Our stay at Amari was fantastic! The family deluxe room was perfect for our family of four, especially with the kids having their own comfy beds on a higher level. The spacious bathroom had everything we needed, and the complimentary water bottles every day were a nice touch. The resort is impeccably clean and well-kept, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially to the kids. The only downside was the lack of dustbins around the resort, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite that, we'd definitely return here for another enjoyable stay!

Hotel is clean and modern and staff very friendly. Breakfast is good quality but always extremely busy. The pool/beach area is nice but not enough sunbeds relative to guests and always crowded with people trying to reserve with towels. Doesn't feel like 5 star hotel but overall it was an enjoyable stay. However I wouldn't recommend if you to relax and sit in peace.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute drive from the airport and a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride to Central Samui Mall (200 baht for 6 adults and 4 kids). The hotel comprises two sections: one directly on the beach and the other across the road. They provide a golf cart for easy transportation from the lobby to the rooms. The staff is not really friendly, but the breakfast is delightful.
As a parent of two young children, I would like to offer a suggestion to enhance the safety measures, particularly for kids. For instance, I stayed on the second floor, and the gap on the balcony was wider on the left side.

Good Hotel. Bang on the beach, great sunrise and sunset vibes. Rooms are nice, toilet and sink are dated and should be replaced. One thing which was bumming is there were ants in the room so that was weird. Cleaning could be better too.
2 clean pools. Check in and check out was seamless. Very close to the eateries in the town with lots of options to choose from. Loved the location.
One thing which left a sour taste at the end of our trip was behaviour of a couple of staff members during breakfast in last 2 days of our stay. The woman named Jimmy was particularly rude to us. I have an inkling that it was bcoz of our race. When we confronted her later, then she all of sudden she forgot English and started speaking in Thai. We even reported it to their floor manager who said she would get back to us with the resolve but she did not.
Last day the same staff was present during breakfast and we had the feeling of being ignored. It was a disappointing end to the stay.
Otherwise it was pleasant.

The stay was nice. In the morning there was always a luxurious breakfast and in the evening we enjoyed the fantastic live band! Everything else is what you would expect from a good resort.
