Nice hotel overall. The soaps in the room smell so good. The breakfast is one of the better ones with lots of selection and good quality. Some downsides maybe the beach, which is not the best for swimming. It is more like a muddy bay good for clamming. Lots of flies and mosquitoes at the pool and garden room areas. It has a small outdoor playground and kids club.

Great hotel, excellent service nice rooms and lovely location by the beach and close to the center. Only "downside" is that some of the rooms are separated by the main road which is quite busy. But there is a security guard there to help get across the road. Would definitely recommend this hotel, will stay there again.

Our stay at Amari was fantastic! The family deluxe room was perfect for our family of four, especially with the kids having their own comfy beds on a higher level. The spacious bathroom had everything we needed, and the complimentary water bottles every day were a nice touch. The resort is impeccably clean and well-kept, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially to the kids. The only downside was the lack of dustbins around the resort, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite that, we'd definitely return here for another enjoyable stay!

Hotel is clean and modern and staff very friendly. Breakfast is good quality but always extremely busy. The pool/beach area is nice but not enough sunbeds relative to guests and always crowded with people trying to reserve with towels. Doesn't feel like 5 star hotel but overall it was an enjoyable stay. However I wouldn't recommend if you to relax and sit in peace.

The hotel is facing the beach, however it is not a proper beach as it’s more like a lake, with algae and mud, sludge instead of sand. There is no deep at all and if you would like to swim you have to walk around 10mns to find a real sea.
The breakfast is very nice and lots of quality food and beverage.
The hotel invoices me 1500 TBH per night just to get an extra bed in the room for my daughter. The bed was very uncomfortable like you are sleeping on the floor. It’s a shame to ask money for that.
Anyway I don’t recommend this hotel in Chaweng as you have plenty of choices elsewhere.
