A fabulous hotel in a perfect location with amazing staff. You can't really ask for more as a headline when choosing a hotel for a valuable family break. We had a slight doubt before we finally booked due to the week we visited was the last week before a general closure of the area at the end of the season but we shouldn't have had as every facility was open and available, rooms were perfect and the food/restaurant provision was full and brilliant. The general restaurant was full of great food for every taste and we could not have had one complaint. The 3 specific restaurants, Italian, Asian and Greek were absolutely brilliant and offered fantastic food, service and atmosphere for a more special dinner experience. Book meal reservations at these places as soon as you can after you arrive, either via the great hotel APP or the customer relations desk in the lobby to make sure you get booked in. All other facilities were spot on, the gym, spa and pool areas. Everything was clean and well staffed and nothing felt too much to ask for. The pool areas are beautiful with constant lifeguards on duty. The beach is just steps away and offers great views and places to sit and enjoy peace or take a nice dip in the sea. From the beach you can walk either way to explore extensively. In the evening the cocktail bar is the perfect place to relax and you are brilliantly looked after by the bar staff. On top of all this there is a full blown waterpark with proper slides onsite which is brilliant and a great addition to the hotel. I could keep going on in a positive way but all I need to say is that it was a perfect stay in a great place and we would rebook again in a heartbeat.

The water slides were incredibly fun and a great source of entertainment, perfect for both kids and adults. Furthermore, the rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. ​The service from all the staff members was excellent. Every person we interacted with was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our visit pleasant. ​I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic and memorable getaway.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations — truly top-class. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Despite the impressive size of the resort, everything was easy to navigate and felt very well organized. The main restaurant was huge, offering a fantastic variety of delicious dishes every day. Entertainment was tasteful and unobtrusive, adding to the atmosphere without ever being overwhelming. Even though there were many families with children, the hotel remained wonderfully peaceful and quiet, which made our stay incredibly relaxing. The rooms looked exactly as advertised in the photos — modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere was elegant, calm, and cultured. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

Overall enjoyed our stay but not sure we’d come back. Location: The location was lovely. Stunning views from all angles! Food: The food was ok. Some days it was very tasty then other days it just tasted like it had been microwaved. Did seem like more of an effort was made over the weekends when newcomers were expecting. Staff: The staff working the bars were lovely and the waitresses in the buffet area did such a good job! We did notice a huge different in how different guests from different countries were treated though which was very disappointing hence the 4 stars on service. Facilities: We always found the facilities very clean. The bedrooms do lack privacy with the toilet being so open and accessible however was not an issue for us. The toilets near the pool however were the same as the rooms. Just a frosted glass door with no locks. Felt quite unsafe at times knowing anyone could come in. On few days into our stay one of the lifts broke. It was not fixed before the busy Saturday. Whilst there are stairs and other lifts there are not signs to show this so many people seemed to be waiting ages for the lifts. Overall a nice holiday but not sure we’d come back.

We are currently at this hotel and all I can say is WOW! Everything about this hotel has been fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and approachable! The food has been amazing every meal time with different theme nights every evening! The rooms are beautiful and airy and the air conditioning temperature has been perfect for us! The pool is like no other pool I have seen before! With 2 swim up bars! After reading multiple posts about there not being enough sun loungers, I would like to confirm that there have been plenty of sun beds and not once were we unable to get one! If you try and reserve a sun bed before 9am it WILL be removed but after 9 you can lay a towel and leave. The whole hotel is spotless and I mean spotless! The beach is incredible with a bar and a snack bar! The entertainment has been good (although if you have a pool view room, it is very noisy up until the entertainment finishes at 11pm)! The view from our balcony has been stunning tho! There is a slight constant breeze but it is perfect in this hot weather! Without it the heat would be too much! I would say this is very high end 5 star and we would definitely definitely definitely come back again
