Our whole holiday has been absolutely incredible! The staff here are unbeatable, from the housekeeping team like Maria, who can't do enough for you. JJ and Marian are so funny and full of energy, always including everyone and somehow remembered all of my families names. Moi is amazing and hilarious, as are the rest of the bar staff and all of the waitresses, so quick and efficient. The food here is delicious, and is presented so well too! There is always something for everyone to tuck into. The whole resort is spotless and so beautiful, and whether you want to relax by the pool, or take part in one of the activities, there is always something to do. My family and I have had a holiday to remember, and I desperately want to return here in the future. Recommend to anyone and everyone!

We had 10 days at this A-MAZING place, there is nothing not to love ! The hotel is super clean, the staff are so friendly and work so, so hard. We especially love JJ and Marian our brilliant entertainment guys who astounded us by remembering our names THE WHOLE TIME ! We loved Moi in the Fancy Bar, so very entertaining! Maria our singing housekeeping lady was simply wonderful, happy and positive every single day. The food was outstanding, something for everyone every day and so beautifully presented. This is our second visit to Alua Soul and we will return again soon. Thank you.

Had a perfect holiday, cloudless blue sky's and hot sunshine all week. Fantastic food with a wide selection to choose from. Very clean everywhere and friendly attentive service from all the staff. The pool was great for a swim or cool down. JJ and Marion led the daily activities with fun and energy, plenty of things to do or just enjoy watching if you didn't want to join in.

The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout—rooms, communal areas, even the poolside were all kept to a very high standard. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour. What really made the stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to the entertainment duo—they were absolutely amazing! So talented, full of energy, and made every evening feel fun and engaging. I have loved my daily water activities from dancing, exercising and some water sports. The night entertainment has also been amazing! With a great mixture of shows! And the bar staff (Curro especially) were just as fantastic—super friendly, fast, and always served us with a smile. Thank you for such a great experience—I’ll definitely be returning!
