Staff are great and very tentative couldn’t ask for more. The entertainment crew are incredible and always makes sure everyone feels included. They are great fun!! Drink and food selection is what you’d expect however they differ the themes each night which is nice for people who enjoy a change in cuisine (while still doing the basics like pasta, pizza, chips etc). The beach/sea is a 30 second walk from the pool which also includes a boat trip to see dolphins and 45 min swimming time which was around £90 for 2 people. What you see is what you get would be the best way to describe this hotel, great views, great staff and a great location. 10/10 couldn’t ask for more for the price!

We came for 5 nights and loved every second of it. We stayed within the My Favourite Club section and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this side. We were unable to get booked into any of the other restaurants, all fully booked the whole time however we didn't feel sad about this. The buffet restaurant was amazing, so much choice - fresh & very tasty food so well presented.
Staff at the resort were very helpful and really gave it that extra touch.
Some people were complaining about sun beds being taken too early but, if you were up very early you were fine. Hotel security got on top of this though so bed hoggers (who were not using them for hours!) had towels taken to reception.
The beach is beautiful, gets busy but you can see why.
The outdoor gym had all we needed and it was nice to work outside on a morning. Something refreshing about it.
We are desperate to come back again. Don't worry about negative reviews, places always get them, it honestly was amazing. Nothing is perfect but they acted on anything people mentioned.
If you want a quiet & calmer style holiday, I would recommend an upgrade to My Favourite Club, every time!

Fantastic place to have a holiday. Multiple pools, great places to eat, activities during the day, live acts almost every night, and a public beach that is not too busy - right next to the hotel and pool. The service here is second to none! Great people. A big shout out to Larissa, Natalya and Adrian from the bar, Kentia. 🥇
The room gets three stars. Could use a pair of hands. But always clean and new towels - kudos to the service and facility team.

My mum and I just returned from a fabulous 1 week holiday at AluaSoul Resort. The hotel is excellent. The facilities are great, with clean and modern rooms. All the staff are very friendly and happy, the food is wonderful, entertainment is good and the beach cove is stunning. Great location too, with lots of places you can walk to. We would definitely go back again.

Wilson and Alessia were amazing providing daily entertainment throughout, they really made the holiday for us. Great facilities and a great, friendly atmosphere amongst the other guests. The food was also incredible. The setting of the hotel on a quiet beach and next to a range of shops and bars is also great. We will definitely be booking another visit!
