I have been to Majorca several times and I have to say that the AluaSoul is absolutely top class.
It has incredible pool areas, a lovely beach accessible from the main hotel and the food and drinks services are incredible.
I cannot think of one thing I would change about the hotel as it has something for everyone.
I found the hotel offered the ability to chill out and relax but also if you wanted to there were plenty of opportunities to carry out activities including volleyball, archery etc.
In the evening there were quizzes and live music which was all great fun.
A special shout out to Ozz who was a brilliant facilitator for the whole Holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he had a phenomenal sense of humour and a great way about him.
The cleaning staff cleaned the rooms daily to a very high standard and replaced items like towels/water /coffee.
I am very impressed. Have made friends from all over the world and my wife and I will definitely be planning a return trip

We had a lovely stay at the Alua Soul resort, the hotel and pool was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is a great place to relax and have a drink and the water aerobics was a nice little bit of entertainment. Thank you for a great stay and we would defiantly stay again if in the area.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and wanted to share my thoughts and experiences. Overall, my stay had its ups and downs, and I hope this review will help future travelers make an informed decision.
Let's start with the positives. One of the standout highlights of my stay was Ozz, the entertainment guy. He was absolutely fantastic and a real asset to the hotel. Oz was not only friendly but also had a great sense of humor, making my time at the hotel enjoyable and entertaining. His presence added a vibrant and lively atmosphere to the premises.
The beach, which is accessible from the hotel, was indeed lovely. The natural beauty and tranquility of the shoreline were refreshing. However, it's important to note that the beach is a public one, so be prepared for a lot of kids, even during off-peak periods. This can be a bit disappointing if you were expecting an exclusively adult-only environment, as advertised.
Moving on to the dining experience, I must admit that the food was average at best. While breakfast was relatively better in terms of quality, the dinner options were repetitive and lacked variety. Each night, the dinner offerings felt monotonous, which was a letdown considering the expectations one might have for a hotel of this caliber.
On the positive side, the hotel offers a favorite club membership for guests, which I highly recommend. As a favorite club member, you gain access to a private area of the hotel with ample seating. It provides a quiet retreat from the bustling atmosphere and is perfect for those seeking a more serene environment. Additionally, the availability of snacks and drinks exclusively for favorite club members is a definite plus.
Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the cleaning staff during my stay. They were occasionally rude, and on a few occasions, they entered my room without prior notice. This lack of professionalism and respect for privacy was quite disappointing and had a negative impact on my overall experience.
In conclusion, my stay at this hotel had its pros and cons. Oz, the entertainment guy, was exceptional and brought a lot of joy to my time there. The beach, while beautiful, was not as secluded as advertised, with a significant presence of children. The food, particularly dinner, was average and repetitive. However, the favorite club membership provided access to a quiet area and exclusive snacks and drinks, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rude behavior and unannounced room entries by the cleaning staff were significant drawbacks. I hope this review helps future guests make an informed decision about their stay.

Hotel is really nice do not read much into the negative reviews. Reception staff really welcoming, reception area really clean and spoke through everything.
We had a pool view room which we strongly recommend paying extra for, room was always cleaned daily immaculately and sheets changed upon request. Cleaners always left a bottle of water which was a nice touch.
Food was really nice, not the same every day as some reviews suggest, Italian restaurant on site was buffet style but fresh cooked pasta strongly recommend, did not try any others due to our length of stay and them being closed.
Pool area was good, easy to get a bed if you was going down before 11am, lifeguard would often leave a warning on the beds if you was away from your bed approx between 10-11am (if you were in the pool or eating breakfast) so be aware.
Drinks selection was good, could be better if more drinks included in the all inclusive package, did notice that people paying got drinks in nicer glasses but not the end of the world.
Ozz made the days great he offered a variety of good activities which people got involved with, must say he made staying in the hotel throughout the day worth while so special mention to him.
All in all was a really nice stay and will be back in the future.

Just finishing up a week's stay here and it has been amazing! We opted to stay at the 'My Favourite Club' level - if you want absolute peace and relaxation then this is well worth the splurge! From the breakfast to the lounge, snack bar, bar, private pool, those extra £££ for the upgrade have been well spent!
Hotel itself is fantastic, a brilliant location and very serene and relaxing. The beach is beautiful and well kept - its not exclusive to hotel guests but we never found it over crowded (travelled in September).
Food - as a vegetarian, I have near felt so spoilt for choice, I've never been met with such variety at a buffet, at both lunch and tea, I never had the same thing twice in 7 days and everything was flavourful! A huge surprise compared to other resorts I have stayed at!
Rooms are great, very well situated ( if you can, upgrade to a sea view, you won't regret it!) Housekeeping do a fantastic job and our room was spotless all week long.
A huge shout out to Ozz and Maria in entertainment, the pair work tirelessly to put together a wonderful and varied program, you can get as involved as you want or simply sit back and enjoy, there was no pressure from anyone to take part!
At the favourite club 'fancy bar' Juan took amazing care of us all week and put together some cracking cocktails but also a delicious cappuccino!
I paid a few visits to the spa and though small, if you just want to relax in the sauna, it's ideal! My only complaint is there are no towels or water at the spa so make sure to take your own!
All in all, we had an amazing week and after many, many, all inclusive holidays, this is the first place we are considering coming back to in the near future!
Top tip - opt for a private transfer from the airport! It took us close to 2 hours to get here!
