The resort is exceptional spotlessly clean with delicious food and well-appointed rooms. The staff are consistently attentive and helpful; for example, if your drink is nearly finished, they promptly bring you a fresh one. The buffet is always well-stocked with a wide variety of dishes, and there are additional dining options available by the pool area and other restaurants. 1 restaurant offers either Italian, fish or Turkish every night, you need to book and everything is included in the price. There are water slides for young children and adults, there are cabanas etc. The indoor pool is excellent, and the spa facilities are outstanding. My family and I booked a full massage package, and not only were we offered a discount, but they also provided a complimentary children's treatment for my son. The hammam baths are also a highlight and the massage was perfect. The bars are open throughout the day, and there’s a 24-hour restaurant available as well. Housekeeping staff are friendly and accommodating—even if not all speak fluent English, they make every effort to assist. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Crystal Centro.

We arrived at crystal centro on the 13th of april, on the 15th of april i went to the spa, spa manager serkan recommended the turkish hamam /turkish bath, the experience was around 90 minutes. From start to finish they made me feel very relaxed,firstly using the sauna, then the coffee-exfoliation scrub ( the best thing i have ever experienced!) Then onto the massage, so glad i went for the package a lovely experience i returned 2 days later for another massage, highly recommend.

We booked this hotel as it was reasonably priced, let’s just say it was that price for a reason. Food quality was very repetitive and poor, the was flys around the food area The drinks was a poor selection and not much choice, we have been to Lara many times b4 and thought we would try this hotel , but I think it’s best to stick with what u like. The WiFi in the rooms was intermittent and the aircon didn’t work , we did tell guest relations who eventually fixed it 4 days later 1 positive has to be the water slides , the kids enjoyed this

The staff are lovely. Super nice. Food is plentiful and super nice too. Authentic Turkish. Rooms could be better. One single quilt for a double bed and a couch for third person but cleaners are in every day with fresh towels etc which is good. Facilities for children are great. Loads to do.

Nice hotel generally with great food and beaches. Bit dated and lacking staff but some of the staff fantastic, such as Alp who is part of the animation team. Always full of life and helpful! The shows were great and my girls enjoyed kids club and the nightly mini discos.
