What an amazing hotel with the perfect set up. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and a sea view, the beach is just steps down from the hotel. The poolside bar has such nice food and amazing service, especially from Larissa and Natalya they were so friendly and helpful every day. My partner had a massage which he said was brilliant. There is a man that comes onto the beach with a wheelbarrow full of fresh fruit which is amazing when the hotels public areas are such a sun trap and you need to cool down and refresh. With a semi private beach, two pools to choose from and plenty of restaurant choices, we were so pleased we booked AluaSoul. We couldn’t believe we were in Mallorca it felt like paradise.

Brilliant hotel! Really good all inclusive with great options on food and drink. Friendly staff in restaurants and bars. Clean and pretty site and great views of the cove. Truly adults only and a nice mix of mainly couples of all ages. Fantastic entertainment team, lots of great activities. Very friendly and no pressure to take part if you don’t want to - did a great job especially as the weather wasn’t the best this week! Really enjoyable shows at night, a variety of performers who came in each night to entertain. Would stay again.

Staff are great and very tentative couldn’t ask for more. The entertainment crew are incredible and always makes sure everyone feels included. They are great fun!! Drink and food selection is what you’d expect however they differ the themes each night which is nice for people who enjoy a change in cuisine (while still doing the basics like pasta, pizza, chips etc). The beach/sea is a 30 second walk from the pool which also includes a boat trip to see dolphins and 45 min swimming time which was around £90 for 2 people. What you see is what you get would be the best way to describe this hotel, great views, great staff and a great location. 10/10 couldn’t ask for more for the price!

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, modern rooms. Common areas comfortable and air conditioned.
The food was outstanding, great selection and different themes each night for dinner.
The entertainment team was fantastic, plenty of activities during the day but not pushed to do them if you don't want to. The evening shows were really good, a different act each night.
We loved our stay and will be back in the future.

The location and resort were both fantastic, the staff around the resort were also friendly and attentive. However, we had one issue that wasn’t resolved during our stay which is outlined as follows:
We booked this stay on Booking.com on 10 February this year as a non-refundable stay. Upon arrival to the resort we were told that breakfast was included which was what was listed on Booking.com and we were given a green wristband. Over the next three days of our stay it became very apparent that we were one of very few (spotted one other person) with green wristbands that we had seen.
I then went onto Booking.com and the AluaSoul website and searched a five nights stay for next year on the same week (what we have booked this year) and noticed that half board meaning breakfast and dinner included was the base option on both platforms and no breakfast only option was given. What was disappointing was that it was the same price that we paid for breakfast only. The pricing was equal on booking.com and the website for AluaSoul.
I mentioned this to the management staff and they noted that during the high season that half board is set as the minimum option and possibly that breakfast only been has removed all together as Hyatt has changed there approach to resort packaging, meaning half board is the base option. We were disappointed that we had been provided breakfast only for the same price that other guests were receiving breakfast and dinner included in there stay and when I mentioned this to management at the hotel I was told that it is disappointing but sometimes if you book further in advanced you don’t always get a cheaper rate.
We weren’t asking for much as the include buffet style dinner had plenty of left overs. We paid on arrival so the chance was there to rectify the issue both at arrival and during the stay.
Bottom line - great resort but be vigilant with your packaging prior to purchase as they aren’t accommodating of guests who pay good money to be there.
