Complete Disappointment – Avoid This Hotel If you’re looking for a true 5-star hotel this is not it. Upon arrival, our rooms were not properly cleaned, especially the bathrooms. We booked two rooms one is acceptable, but the other (room 130) was in poor condition: the toilet and shower drain were partially clogged, and the hairdryer was so loud it seemed like it was going to explode. We reported the issue for the toilet at 4:00 PM, were promised someone would come in 10 minutes but no one showed up. We were out all day, and when we returned late at night, nothing had been fixed, so I reported the issue again at 1:00 AM. Only then did a technician arrive. The hairdryer was replaced, but the toilet and shower drain are still not working properly. This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Most of the staff seem unhappy, without a smile or any friendliness, and the service is painfully slow. Cleanliness is superficial at best. For less money, I’ve stayed in 4-star hotels that are far superior. If you’ve already booked, avoid room number 130. We are only on our second day here and will be staying for another week, so we’ll see if things improve but the first impression is extremely poor and far below expectations.

Hotel Review: I had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options every day. The location was perfect – close to the beach and with beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday! Animator Yunus: A special thank you to Yusuf, one of the best animators I've ever met! He was full of energy, always smiling, and made every activity fun and engaging. From morning dart games to evening shows, Yusuf brought so much joy and positive energy to our vacation. He really went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. Thank you, Yusuf – you made our stay unforgettable!

We had a wonderful week in this hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had a small issue and they immediately helped us and it was solved within 20 min. The rooms were very spacious and clean. They also cleaned it every day. The food was excellent, the hotel has numerous kind of restaurants, which all had various food offerings. Also, there are several bars too with very kind servers and good drinks! The pool was amazing, just the right temperature, and the slides were very fun, both for children and adults. The beach is very clean, it’s a little hard to get a sun-bed near the sea but it’s ok, there’s a lot alongside the pool. The only thing is that the music was a little loud during the day. The only problem was the attitude of a lot of guests but it’s not the hotel staffs fault. I really recommend this hotel!🫶🏻

Beautiful hotel, very long pool, many slides, good food, many restaurants, free drinks in the room, many places where you can eat something, fruit, ice cream, waffles, patila, drinks, cocktails. The table service even skates. Nice sandy-rocky beach with sunbeds and a pier with a bar on the Mediterranean Sea. Frequent shows and live music which I loved. Music by the pools and a little more peace on the beach. I played volleyball and Boccia (Bule) several times and practiced Yoga. Tourists from many countries. Very nice atmosphere, everyone was nice and understanding regardless of nationality and politics. After returning from such places I miss the people I met. A person can become very attached to other people during a week spent in this place. Special thanks to two animators (Emre Topcu and Mecit Emre Kaya) who took great care to make the people resting there feel good. I liked them very much. My room number is 3111. Thank you and see you next time.😃

A very good overall experience in Crystal Centro for this one week stay in July 2025. The hotel is well managed, and the team is globally efficient and professional, and manages well any difficulties that may occur. Rooms are rather fresh and absolutely matching their description. The special mention goes to food and beverage with a really great buffet in the main restaurant and a choice of A La carte restaurants accessible free of charge and without reservations. Of course, there are plenty of activities and a nightly show plus live music concerts almost every night. Huge pools, water slides for children of all ages and for adults, very nice beach complement the settings. The Spa is not the best we have seen in Turkey, but the service is adequate even if a little overpriced. We recommend Crystal Centro, it is definitely a good choice in this area and great value for money !
