We decided to seek some winter sun, and this was a great find. The hotel is less than 20 minutes from the airport, and on arrival, we were offered an upgrade. The My Favourite Guest Club offers a superior room, access to the roof terrace, a stocked mini bar, and a club room with a range of snacks and drinks available from 9am to 9pm. We were really glad we took up the offer, which was good value for money.
The hotel, which has modern decor is in a great location. There are good links to the island's capital, and the walk from the cathedral along the coast is lovely (mainly flat). There is also the facility to hire bikes directly from the hotel and the cycle route is a must for any type of cyclist.
The staff have been really helpful, attentive and friendly.
The breakfast is comprehensive and the food in the restaurant during the evening was good quality and competitively priced.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, fantastic staffs that are always smiling and happy to help, lovely balcony view, best breakfast buffet. Walking distance to the beach and good restaurants in the surrounding area. Second time we are lodging at this beautiful hotel and we will definitely be lodging at Aluasoul Palma on our next trip to Majorca.

Room is just ok. slippers and bathrobe are missing.
Bad breakfast with worst orange juice ever. No fresh juices. Ugly coffee. Cheapest sweets.
Wi-Fi is not working or of starts to work then it’s very slow.
You can find much more better hotel in the same price.

The hotel offers different activities like a cooking show, live music or yoga. We attended the handstand workshop and it was really good. Grazie Andrea!
The nights are loud because of people in the corridors and the planes. But the closeness to the airport can also be great to spot some planes.
Breakfast starts late - at 7.30 a.m. - like usual on the island. If you want to go somewhere during the day, this can be late. So it would be nice if breakfast would really start at 7.30 a.m. at everything would be ready.
