We stayed at Amadil Ocean Club in Agadir and overall it was a good hotel. When we arrived, we were initially given a double room with twin beds, so we requested a change. The second room they provided was much better and we were happy with it. The staff were friendly and helpful, but communication was sometimes difficult because most of the staff didn’t speak English. Still, we managed. The main downside was the food variety. We stayed for four nights and the menu was the same each day. The dessert section also wasn’t as shown in the booking photos, and there was no ice cream available even though it’s an all-inclusive hotel. On the positive side, breakfast was quite good. In January, the weather was a bit cool, but not cold. We didn’t need jackets, and we were comfortable wearing shorts even at around 15°C. PS:- There will be tour guide inside the hotel be careful with him, get all the details from him prior to confirmation. We purchased a city tour for £5 (PP) for 4 hours and its quite worthy, but for a hamam bath and for massage we paid £25 (PP) and it was awful. We had so much pain after doing that and marks, Initially he sent us a different location and we check that place and it was good, and when we went there it was in a different location and a totally different spa. Be careful to get final updates from him.

I liked the hotel facilities, especially the pool and restaurant, and I appreciated that the hotel is beachfront also the receptionists and the chefs were very friendly. However, the hygiene and overall appearance of the rooms could be improved. There were noticeable stains on the walls and in the bathroom, and I found a small hair in the room when I checked in. I stayed on the second floor, and the cleaner who serviced our room did not seem very polite and often appeared agitated. A friendlier attitude and basic greetings would have improved the experience.

Visited for a long weekend break in November. Fabulous hotel, amazing location right on the seafront. Check in was easy with really pleasant staff. Our room was spacious with a large balcony looking over the beach and seafront. We were all inclusive. Food is served from a large restaurant which offers indoor, conservatory and outdoor dining. Good choice of food, with many cuisines catered for, including many traditional Moroccan dishes. We visited the authentic Moroccan restaurant in the hotel, you do need to book this in advance but it’s worth it visit as the service and food was lovely with traditional live music. The hotel has its own private beach area with plenty of beds or there is a huge pool area with a choice of depths and again plenty of loungers. The area also has small but very adequate water park with a good choice of slides etc. if there was one criticism it was the main bar got extremely busy, there were plenty of staff on the bar but most of the time just one person serving, maybe a little management is needed there. This in no way affected our stay as all the staff throughout the hotel were superb. We would definitely recommend and return for another stay.

First of all WOW! What an amazing hotel and location. Breath taking!! Secondly I have travelled many countries and stayed at many hotels but this one has by far exceeded all expectations. The hotel staff at reception were so kind respectful and super helpful. They accommodated my every need. From check in to check out and everything in between was superb. The staff are very professional and well spoken. The evening entertainment and the children’s game room was amazing . I want to say a huge thank you to Khalid at reception and Mohamed and hanane. All three have been so hospitable . My check out was at 12:00 pm but my flight was at 8 pm. They kindly allowed me to have a later check out free of charge so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around. This was a huge help for me and made my day. Thank you so so much for an amazing experience I will 100% be back soon

We have just come back, the location is amazing, straight on the beach, we were lucky enough to have perfect seaviews. To the right of hotel are some lovely restaurants, there is also a McDonald's, KFC and pizza hut too .....to the left a few more restaurants too. The hotel food is really good and they have a snack bar too, a few bars too, beachbar for sunsets is amazing. The rooms are good, only issue is the pressure of the shower, bit low but other than that, all good. The entertainment team are amazing very friendly as were the rest of the team. Overall we had a great time and would recommend.
