It is a nice and clean hotel. Not too big and not too small and adults exclusively, very pleasant. For us, the choice of room was important (hotel is close to the route of departures). Nearly all staff is very, very friendly and helpful as well as the employees radiate a warm welcome. The half-board is really worthwhile. The variety in the evening and the great service were remarkable (tipping is definitely appropriate). Unfortunately, the ventilation in our bathroom had been removed. The room is a little bit clairaudiently (door-hallway). Otherwise everything was satisfactory.

We’ve recently returned from a wonderful 5-day stay at the Aluasoul Palma Hotel (last week of April). From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. The food was fantastic, with a great variety and something to suit every taste — breakfast was especially impressive with so many delicious options. It was the perfect short break in a quiet, relaxing area, with everything we needed just a short walk away. We loved it so much that we've booked to go back again in 2026! Thank you to all the team for a fantastic experience. ❤️

Our first time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic. Stunning views, relaxed atmosphere, the staff are superb, a special mention to Alex and valentina at the bar area who were both very friendly and welcoming, a real credit to the hotel. We come to Majorca 3/4 times a year and have stayed in most of the top hotels and this has been our favourite stay. We will be back soon

Extended stay at this fabulous Hotel twice. Hard to top. Great value for money. Friendly attentive staff. Always happy to give advice and help in anyway. Rooms spacious super clean. And best mattress I’ve enjoyed sleeping on. Location perfect. Jump on a bus or if feeling active super coastal walks.
