The resort is exceptional spotlessly clean with delicious food and well-appointed rooms. The staff are consistently attentive and helpful; for example, if your drink is nearly finished, they promptly bring you a fresh one. The buffet is always well-stocked with a wide variety of dishes, and there are additional dining options available by the pool area and other restaurants. 1 restaurant offers either Italian, fish or Turkish every night, you need to book and everything is included in the price. There are water slides for young children and adults, there are cabanas etc. The indoor pool is excellent, and the spa facilities are outstanding. My family and I booked a full massage package, and not only were we offered a discount, but they also provided a complimentary children's treatment for my son. The hammam baths are also a highlight and the massage was perfect. The bars are open throughout the day, and there’s a 24-hour restaurant available as well. Housekeeping staff are friendly and accommodating—even if not all speak fluent English, they make every effort to assist. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Crystal Centro.

Love this hotel. Staff are so friendly. Just next to the beach with a lovely beach bar. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Lots of food selection and good quality. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Very nice hotel . The service is amazing workers are so lovely and speedy. The room is amazing with beautiful view and very clean as well as the restaurants inside had amazing and fast service. The food was spectacular . I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel .

Currently staying at this hotel, the grounds are very clean, swimming pools are great, enough beds to lounge around, beach is few mins walk away from the rooms.. night entertainment is great.. food is tasty, location is perfect close to airport and shops. Guest relation ladies are very helpful! Would recommend for families.

All the stuff of the hotel was really nice and helpful all the time. Food was awesome. Restaurant never full up, there was no queue for any buffet or bar. Room definitely more than we expected. I will sure come again and recommend this hotel . Thank you a hope you'll have more and more satisfied guests ..
