Stayed for 1 week on a family vacation and great time. Room had everything you can think of.. Pools were fantastic Water park great for the kids Food was good in the buffet some of the other restaurants could be a bit better. Overall we had a great time will recommend and stay again.

Complete Disappointment – Avoid This Hotel If you’re looking for a true 5-star hotel this is not it. Upon arrival, our rooms were not properly cleaned, especially the bathrooms. We booked two rooms one is acceptable, but the other (room 130) was in poor condition: the toilet and shower drain were partially clogged, and the hairdryer was so loud it seemed like it was going to explode. We reported the issue for the toilet at 4:00 PM, were promised someone would come in 10 minutes but no one showed up. We were out all day, and when we returned late at night, nothing had been fixed, so I reported the issue again at 1:00 AM. Only then did a technician arrive. The hairdryer was replaced, but the toilet and shower drain are still not working properly. This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Most of the staff seem unhappy, without a smile or any friendliness, and the service is painfully slow. Cleanliness is superficial at best. For less money, I’ve stayed in 4-star hotels that are far superior. If you’ve already booked, avoid room number 130. We are only on our second day here and will be staying for another week, so we’ll see if things improve but the first impression is extremely poor and far below expectations.

We stayed here as a couple for 7 days in August. Overall, a mixed experience. The negative: - Our LoveHolidays/MTS Globe representative, Ferruh, was very pushy about selling excursions. Even after we said we weren’t interested in certain tours, he kept insisting. For example, he initially quoted us around £80–90 per person for a Suluada boat trip, then lowered it to £50 pp after “checking with his boss.” When we compared afterwards, we found the typical market price outside was only €30–35 pp for the same trip. He also told us he would help with general issues (like confirming our airport transfer), but when we contacted him later, he did not respond. - Mornings were often disturbed by noise: around 3–6am we heard what sounded like rubbish being collected outside, hotel staff moving barrels near the storage area, cleaners using the storage room next to our room, and occasionally furniture being dragged from the floor above. This meant we were woken up very early almost every day. - The food was average. Plenty of options, but quality was inconsistent. The positive: - Staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. - The beach was very nice, with a beach bar that made it easy to relax. - Pools were clean and enjoyable, with plenty of space to swim and unwind. Will we go back/recommend to our friends and family? No.

Hotel Review: I had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options every day. The location was perfect – close to the beach and with beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday! Animator Yunus: A special thank you to Yusuf, one of the best animators I've ever met! He was full of energy, always smiling, and made every activity fun and engaging. From morning dart games to evening shows, Yusuf brought so much joy and positive energy to our vacation. He really went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. Thank you, Yusuf – you made our stay unforgettable!

Beautiful hotel, very long pool, many slides, good food, many restaurants, free drinks in the room, many places where you can eat something, fruit, ice cream, waffles, patila, drinks, cocktails. The table service even skates. Nice sandy-rocky beach with sunbeds and a pier with a bar on the Mediterranean Sea. Frequent shows and live music which I loved. Music by the pools and a little more peace on the beach. I played volleyball and Boccia (Bule) several times and practiced Yoga. Tourists from many countries. Very nice atmosphere, everyone was nice and understanding regardless of nationality and politics. After returning from such places I miss the people I met. A person can become very attached to other people during a week spent in this place. Special thanks to two animators (Emre Topcu and Mecit Emre Kaya) who took great care to make the people resting there feel good. I liked them very much. My room number is 3111.
