My partner and I have just spent 8 nights at the hotel. What a fabulous place to stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.. Jasmine and Fatima in the restaurant are fantastic. If you have dietary requirements they were so helpful. Gluten free foods they take you round and show you everything that is safe to eat. Thanks to Jasmine for the gluten free cake and explaining what they can offer. Entertainment was brilliant and something for everyone.. Food was very varied and perfectly cooked . The pool area plenty of spaces and is very clean. Good sized pools. The beach is just outside of the hotel and the sunrises are breathtaking. Overall a lovely hotel in a lovely resort we will definitely be going back .

The hotel, facilities, and staff have been absolutely wonderful. A special mention goes to Valentina and Carlos, who were always so cheerful and happy in their work. We were mainly poolside during our stay, and we couldn't help but notice their exceptional dedication and positivity. Also, a big thank you to the lifeguard for being so friendly and accommodating. Thank you once again for making our holiday so memorable. We truly appreciate all the effort and care that went into making our stay enjoyable.

Loved everything about the hotel. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Rooms very clean When we did have a problem with the loo it was mended straight away. Could get a sunbed but the usual problem of towels on the beds not used till afternoon. Food good,lots of choice. Everything was clean and shiny Entertainment was excellent (apart from the weird female Elvis impersonator . But that was maybe just us and our taste)The girl organising day and night entertainment was very good. The only thing wrong were the bar ladies loos. Some were too tight to even get in even though I'm small. . Would definitely go back

I travelled with my 3 adult children 20,23 & 26, Amazing Hotel, with great staff in every department. great location and good food and bar service. Adults only! was great, no messing about reserving beds as their were plenty for everybody. The animation team was really active and friendly. The holiday makers were really considerate, which made to a great holiday. The food had plenty of variation and the drinks if you wanted them kept flowing with lovely coffee at the pool bar.

We had a nice stay but there was always something that felt like a let down. Our room didn’t look like the advertised photos. The staff although friendly, we’re always reluctant to help. Cleanliness was average at best. The all inclusive food was pretty poor all round and felt like a real let down. The place has loads of potential and we still had a nice holiday, could just be so much better.
