Staff are amazing, always something nice to eat. Been twice and going again in October. The sea view from the balcony was amazing. Definitely worth paying that little bit more for my favourite club. Always sun beds every day none of this sun bed wars. I would recommend getting a private boat charter for the day well worth €600.

We had a fantastic experience in this fantastic hotel! Very nice place, many activities, very tasty food. What makes this hotel unique compared to other hotels is the staff. The employees here are extremely friendly and helpful! Roxanna and Miguel from the animation team ensure an unforgettable experience. We also received good help at the bar from Alexander and other nice employees. Many thanks to this staff!

Lovely hotel, great staff and facilities. Would recommend the upgrade to My favourite club if you can afford it but if not it’s still very luxurious. Food was excellent. The nearest town however is very commercial but handy if you want to shop!

Overall a great experience, lovely friendly staff - always remembering what drinks we normally like at the snack bar, will miss our daily iced coffees. Overall a very welcoming hotel. Good food and drink options. Lovely views and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Thank you! 😊☀️

Very disappointing … We found the actual hotel to be lovely. The hotel and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The food was excellent and had a great choice of meat and veggie dishes, all absolutely delicious. All the staff were friendly and efficient and went out of their way to help you. A big thank you to all the staff. However, our 3-star rating is due to the following grumbles: The pictures used to promote the hotel are mainly of an elitist area called ‘My Favourite Club’. So, all the sunbeds on the green which benefit from a great sea view and lovely sea breeze are part of the ‘My Favourite Club’ area, which unless you are part of the upgraded rooms package you had to pay 50 euros a day, per person, to use. Had we known this beforehand, we would not have booked this hotel. We guess the good reviews have been written by the people who had paid to join ‘My Favourite Club’ – not the majority of the guests. Halfway through our holiday a section of the upper pool area was turned into a space for 3 luxury beds with champaign and fruit etc. These cost 50 euros a day to use. The original sun beds were squeezed in around the pool which made it even more crowded and squashed together. There were people vaping in the indoor bar/lobby area – Yuk! The disabled toilet by the indoor bar/lobby area is in the restaurant area, is not accessible all the time – only during mealtimes when staff can get the key. The noise from the music at night was so loud, you couldn’t get away from it. It was still really loud in our room which was the other side of the hotel complex. Luckily it finished by 11 o'clock. The restaurant and kitchen staff and chefs were all brilliant, so it would have been lovely for there to have been a tip box, to show our appreciation. Sorry about the grumbles, but we felt the need to share this for the benefit of the hotel, the holiday agents, and of course potential guests.
