We have been visiting Bangkok about every six months over the past few years, and Amari Bangkok has always been our hotel of choice. As Amari Platinum members who have stayed at several Amari properties, we can confidently say that Amari Bangkok consistently offers the highest level of overall satisfaction. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The Siraa Club in particular makes us feel truly well looked after. A special mention goes to Ms. Mook, whose kindness and warmth left a lasting impression. She once asked about our experiences at other Amari hotels and took note of the foods we enjoy. To our surprise, those very items appeared during the evening cocktail time later that day (perhaps a coincidence, but a lovely one). We also appreciated the room amenities, especially the towels, which were exceptionally soft and comfortable. The only minor issue during this stay was the initial room, which had a noticeable residual smell of smoke. After we raised the concern, the team responded promptly and upgraded us to a more comfortable room. We truly appreciate their professionalism and care in resolving the situation. Thank you for consistently providing such a comfortable and welcoming stay. We look forward to returning again on our next visit to Bangkok.

This was my first time in Bangkok, visiting for conference along with vacation, and I stayed at this hotel for 8 days. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The reception and call service staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which made communication easy throughout my stay. The hotel breakfast was very good with a nice variety. I would especially like to highlight the Indian breakfast selection — the dosa prepared by the Indian male chef on Level 4 was excellent. I enjoyed it daily and it was truly a highlight of my stay. However, the hotel’s Thai restaurant was quite disappointing compared to the otherwise positive experience. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to all the staff, including the ladies assisting at the elevators, housekeeping team, luggage assistance staff, and all other team members who made my stay welcoming and smooth. Thank you to the entire hotel team for the hospitality during my first visit to Bangkok.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My daughter and I were here to celebrate her birthday, and the experience was truly special. July and the entire team — especially Tangmo and Chaw — were simply amazing. From helping us with the little things to beautifully decorating the room, everything was taken care of so thoughtfully and always with big, warm smiles. The hospitality was absolutely superb and made our stay memorable. We’re so grateful for all the love and effort — highly recommended!

I would like to praise the entire hotel staff for the amazing service we received, as well as the beautiful and luxurious room that felt like home over the past four days. Most of all, I would like to highlight the team at the Ciara Club. The entire staff is pleasant, attentive, friendly, and welcoming. In addition, I would especially like to commend Nam Nook (I hope I am pronouncing the name correctly), who provided us with service beyond any level I have ever experienced. She is truly amazing – both inside and out. Without a doubt, we will return here again.

This was an absolutely amazing stay and once again exceeded all my expectations. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it continues to be outstanding. The hotel is always very clean, warm, and welcoming, which makes it feel like a home away from home. A special thank you to Mr. Earth, who was incredibly welcoming and kind. He went above and beyond by giving me a room upgrade, which truly made my stay even more special. Even though the hotel was 100% fully booked, the service never dropped for a moment it remained excellent, professional, and attentive at all times. I would also like to sincerely thank Mon and Land, our wonderful housekeeping hosts, who did an amazing job. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained thanks to their hard work and care. Overall, this hotel continues to impress me every time. Exceptional service, fantastic staff, and a consistently high standard. I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!
