My friend and I had a very relaxing and restful week at this hotel, which is exactly what we needed. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. We arrived a few days after the beginning of the season, so the hotel wasn’t full. I have never been on an all inclusive holiday before, but there was a good variety of food offered. Some guests were unhappy with the temperatures of the food, but we had no complaints. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean with a good sized balcony looking over the rooftops out to sea. It was a nice place to enjoy a game of cards before heading to the restaurant for dinner. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment. The highlights for us were the trio of singers, the Greek dancers and the band. All very good and engaging with the guests. The location of the hotel is a little isolated, but it fulfilled our criteria. Frederico from the entertainment team is an asset to the hotel.

I stayed at the AluaSoul Hotel in 2023 and had a brilliant time. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and it's the perfect place to relax and switch off. Being away from the main party areas makes it ideal for anyone looking for a quieter holiday. If you're an early riser, I highly recommend heading down to the harbour and seafront behind the hotel to watch the sunrise. It's a beautiful way to start the day. If you're lucky with the timing, it's also a fantastic spot to watch a Greek thunderstorm roll in over the sea. The only area I feel could be improved is the breakfast. In my opinion, the cooked breakfast options weren't particularly enjoyable, so I tended to stick to the continental selection instead. That said, the hotel more than made up for it with its lunch and evening meals, which offered a great variety of food and something different to enjoy each day. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Excellent place to stay! Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and pool, friendly and helpful staff. Two guys from entertainment team were so nice too! The food was delicious and fresh every day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This hotel is in a lovely location, beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are clean and spacious (we had a side sea view). However, the food is pretty terrible. Very limited selection on the Buffett and not good quality at all. The snack bar is awful food and although the drink bars have choices there is some drinks such as mojito and Malibu that you have to pay for despite all inclusive. I don’t really think the my favourite club is worth it as you only get a seperate pool, food, drinks and entertainment all the same. They give you fresh towels everyday at your request both pool and shower which is a nice touch but if you want good food don’t come here. There is definitely much better, we have stayed at other Alua hotels in the past and this is definitely the worst when it comes to the food and drink. The Al a carte restaurant that is meant to be included is not even open.

Lovely hotel very clean nice size room we were in 326 up 2 lots of steps about 8steps each we had a balcony the photo with the roof was our view. A good choice of food for all of the meals had theme nights. the stews were lovely big chunks of meat good salad bar good choice of eggs on a morning was all incl. Was a snack bar and an ala carte we didnt use but heard mix results and said just gave you food food didn't explain what it was. You can upgrade for the rooms nearer the sea with extras like a coffee machine we didn't bother had a kettle though. Sadly we noticed those rooms must be nr the outfall so smelt @ times. The usual early towel drop 🙄 some left on for hours not on. The staff were lovely drinks in the inclusive were local we found were fine you paid extra for branded. Was some entertainment one a 🎷 very good disco night a Greek night said acrobats another but we went out. Stvilli was good for bars tribute bands some were shut as nr end of season. The local bus not v reliable maybe time of year got one back from Zante town €2 each. Need a 🚖 on a night as not many paths dark was €10-15 each way. Need a cardi was cool on a night but mid oct the days were bit mixed.
