Rooms far away from comfortable as well not new anymore. Some spot places interiors observes paints peels from walls and crack of tiles in bathroom:)...Absolutely requires renovation very soon. Balcony 3m2. However we were not sit long in Hotel's room, so it's minor decrease of rank from overall. Besides of room, all around is deserves for five stars. Complex for kids, and for adults. All inclusive deserves for 5+ stars :)

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The reception staff was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. A big thank you to them! It’s clear that the team is working hard, and while they seemed a bit tired, their efforts and dedication really stood out. We truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

Hotel has 2 buildings which are a bit separated from each other. You need to learn how to find a shortcut to spa, pools and back.
Spa is nice, but has only sauna working. Indoor pool has no water. Also they clean floors in sauna only once a day - floor remains dirty the whole day, so it gives a bad look and gross feeling walking around without sleepers.
Staff is friendly most all of the time.
Beach is located 15 minutes away, which is weird to 5* hotels. Beach is a bit dirty, cafe offers pizza, fries, kebab, onion rings, salads, fruits and ice cream. Kebab is good, but all other fried food is awfully dry. Paid cocktails not worth it at all (4 euro for plain milk shake)
Hotel territory is very small, no garden and no place to hide from people.
Pools are good, clean and offer a variety of food at every corner.
Drinks in the hotel are good, local alcohol is also not bad at all. Imported alcohol? Have no ideas about that - they offer local alco only.
Summary: no chances I return to this place, wouldn't recommend this hotel. You can manage to spend your vacation here, but it's better to pay a bit more to find more interesting and clean place.

That was my first holiday in Turkey and I can honestly recommend hotel to everyone. Staff is very friendly and always happy to help with anything. Food is amazing and suite all tastes. Excellent service. Clean swimming pools and many areas available to enjoy. Kubra was always near by to support time in hotel.

As a guest of the hotel, I would like to attend. After reading all the comments I had a correspondence with the management who confirmed to me that there is hygiene and safety for my family and baby. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were put in a room with a broken bathroom counter and electrical cords hanging out. The staff at the hotel did not speak English and after I explained through a translator that this was unacceptable we were moved to a room that was not for 3 people. The hygiene in the room is very poor, there are broken tiles in the bathroom. Towels and sheets smell bad, they are not replaced. Mice are walking under the terrace. The pools are nice and big but there is never room, everything is reserved. The staff look at you for carrying a baby carriage, but no one will help you. Animations and evening programs are nice. The employees in the children's corner do not play with the children, they sit and look at their phones. The children's corner is very dirty. There is no baby food in the cupboards. You ask an employee to tell you where it is and he says in the restaurant, which is closed. Many children catch bacteria because it is dirty. The employee who is responsible for relations with the customers, only goes to selected customers or she also holds her phone. If you want a reservation for the à la carte restaurant, you can wait for months. I have written several e-mails with the problems but still no answer and no explanation. Reception staff explain that children are not important.
