Kids friendly hotel. My 5 years-old son loved going to the kids club in the morning and enjoying the swimming pool in the afternoon. Breakfast buffet has variety of food choices, egg station, bakery, salads, asian food and more. Loved the Thai noodle soup station. We stayed here 2 times in a Deluxe mountain view room and it was perfect for a family of three. Bed is comfortable. The swimming pool is large and has enough sun-chairs. There is a pool bar with happy hours during 2-4 p.m. The hotel is conveniently located. 3 minutes walk to the Tamarind market and Cicada market. There are several massages, restaurants, salon and wash & dry shop opposite to the hotel.

Stayed 4 nights(M-Th). The room was clean and very cozy. The service was awesome with a very friendly staff. The pool and fitness center was great. The breakfast buffet has an omelette guy and everything you could possibly need, we loved it. This place was an all around fantastic value and I will absolutely come back. Happy hour at the pool is from 2-4pm everyday and is buy 1 get 1 drinks. They have a free shuttle to the beach that goes until 6pm everyday. A couple cool little night markets are right next door. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool closed at 7pm. That is just too too early for my liking.

At first we came here everything was good especially the gsa in front of hotel who look like the cute girl at there. Moreover, the pool attendent also did service us very well the one who ware glasses. HOWEVER, At that nignt is was raining and we was so hungry we were looking around the shop but there no food store around here that made us need to take our own car to look around there is no public car for us to deliver us. On the other day the bf was regular for ex. the eggs and etc. Except the orange j. I felt like they use the Deedo to use for us. After all we finish we want to get the shuttle to look on the sea but the one who drove the shuttle we did not care us that much however, as the 4 stars hotel aint he supposed to talk with us more than this as we look at his face he feel like dont want to service us that munch so, we was felt a bit and paranoid that was all the thing we felt bad with this hotel.

For me the pool and surrounding area are the star of the show (which is why I booked in the first place) Rooms are nice but I found the layout of the reception/bar area somewhat underwhelming. Other hotels I know have a big, open front area where you can spend time/hang around. I found the Amari a bit regimented in this respect but hey, it's all about personal preference/opinion. Staff were all very polite/helpful during my 1 month stay.

Arrived at the hotel to rest after a minor surgery. The young lady at the front desk brought out a wheelchair and wheeled me to my room! The room was spacious and clean. But the service is what made me stay for two extra nights. All staff was very friendly and professional! Wish the pool closed a little bit later but overall would highly recommend this place. Really hope they pay the staff well because they all work very hard.
