We chose this hotel for our honeymoon & was disappointed at room quality. For the price we paid the room feel old & not worth the price. No personal touch, we stated in booking for honeymoon & check in didn't even wishes & nothing special in room. The bathtub is old too. Pool looks okay no as grand as look on website. Maybe if staying lower cost price room it's worth. Regrets upgrading & choosing as honeymoon hotel. When we walked in there's cigarette smell & room service offered to spray the room, it does goes away when we come back after a meal just doesn't feel nice house keeping didn't check ahead. Service at front desk feel top notch with grand entrance, but check in timing service desk can be a long wait. We also got lock out of our room for no reason after a day stay, both access cards not working & have to wait long with checkin guests to resolve this. We were busy during the trip and only time at hotel is to sleep, mattress was good. High floor nice view. Breakfast pretty good.

I had such a wonderful experience at Amari! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect — right next to great shopping areas, restaurants, and everything you need. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast has so many delicious options. thoroughly enjoyed our short trip to BKK this round - w more attention on hotel selection this time coz of the lousy experiences previously. this is THE best choice ever! here are the main highlights: 1/ superb location right opposite of platinum mall (our main destination) so we could go back & forth to rest & drop off our loot before the next plan. it’s also walking distance to many other key spots like Central World, Pratunam markets, Palladium (must go for the massage there! added a separate review for that understated mall) and Super Big-C for local snacks & grocery shopping! 2/ wide breakfast buffet spread - looked forward to it every morning!!! love their muesli oats, salads and coffees besides all the local dishes. great way to start healthy and feel less guilty before all the sinful local indulgence for the rest of the day! 😅 3/ comfortable, spacious and clean bedrooms plus friendly, helpful & professional staffs readily available anytime! only slight setback on the entrance which is somewhat uphill. gotta walk up the long flight of stairways to access the main lobby. quite tiring after all the hours of marathon walking around platinum mall plus the heavyweight loots to carry! 😂 alternatively take a longer walking route from the lower basement. overall, highly reco!!! 👍👍👍

We had an exceptional stay at Amari Bangkok! The service throughout the hotel was amazing, and the team truly made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained — a wonderful place to relax after exploring the city. A special shoutout to Waii, who went above and beyond with her warm and thoughtful service. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, and our child absolutely loved her! She connects so naturally with kids, and Waii truly made our stay extra memorable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the hotel’s location is very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience — we will definitely choose Amari Bangkok again for our next trip! 🌟
