It is definitely a hotel that I would recommend to anyone planning to go to Bangkok.
