I would recommend this hotel. It is lovely. So many sun loungers and space around the pool. I will definitely return. Location perfect next to the beach. Great bars nearby. Hotel food was fab. Plenty of choice. Plenty of helpful friendly staff. Liked the themed food nights. Rooms spacious and modern. We had a superior pool view room. It's worth paying the extra! Loved the kettle in the room and little fridge for my milk and wine! Very impressed with this adult only Hyatt group hotel. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

As a first-time solo traveller, this hotel was perfectly located. I arrived at 2:00 am and was greeted very warmly with access to a buffet.
Being a solo traveller, I thought I would be in the attic like Cinderella, but I wasn't. I had a beautiful room on the front with a fantastic seaview.
Food was great with lots of choice. The staff were very helpful.
I loved my stay and will definitely stay there again.

Hotel great location.
Food, half board, breakfast was good, dinner not good, ate out, as plenty of great restaurants nearby, we hired a car and fantastic places within 20-30 mins.
Room very small, balcony tiny, cleaned daily, had to ask for fresh towels, bed sheet was not changed during 5 night stay.
Pool area was lovely.
Service all staff were pleasant.
Big let down was at reception, we watched people arrive to a welcome drink and given information about the hotel, where everything was situated.........we arrived and were handed keys, feel everyone should be treated the same.
We would return for location, but would do some research on other hotels, as can only book half board, bed and breakfast would suit us better.

The rooms at the AluaSoul Ibiza are very strange and not to our liking at all. The half wardrobe space, and that is what it is space, no door. Three small open shelves and 2 small draws. To place anything else you have to make do with the shelves that the washbasin sits in which incidentally is not in a bathroom but on show out in the bedroom area separated by a mirror. The shaving mirror is about 6 feet away from the washbasin. The lavatory frosted glass door which has to be opened outwards because it hits the lavatory if it is opened inwards. If the light is on in the lavatory you can see the person sitting on the lavatory through the glass door. The same applies to the shower.
The food at dinner is not great and sometimes it is cold. Breakfasts are quite good and there is a good variety to choose from.
The hotel, apart from the rooms, is very nice and the pool and pool area are great too and kept very clean and tidy. The staff are hard working and the waiters and bar staff are also very polite and obliging. Could not fault them.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Alua Soul. It’s a four star hotel with some nice touches. Valentina our activities coordinator was a standout for us. Rooms are fine. Food is fine. Service is good. Enjoyed the entertainment and the pool area. Had a Bali bed as a treat so chilled
