Stayed at Amari Hotel Bangkok-2nights and 3 days It felt like a very short time for us but we will definitely come back to stay here again, The Hotel is Nice and Clean. The food on the breakfast is Very Good. We experienced to had a supper at their restaurant it's a buffet meal The Food is Good.We booked a massage too it's nice and relaxing . And there are many shopping malls nearby for convenient travel. Staff are accommodating and helpful. The staff Noona in the housekeeping are nice Highly recommended Five Star Hotel She was attentive and always asked me if I needed anything else when she cleaned my room and how our stay was. And of course, everything was a great and perfect experience. And She has her team, Tong, Ami and Som. They are doing a great job. Keep it up. We hope to see you again soon.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Everything is truly first-class. The staff are unbelievably kind and considerate. My husband was suffering from a severe sciatic nerve pain. We had already checked out and were waiting in the lobby for our airport transfer, which was due in two hours. Then the lovely Nicha Suttasan came to us, asked about the situation, and kindly offered that we return to our previous room until our transfer arrived. Thanks to that, my husband was able to rest and do the chiropractic movements recommended by his doctor. Their kindness was genuinely remarkable. The location is excellent, the breakfast is amazing, and I absolutely loved staying here. Congratulations to the manager for having such an outstanding team.

Absolutely Exceptional Stay! I recently stayed at this hotel in Bangkok, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was escorted to a beautifully designed room with modern amenities, spotless cleanliness, and a stunning view of the city. The location is perfect — close to major attractions, shopping malls, and transport options, yet peaceful enough to relax after a long day. We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The service quality exceeded my expectations—every staff member I interacted with was polite, efficient, and proactive especially to Mook who is always ready to assist with her pleasant smile since our Day 1. Check-in was smooth, housekeeping was meticulous, and the concierge offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to my needs. Their attention to detail truly made my stay comfortable and memorable. We highly appreciate the exemplary hospitality shown by Mook, Earth,AM, Sun, Thip, Lydia, Golf and all the Amari team who has assisted us during our stay. Your smile is very contagious. We’ll definitely returning!!! Amari is centrally located to your favourite shopping destination!!! Club Siraa is highly recommended!!!

It's close to 4.5/5 in overall for my stays with Amari Bangkok. Like other guests had stayed before in this property, the room are a bit dated and can see rust, scratches, but overall are spacious and clean thanks to housekeeper. Amari also provide turn-down service, which is a nice touch. Booked a Grand Deluxe Skyline View King room, and I'm with Platinum status, but no room upgrade was observed, though lounge access is granted per membership entitlement, which bring you to the next Club SiRAA experience. Club SiRAA: check-in and check-out was both done in the lounge by a group of very friendly staffs. To name a few I can particularly remember that provide great services to my partner and myself are World and AM, Thip and Mook. I can't remember the name with Suit that attend to us for breakfast, she's also very friendly. The breakfast at Amaya has wider selection includes the usual international breakfast buffet you can find in other hotels. It's spacious but busier. So we return to Club SiRAA to have breakfast instead. I'll recommend to splurge a little more to book for Club room as I believe this is where Amari strength (with ala carte menu) is in this property. Will stay again when back in Bangkok in the future. P/S: On the last morning breakfast, we observe there was 1 guest talked to the staffs quite unfriendly as if he's above anyone, but the staffs at Club SiRAA still handling the guest in very professional manner, kudos to the crews!
