Second time we have been to this hotel and will return again. Pools and pool area clean and well cared for. Gym also clean and steam room. Everywhere being cleaned constantly. Really enjoyed the food, especially the more traditional Spanish dishes.
Staff everywhere marvellous. Friendly helpful and efficient.
Only slight quibble, there could be a bit more storage in the rooms. Just some draws and an extra shelf. Somewhere to put your underwear, things you can't hang up and personal bits and bobs. Would probably make life easier and quicker for the cleaners too who all work so hard

Brilliant staff and communal areas. Bedrooms have had an upgrade to see through glass doors on toilet and shower ! You cannot put a light on without waking other occupants. Clear vision of partner in shower or toilet from within entire room. Nightclub next door very noisy until upto 3am. Food good but bland. Location fantastic. Staff amazing.

We have been coming here for the last 3 years, love the hotel so decided to come this year. I had read some negative reviews about the food so was a little worried as to what to expect. The first 2 nights were disappointing as there didn’t seem a lot of choice. After that the choice vastly improved, high quality and plenty of choice. The desserts weren’t the same as in previous visits, there was always 2 or 3 cakes/gataux ie; apple pie, cheese cake etc. But the food vastly improved for the rest of our holiday. A big shout out to Fatima and Rosa, who always made us welcome and are lovely ladies.
Our room was lovely as well, superior pool view, excellent! Thank you, we will definitely be back next year! 😎✌🏼😘

We are currently staying here and still have 6 days left, if we could move to another hotel we would!
Let’s start with the staff! I have never stayed in a hotel with such uninterested staff. At reception they do not greet any guest with eye contact when they enter the hotel or walk past reception (apart from Beatrix) they are generally too busy on their phones or chatting to each other! Not what you expect in a 4 star hotel

We are a young couple that DJ and were playing our music (not too loud) and we’re told to turn it down, we specifically came to an adults only hotel to be ourselves and feel we cannot do this. We told the CE person we were unhappy and she hasn’t even checked on us to see if things are better. She also shouted at my husband
The food…… pretty inedible and not much choice on the included meals. The paid for lunches are good value and not too bad
Pool opens late and closes before the sun has gone down !

Beautiful hotel, although there are some things to improve in my opinion.
We had a very nice welcome although late in the evening, but were confronted with an extremely loud show in the other area which meant that we could not understand the receptionist.
The room is spacious and beautifully designed, although with a lot of focus on couples which was fine for us as the shiwer and toilet are not private. The only con is that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear the neighbours' television playing.
The food is quite delicious, and they try to change food every day so it's not always the same. The cocktails however are pretty bad,band overall you have to pay for more exclusive drinks (or less exclusive like a Mojito) even though you have the all in option.
Nice area to walk around, and very quiet overall. I would definitely recommend staying here considering the cheap rate.
