We booked a vacation for a week. We took the suite called 2 bedrooms and a living room. The room is spacious and very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and it suited us perfectly. The room is next to the pool and the beach. The staff welcomed us courteously and quickly. A bowl of fruit and all kinds of nice snacks were waiting for us in the room. The breakfast is excellent, the atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet. The location is excellent, close to everywhere.

Curvy Killer
Very clean and nice hotel with great service. The staff are very helpful. Many staff are from Myanmar at the hotel restaurant, and they are not communicating very well. Also, the lady doesn't know how to make the eggs for breakfast but many varieties of breakfast. Overall, it is good. I enjoyed and relaxed during the stay.

Enjoying Our Stay at Amari Koh Samui! We’re currently staying at Amari Koh Samui and having a wonderful time. The reception staff have been amazing—so welcoming, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we need. The room is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. Just one small note: as guests with halal and vegan dietary needs, we asked for our omelet to be cooked separately from meat items (especially pork). Due to a bit of a language barrier, the same pan and spoon were washed and reused rather than switching to a fresh set. We understand it may have been a communication issue, but a bit of extra training around dietary requirements could really enhance the experience for guests like us. That said, we’re still really enjoying our time here—it’s a lovely resort with great service!

Absolutely an amazing stay. The reception staff was very helpful and welcoming from day 1. Special thanks to Anna from the reception she was absolutely amazing. Even I asked for late check out because of my flight and they been more than happy to help me without extra fees. Breakfast was incredibly delicious and variety of food to choose from. 3 swimming pools. Definitely will come back again and recommend this resort to everyone.

Really lovely hotel, we had a poolside garden room, room was massive, bed really comfy, only issue with the room is the wardrobe is quite small. The hotel is really nice, 3 decent sized pools, lots of sun beds with lots of availability. There are also sunbeds on the beach, hotel is immaculately clean. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We were only on breakfast basis, the breakfast buffet is lovely, lots of choice, and lots of fresh food. Location wise, it’s only a very short walk into chaweng, where there are lots of bars and restaurants and shopping
